My initial visit to this location was extremely disappointing, as my appointment was rescheduled without notice and the doctor showed no concern for my time or well-being. Despite pre-checking in online to expedite the process, I was still asked the same questions multiple times, first in the waiting room and again in the exam room, resulting in a longer wait time than actual consultation time. If you have the opportunity to change, I truly recommend it.

My first visit with Dr. Joanne Du was excellent. The virtual check in process was great, and the staff up on arrival and throughout were helpful, kind and knowledgeable. Dr. Du is a sensitive, thorough and wonderful person - so happy to have found this practice!

I found the staff and my doctor to be very friendly, helpful, and supportive. I was well informed about the process by my doctor, who addressed all my concerns. While I am always very anxious at doctors appointments, the team at this location has always been very helpful in helping me through the process. Five star ratings for the team and the service that they provide.

Great first impression. Very professional, and availability is great. The office is modern, clean and fast to get in. The NPs and PAs are professional, they take the time to listen and educate. Im happy I came here. So far past two visits have been fast and great service.

Care for Women is amazing. They are so caring and truly understand your struggles!! As a medical group they are on top of getting your test done asap!! Pamela has been so graceful and professional thank you may our father God provide the Holy Spirit through your hands to help everyone you touch!!

Arrogant and rude front desk receptionist! I called last week after my insurance referred me there and she kept asking what group I was under and despite my answer and authorization number she was NOT helpful. She could not bother herself to look up anything or my info. She eventually hung up on me after I disliked her attitude and told her I was going someplace else. Guess what? I was referred to another place and they were so nice and already will be seen in a week. DONT BOTHER WITH THIS PLACE! I cant imagine being their patient and trust the bad reviews.

As a new patient, my experience has been great. I was skeptical to see the PA rather than the physician. However, after seeing and speaking with her, Im 100% confident of her decision making due to her experience. She is very knowledgeable, informative and kind. I would recommend this office to anyone looking for an Ob/Gyn.

The staff at the Chino Hills location were extremely kind and helpful. NP Alexandra Pettus was absolutely kind and informative. I will definitely continue to make my future appointments here.

It was my first time at Chino Hills location. It’s the furthest location from my home, there’s an office down the street from my PCP’s office and an office 5mins away from my work but I don’t mind the drive to Chino Hills. The staff provided exceptional service but most importantly they were welcoming and down to earth. They are caring and informative. Dr. Joanna Du is the best, she heard my concerns, provided options and solutions. For those reasons, I will be forever visit the Chino Hills location. Thank you ladies!

I had an amazing experience here Dr Sommer was amazing and treated me and my fiancé with kindness and professionalism! My first ultrasound appointment and prenatal appointment went smoothly mostly because of how Dr Sommer treated me and made the room feel comfortable! Thank you !

Very Satisfied with Dr. Franklin Johnson and his crew. His offices are super clean and everyone is very professional. Wish I would have found him sooner. He is very Down to earth and caring, he sat there and actually listened to all my concerns and went above and beyond for me during my surgery.. If I could have given zero stars I would have.Please remove me from your email list I will no longer be returning to your office. Thanks to your policy on not allowing expecting mothers to see a doctor until 8 weeks of pregnancy, the nurse practitioner Amy overlooked the fact that I had low progesterone and I lost my baby. If she had prescribed me progesterone suppositories I think maybe I would have had my baby. I had no idea about this but I wanted to share this information because they dont tell you anything. Getting advice from her was like pulling teeth. She didnt check anything The only thing she would have me do is check the HCG levels every week and they were climbing like crazy every week. She should have done a full blood panel and check my hormones but she didnt care.You need to realize nurses are NOT doctors they are not qualified and should not be the first point of contact you see when you discover youre pregnant. You should be allowed to see a doctor first and foremost because a doctor would know what to test for and what to check you for. In my opinion by default they should check your hormones and your blood for everything The minute they find out youre pregnant just to try to catch anything they can. But its so hard to get them to do some work.First of all The Secretary was so rude shouting at me in the lobby and other patients are hearing the reason Im there shes demanding all this personal information and I told her I need you to keep your voice down because other patients are listening to my confidential medical information. Then they call me in have me pee in a cup next thing I know the nurse practitioner Amy walks in the room and blurts out that Im about 6 weeks pregnant keep in mind I have never been pregnant I was beyond shocked. They deal with this kind of thing everyday but for me this was our first time and should have been special.Im 39 years old I told her Im high risk and had never been pregnant before this was my first time and she said oh your body will know what to do. I asked her for vitamins and she told the secretary oh just give her any vitamins I dont care what brand. She put a secretary in charge of prescribing vitamins to me!!!Ridiculous lack of care this person should not be in medical care. She should be fired! I spent so many hours researching vitamins and reading reviews to make sure that I got the right vitamins that I needed but it was already too late by then.By the time they allowed me to see the doctor it was too late. Im so disheartened and disappointed in medical care now and I will not recommend your office to anybody in the future. I have already received three phone calls trying to get me to come in for a follow up appointment, too late, I will not be back! None of the people who call me have apologized and I told them the situation and what happens they didnt care they just want to book an appointment so they can charge me.If I had gone to a different doctors office I think I would have had a better chance to have my baby. This miscarriage has ruined my life and you guys have no sympathy or accountability for your lack of care for your patients. Here is my advice have the patience see a doctor first then when everything is good they can see nurse practitioners if the doctors are too busy. Check comprehensive blood panel and hormones to make sure the patients are okay and give progesterone suppositories if they need it. Hire a nurse practitioner who cares to prescribe the vitamins that she will look into herself and not delegate this to a secretary. The Secretary did not go to medical school she should not be prescribing anything to patients.Please stop calling me and stop emailing me. Im looking for a better doctor office that will care about me and hopefully I will be able to have a baby someday no thanks to you.

My doctor referred me to care for women. I had a dnc with dr. Lu and was totally happy with my experience.the office staff was kind, helpful and friendly.also dr. Lu surgical staff was informative, helpful and friendly. I recommend them highly. Carmela Strub

The staff there are friendly and the nurses Stephanie is nice too. The one star review is for test results department.I was there for annual check. Waited for almost two months but no one called or the test results department NEVER picked up your call.I gave them my insurance info at the date of service. But they did not shared with the lab so Quest ended up billing me instead my insurance.The patient needs to be proactive between insurance and Quest( they don’t have a lab). Very impressed by the great services lol.Don’t go there if you expect to have dependable services.

The staff is always so nice and helpful, it definitely makes going to the doctors less dreading. I know no one likes to go to work but they definitely make it seem like they love their jobs and i appreciate that so much especially have experienced not so good service at other doctors. They always make me feel comfortable and don’t pressure me into anything I don’t want. I never even ask for a specific person I just get the soonest for whoever is available and they literally never disappoint.

They are so great at this office. I recently had to switch OB’s bc we moved and it was hard to find one at first but they have been so great at every concern of mine and so on top of it. I never came here when I had my babies but for all other needs they have been amazing. Plus, I love how close they are to where I live and can get me in usually the next day if I need something urgent. They are top notch and I am so happy I found them.

Terrible. Waited over an hour because they were behind schedule. Entire waiting area was full with people. Doctor took 5 minutes for the appointment. Have been waiting over 6 months for OBGYN results. Waste of time. Poor service. Low quality care.

Perfect Score. The care I received was prompt, professional, respectful, and very thorough. I have not had such attentive care in years. This was my first visit and I came in with an embarrassing problem and the nurses and P.A.’s immediately made me feel at ease. I only wish this practice were my primary care.

The building is beautiful, clean modern and very inviting. The office staff was amazing, from the front desk the nurses, the Nurse Practitioner, Assistants to the Doctor. I had never been to this location. I would definitely make the trip again because of this experience. Thank you🫶🏻

It was the best experience I have had at the OBGYN. They have multiple offices. Their bedside manner is wonderful, and they were extremely calming and helpful. The office space is clean and welcoming.

I am a new patient at Care for Women. Pamela Farah, PAC saw me on an emergency basis at the Chino Hills offices. She was very kind, knowledgeable and supportive. Every staff person I interacted with was kind and professional. After my appointment I sent her a message through the patient portal. Rather than having an assistant call me back and read a response, she called me directly and in a very timely manner. I was very,very appreciative. My 2nd appointment at the Upland office. This location was a great experience as well. The medical staff at both offices are all professional and kind. Can’t say enough good things about their practice. Highly recommend!

This facility is terrible for so many reasons.1.) they never answer the phone. There were times me and my wife would call all day long and use every option when calling. This so disgusting the lack of patient care2.) my wife got a papsmear and we have been trying to get the paperwork and we finally got a hold for hem and they lost the paper work and are making us do this test again. This is literally god awful. We are on the verge of getting lawyers involved.3.) when you call they are basically making their mistakes seem like our issueThis place needs to be shut down due to how they treat patients and how disgustingly disorganized they are. DO NOT GO HERE, or else you will run into the same issues

I have never felt so comfortable in a Dr. Office like I did here, especially when it comes to womans health. Every woman that I spoke to from checking in to medical assistance to the Dr and then checking out were absolutely amazing. Hats off to this Doctor and her team. I Immediately left sat in my car a d called my sister to tell her what a great experience I had with my visit. I thank u all for making what we woman dread when its that time to have a pap or talk with medical staff on personal issues that usually is uncomfortable. You made it a walk in the park. I have since told my woman coworkers what a great office of medical staff you all are. Thank you all again .

I had a smooth experience here, it was easy to make an appointment. It helps to submit all of your paperwork and insurance information before the appointment.The staff was welcoming, friendly, and the facility was clean and up to date. The PA assigned to me was attentive and thorough with all of my concerns. I was checked in early and left early with everything addressed and diagnostic/lab orders.

I had a fabulous experience. I had to have a colposcopy and the whole staff team made me feel at ease. The PA who performed the procedure was amazing! Thank you so much for making something unnerving go as well as possible. Im glad to have my health supported by this group.

I love women’s medical group for the last year’s. I’ve been seeing Dr. venensuela she is the best but I had a very bad experience for the first time in Eastvale very rude and unprofessional front desk woman with glasses, black hair. She humiliates me talk loud in front of the other patients never again she was telling the nurse what to do and that’s not her job I have a health concern and she make me feel horrible. Not care.

This was my first time at this office and it was an amazing experience. The receptionist was kind and friendly. I had a very short wait time and most importantly, the Dr. was phenomenal. She was kind, understanding and took time asking me questions and answering mine. I am so used to being rushed in and out of an office that it was refreshing to have someone seem to really care. I am so thrilled I found this office!

The front desk was very efficient and friendly. They called me in for the procedure about 5 minutes of my arrival. The ultrasound tech was also helpful.

Recently had my annual exam at the chino hills office with Dr. Johnson. I have to say from the scheduling the appointment on the phone to the actual visit was such a positive experience. Everyone is kind, professional and works efficiently. As a Manager of a Clinic myself i was amazed at how fast i was checked in and seen. The provider was so personal actually wanted to get to know me and my history and i applaud the fact he took the time to check my chart and view my history before seeing me. The entire staff I interacted with made my experience POSITIVE! You know youre in good hands.

My experience with Care for Women’s Medical Group was very pleasant . I gave my office visit a rating of a 10. I was seen quickly. The office was very clean . The front desk medical assistant was kind and professional. My visit with Dr. Johnson went great and I felt heard .

Call center is very difficult to reach. You need to wait for about at least 30 mins to get connected on certain hours. So if you need to reach them in rush, you need to come visit the clinic so you can speak to someone.The receptionist & doctors provide less information and lack of info on what i need to do next like test and stuffs, so you need to be proactive, keep asking questions and be alert all the time. Especially on insurance stuffs, and labor part too. I went to an x-ray clinic as per their instruction but no updates on the insurance so I got rejected and needed to reschedule because of this. The information they provided is not clear.As a first time mom, on my very first pregnancy, I didnt get much knowledge from the doctor unless I ask question, and yet still not sufficient that I still have to google it and ask around.They have many doctors & nurses that take turn of shifts, you need to be flexible to whom you will get examined & labor with. If your pregnancy is smooth, it should be ok. But if you prefer a personalized n thorough service, this clinic might not be the best choice.Here you just a “patient” like an object. they wont bother to get to know you for further details.

Although this is a Care For Women Facility, you would think that they would help women in every stage of life, but they Do Not help women in Perimenopause, Even when you have almost every uncomfortable symptom. Dont waste your time and money here if youre going to be seen for Perimenopause.

The staff are very welcoming and helpful. They take the time to ensure all of your questions are answered. We didn’t feel rushed. The office and patient rooms are clean and well maintained.

This office is clean & responsible Ive been here about 3-4 times when I need to be seen I just call & leave a voice mail with the triage nurse, she calls be back the same day! Which is great! The other plus is they got my IUD approved with my previous OB they said insurance wont pay for it!! They just didnt want to do the job, so far love this place 😊😊🙏

Dr Summer and the staff have made each appointment such a breeze. You can check in prior to the appointment which saves time. Everyone is welcoming & Dr Summer is thorough and supportive. Appointments run on time too, which is a huge plus!

Had a wonderful experience at the Chino location. Though I was nervous for my appointment the staff was sweet and informed me of all steps in the small procedure before it occurred. It made me feel much more at ease! Dr. Vu was wonderful! Shes very sweet!

Today 4-25-19 I called to make an appointment and the receptionist, Maggie, answered like I was an inconvenience. I told her I didn’t like the service provided by Dr. Valenzuela on a previous visit. Maggie got upset because she said that I have no right talking about her doctor like that. Today I asked why Dr. Valenzuela did not perform an ultrasound to check on the healing of my C-section during my last visit. Maggie told me that my last visit was for abdominal pain. This is completely inaccurate. The referral from my primary care doctor was for my post natal condition / post C-section evaluation. When I asked to speak to the Office Manager she defended Maggie saying she was a “star” employee. The Office Manager said bad words to me saying that it was fault for getting bad service because I called this office during lunchtime. She made me feel as though I should know better than to interrupt her staff members during their break time. I couldn’t believe what I had just heard. I strongly do not recommend this office because they do not have the passion expected from those employed in the healthcare industry. They are argumentative, disrespectful, and have no sympathy for their patient’s well being and loss of a their loved one.

Pamela Farah, PACIs the best Gyno she did my EMB and I was so scared because I read how painful it was. It hurt but just uncomfortable it was barrable, She answered all my questions. Made me feel like I was heard she talked me through the whole procedure. She is great thank you so very much.

As much as us women hate to schedule our annual check-up, I actually look forward to meeting with Dr. Valenzuela. She performed an ablation on me a few years ago and since then, shes been a positive influence in my life. She takes the time to catch up with me and my lifes going-ons and makes my appointments quick & easy. I actually wish I could stay there longer to chit chat more! Always a pleasure seeing her once a year!

Ive been trying to call them for the last 7 months and no answers- no call backs- nothing. I have left several voice messages to two of their branches in Eastvale and Chino Hills. I cant get a hold of any of them. I have to find a new OB now.Its not just their non answering calls but its also hard to get your results. They never call you to tell you your results. The doctors hardly pay attention to you nor give you enough information on what to do next. This is the worst place Ive ever been to for gym needs. Maybe they are only interested in OB related concerns.

Love all these Facilities, have been to Upland, Eastvile, Chino locations . Great customer by the front staff and Doctors.They really do genuinely care about your health and show compassion. Keep up the great work with us patients!!

Without getting into my medical issues, I called for an appointment on Thursday. The receptionist was extremely helpful and got me in on Monday! The NP was very nice and took her time, answered all my questions. I would highly recommend this medical group to all women.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I will attach a copy of my wifes original review because the first experience was great... I guess if you have an easy pregnancy its great, if you have any problems or troubles, they will drop you like a bad habit and make you feel like you arnt worth a little extra work, even though we were willing to drive farther then our local hospital because they dont deliver there. We were flexable, they were not.It needs to be said that this is a group of doctors, so i honestly dont know if just one doctor is being lazy/uncaring or if all of them are. After taking 2 months to get a referral to come here, we had one appointment. Everything was great, doctor was great.... with that being said, let me describe our experience.My wife is now 25 weeks pregnant. She has hyper-emnesis (super morning/all the time sickness). we also found out that she has gull stones that we have spoken with a surgeon about and them and the surgeon told us that they were small and we should wait till a few month after delivery to worry about them.So, 4 days after our appointment, they doctors office called my wife and told her, OVER A VOICE MAIL, that her pregnancy was extremely high risk and their office was worried they wouldnt be able to provide good care so they wouldnt be accepting her as a patient. They however recommend trying to find another ob-gyn and gave us 2 phone numbers, one of which doesnt take our insurance and the other isnt accepting new patients. THEY THEN RECOMMENDED WE GO TO UCI OR ANOTHER TEACHING HOSPITAL. We told them those hospitals are hours away from us. They then told us, thats our option because no one is going to want to deal with our very high risk pregnancy.So, now that my wife is scared out of her mind and upset because every ultrasound has said everything is perfect and great with our baby.SHAME ON YOU!!!!!!! YOU, AS DOCTORS TOOK AN OATH TO HELP PEOPLE AND PROVIDE CARE. YOU DONT WANT TO TAKE US, EVEN THOUGH YOU TOOK OUR MONEY ALREADY, BECAUSE ITS A HARD PREGNANCY????? WELL, THANKS FOR MAKING IT HARDER AS WE IT TOOK 2 MONTHS TO GET THIS APPOINTMENT, IN 2 MORE MONTHS SHE WILL BE ALMOST 8 MONTHS PREGNANT...I guess none of this matter though, for you, since you dont have to worry about us because you dont want to make what wouldnt be any extra effort because both our old ob-gyn and the surgeon have told us that nothing would be hard about the pregnancy other than the fact that my wife is probably going to be sick for most of it. AS I SAID BEFORE, SHAME ON YOU AND YOUR OFFICE!!!!!!!btw, we just called to get all the records that we worked to get for them.......... they dont have any of them. so they denied us without having our records.(Wifes original review)I have been seen at the chino office once so far and I love it ! I will never forget when I was searching for a gynecologist to help treat my perimenopause symptoms... I wanted hormone help. No one provided any options other than hormone patches that caused extreme fatigue and depression. I was so confused by the “care” and lack of concern I received from this group. Maybe they’re good OB doctors but stay away from them otherwise. I waited a long time to write this review... I hope one day these women follow their own advice to experience how awful it is... I would give negative stars if it would allow this review to be published.

Dr. Valenzuela has always provided great care. I have been a patient at Care for Women for many years now. Dr. Valenzuela truly listens to any concerns I may have and addresses them with care and time. She is the BEST!

Dr. Johnson has been my doctor for at least 10 years. I have been seen at all of their facilities from the old Fontana office to Eastvale. The service I have received has always been great from front desk staff to doctors. Thus, my choices in medical group and/or insurace are contingent on what is accepted by the clinic, even when its meant having to go with a PPO vs an HMO.

I was referred to Dr. Johnson by my PCP and was very impressed. Dr. Johnson actively listened to my concerns, thoroughly explained my options and made me feel at ease. Knowing that your health is in good hands is truly the best feeling.

I had a friendly visit. I made an appointment in advance. The staff kept me informed of my available health decisions and I was seen in a timely manner.

Been going to CFWMG for over a decade and I love the entire staff and doctors. They’re so supportive and amazing.

The office was well staffed, clean and organized. The front office staff was friendly and courteous. Dr. Johnson was polite, straightforward and provided me with great information.

Ive been going to the Chino Hills Location since 2013 and I love it. Ive never had more personalized care in my life, and Nurse Forbes makes my annual appointments enjoyable, even.

No complaints whatsoever about the care ( I love Dr Vu), but its getting ridiculous when we are charged to fill out forms and there is no option for you to fill them out yourself...

Dr Valenzuela is very knowledgeable, my visit was very informative regarding post menopause.
