Shady Grove Fertility in Harrisburg - Camp Hill

My husband and I are former patients of Shady Grover Fertility Clinic. We had the best experience from start to finish. Dr. Esposito and the entire Shady Grove team was dedicated to helping us start our family and I would highly recommend them to anyone having trouble conceiving or even looking for some general advice. They truly made the experience painless and we now have a beautiful little boy because of them! I am truly grateful that we found Shady Grove Fertility!

Hands down, one of the best medical teams I have ever come into contact with. These ladies make, a very difficult journey, manageable. They truly care about you and support you both medically and emotionally. I honestly cannot say enough about Dr. Roth. She was an angel and did everything in her power to help us conceive our miracle baby (who is now 14 months old). Dr. Roth is truly so compassionate, caring, and kind. I dont know how I would have gotten through our fertility treatments without her. SGF camp hill will forever hold a place in my heart! Without them, we wouldnt have our miracle baby

Shady Grove was a miracle for us! We are so thankful for all of the staff at the Harrisburg office; they were amazing! Everyone was so kind, understanding, took time to answer our questions, informative, and just all around wonderful. We never had to wait long in the waiting room or in the exam room, they were always quick. We never had any difficulty scheduling appointments, and there are A LOT of time-sensitive appointments required with IVF. I do not have one bad thing to say about our experience here. We are especially thankful for Dr. Esposito and Alyssa. They worked with us every step of the way until we became pregnant with our son and were discharged to my regular OB/GYN. Shady Grove made our dreams come true, and I recommend them to anyone that I know struggling with infertility.

Dr. Kara Nguyen is amazing! My wife and I had an traumatic experience with a different office. We were understandingly anxious, but Dr Nguyen explained each procedure thoroughly, answered our questions and most importantly, is very kind and skilled clinically. The clinical experience she has was evident because we needed to repeat several tests, which went smoothly under her care. These same tests were traumatic in another practice. I would definitely recommend her.

My husband and I were looking into IVF with PGD. After our initial consult we were very pleased and made the decision to continue the process. After that things went down hill very quickly. We were not contacted by a financial counselor as we were told would happen. After waiting a week we called in. Finally a call came from a financial counselor who was very rude and condescending- arguing with us that she called and left a message. Then when it came time for routine time sensitive testing I wasn’t given correct information and had difficulty getting scheduled-which I ended up having done at my own OBGYN. I received a survey in my email after an appointment and filled it out honestly- I guess it wasn’t to their liking and I received a call from the office manager- she was very nice and said all my concerns would be addressed. Today my husband and I had an appointment with the Doctor to discuss our treatment options. This was the worst experience yet. The doctor was so cold and I felt as though I was being punished for my survey and concerns I brought to the office manager. The doctor basically stared at us the entire time and didn’t explain anything to us. Needless to say I left the office feeling very defeated. IVF isn’t any easy process for anyone and dealing with doctors who treat their patients this way is appalling. We will not be returning to Shady grove and will try naturally to get pregnant

This place takes full advantage of you when youre most vulnerable. They make you come in SEVERAL times a month and then charge you for an office visit, so you have to pay a copay EVERYTIME... Even though you dont actually see the doctor. This is on top of the 100s of dollars they charge you for the ultrasounds and bloodwork. (One month they had me come in 5 times; after that I started resisting and refused to go more than 3 times per cycle.) You wait around for half an hour to an hour.. And the actual appointment lasts only about 3 minutes(which is costing $500 plus dollars)...And nothing is ever guaranteed... And everytime it fails, they just say that they dont know why... And you feel like you have no choice but to keep coming in and doing what they say(because they wont give you the medication that you need, if you dont.)1000s of dollars down the drain for absolutely nothing. I garuntee that everyone going through this isnt a millionaire. No body wants to put themselves this far in debt, especially just before youre about to have a baby. The billing is VERY important.Shady Grove could care less about their patients. They are just like any other business and only care about getting their money... Every last dime out of you that they can... Whether or not theyre actually successful in helping you conceive.

The people that work here are absolute angels. They helped us have our little miracle. They are friendly and helpful every time you visit. I have recommended them to several friends and even strangers. Love them!

They always take the time and answer all your questions. The staff here is amazing.
