Planned Parenthood - Carson Health Center

I had an incredible experience at Planned Parenthood’s Carson location. I’ve visited several Planned Parenthoods over the years, but this one is hands down the best. The punctuality, cleanliness, and overall technique were outstanding. I want to give a special shout-out to Sue, who went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and safe. Her warmth and professionalism truly made my day, especially when I wasn’t feeling my best. I’ve never felt this level of care and reassurance at any other location, and I’m incredibly grateful to have met her. Thank you, Sue, for providing such a safe and supportive environment!

Sheena was such a lovely presence in what was a difficult appointment for me. She was so gracious and calming. Grateful for her and the rest of this phenomenal staff.

I always love going to the office the MA’s and the ladies in the front are always so kind. Seeing PA AP during my visit have been a blessing she very knowledgeable and gives great education in women’s health.

The receptionist are really rude and are terrible at explaining things. They look at you as if you are stupid and when you ask questions they are annoyed. Sheena In specifically is very rude and unprofessional. We no longer wanted to ask her questions so we attempted to ask the other and she just ignored us and looked at Sheena with a snark. Receptionist need to be retrained or fired. Planned parenthood is definitely not a place to lack compassion and patience.

Only good thing I have to say that it is clean !but I do feel as if the DR rush she was very ruff and nonchalant I had some concerns and I felt as if she brush them off I personally would not come back to planned parenthood all together

Had an appt at noon.. waiting till damn near 1 had other people come in after me be seen first . I asked why that is and they said , “ they’re getting a different service “ like what.. that shouldn’t matter if my appointment is at noon so unfair to be sitting longer then someone that just walked in due to what service they’re getting when I came for a womans check up .. No one should be waiting an hour with an appt .

Nice and understanding women. Clean building ,and a Quick process thank you guys for my first time.♡

The staff was so nice, I was a bit worried because it had 2 stars but it’s actually not bad at all. Just thought I’d give it a good review because the other ones were not accurate to my experience.🤍

Had such a good experience here! Went in for a routine/wellness visit, and the nurses and doctors (all also young women) were so warm and friendly and helpful. Limited paperwork, BC prescription filled in house, was in and out in about an hour. Highly recommended.

My experience was warming , the ladys were a big help.

NP Tori is the greatest!!! She explains in detail and doesn’t rush. All staff was very friendly and helpful!!! I went on 3/10/23 around 2pm for a Pap smear, breast exam and testing :)

Carson Plant parent hood is my favorite because of their service, they are quick, caring and attentive, trust Carson Plant parenthood . 👍

You guys need to think twice before hiring people! I went to 3 facilities in Los Angeles! this one was the worst I wish I remembered her name or I think she never mentioned it and didn’t have her badge. I really thought for a second that I did something wrong to her! How she was talking to me.. crossing when she did a mistake.. talking down to me.. going thru the process very fast and not listening to me until she did a huge mistake. I’m not talking about the receptionist and the Nurse.

They are helpless. Literally. Had an appointment and waited about 2 hours before I saw a doctor. Doctor didn’t give me the prescription I needed. One that I’ve gotten before with no problem at other planned parenthood’s.The doctor gave me a bogus explanation as to why she couldn’t give me the prescription. Wasted almost 3 hours of my day off. Go to a different location. This one is helpless.

I have never had a bad experience here and feel safe with the staff also, they currently take great precautions for covid . Keep up the amazing work

Poor customer service. The black practitioner doesn’t seem to have a clue and what she’s doing. She needs more training in preforming an ultrasound. Smh

The lady’s in the front are so rude, they don’t explain things well and have poor customer service skills literally the worst i’ve ever been to.

They were so sweet. They are non judgmental and kind. The atmosphere is nice and the people are patient.

Veryyyy bad customer service from front desk and All staff...very rude and make you wait a long time even when having a application..

Great ladies here with great customer service, this is one of the best locations Ive been to yet.
