AFC Urgent Care Cleveland TN

We didnt have to wait long. Everyone there was so friendly. The girls at check in were awesome. The assistant was so friendly and patient. The doctor was great. Will definitely come here again if we need to.

They’ve always had good service, but this visit was off…. Their was a family lever of the staff that got pulled back before us. They arrived after… then after 1-1/2 hours waiting; my son went out and the nurse admitted to forgetting g about us and the other patient. We understand wait times and lower staff. This was just not the best visit for us!

Even on a busy day it did not take abnormally long (about 30-40 minutes) before being helped after scheduling an appointment and filling out the paperwork online beforehand. The staff was patient and helpful and resolved my concerns and sent me on my way to feel better.

Wait times can be long even if you check in online but that seems to be the norm for walk-in clinics especially in the colder months. Its faster to do the paperwork on the website. Its easy to use.NP Jessi Steve was very kind. Once I got to a room the visit was really quick and to the point without feeling like I was being rushed out.

The ladies at the front are very helpful and caring. The nurse and PA who took care of me were compassionate and knew what they were doing. I was there when they opened, so I also didn’t wait long.Update: I went back in today for a follow up. Same wonderful care given from the reception staff, nurses and PA. Everyone is full of integrity and confirmed charges prior to doing anything since I am self-pay.Update- It is 7 months later and I went in for another issue. Same great service. A sweet young woman called a few days later to follow up to see how I was doing. Wow!

My son finger was swollen, I went to the emergency room sat there 4 hours without being seen. I woke up the next morning went to AFC and we was in and out within a hour. Love this place and we be my first stop for now on.

Staff was extremely friendly and the wait was very short. I just hate paying 60 bucks to be told I cant have any medicine for my sick child so I get to just go home and watch her be sick for 2 more weeks just to bring her back after she got worse, pay more money and THEN be given medication. This very scenario has happened twice already and just doesnt make much sense to me.

My daughter came in with a fever right at Christmas. Connie ahd Toni took care of us seamlessly and with family like care. So thankful. The front staff was kind and efficient, which is hard to come by.

The staff was friendly and helpful. I saw Dr. Rudolph, he was awesome! Fast & efficient care with a great personality! Thank you!

We got in and out in under and hour! And the doctor and nurse we saw were wonderful! That was our first time there and we will definitely be back if you need too!

Front desk staff was argumentative regarding my insurance and was arguing about my coverage while she had another patient standing directly in front of her. She over charged me despite me explaining my insurance only requires a 20% charge as it is a coinsurance. Patients in waiting area and at front desk were staring at the interaction. It was an embarrassment. She was rude and had a poor attitude. Not at all happy with this experience. The usual front desk staff are always friendly. The two there this evening need to find work in another field if they are unable to provide better quality interaction with patients.

Made appointment at 1. Stayed til 3 still wasn’t seen. It was only for a work physical. When I asked for my money back they were polite and gave it back. They charge $106 for the work physical. Across the street at Bradley urgent care it cost me $65. In and out 30 min.

The visit went very well. Front desk ladies were very nice and helpful! I not have to wait long. The nurse and PA were nice and efficient. I would’ve liked To have a more aggressive treatment for my respiratory condition, but they tend to go with the minimum.

First of all, I won’t even MENTION the wait time. Second of all, they charged my personal debt card 1 month later without warning. They told me that I should have received an email 1 week before they took it, but I NEVER got an email. That was my grocery money, and it was taken with no warning. Nothing wrong with sending a bill instead of blindsiding people.

We arrived right before closing and they were still able to see us. Thanks to that, my daughter was able to be seen! I appreciate the care and quick service!!

Wow! My visit at this facility was exceptional. I will definitely be returning when the need arises. I was in the waiting room for less than 10 minutes and seen by a provider within 10 minutes of being in a room. My total time spent was around 45 minutes and prescription had already been called in.

Really fast service and the nurse practitioner was so understanding and nice. She was very knowledgeable. The medical assistant was very sweet. I had to get a shot and she did so good that I didn’t even feel it lol!!! I showed up right before closing and they were very helpful understanding.

I must say that I was very impressed. The lady at the front desk (a slim, dark haired woman) was very friendly and helpful. Very kind young lady, I forgot her name, but she even gave me more information to help me further, she didn’t have to, but she did. That by itself tells me that she does really care, and she deserves a raise; I insist! The nurse practitioner was awesome, she knew right away what my issue was, she was really experienced and very knowledgeable. Honestly I have lost faith in the health industry, because they really don’t have enough knowledge or experience and treat patients as an opportunity to make money and buy more Ferraris, but my experience in this urgent care gave some hope. Bravo, awesome job. I do highly recommend them.

I’ve been going to this office for a few years now and even with long wait times their staff is usually very friendly. However when I went the other day with my youngest child I was completely taken back by the receptionist Lisa. Everytime a phone rang she answered it annoyed and then hung up and said loudly “I knew I shouldn’t have answered that” She was quite loud and on the verge of HIPPA violations with the comments she was making about patients. Seemed she didn’t understand that everyone could hear everything she was saying as disrespectful as it was. It was incredibly unprofessional and to be honest made me angry. Kim however that works in the back is always very professional and sweet, my kids love her wonderful attitude. I just wish people would realize how rude it is to say certain things especially while at work.

Great customer service, great care, our MA Camryn Kelley was very professional, very attentive and caring to my son talking to him keeping him calm while she drew his blood. Our PA was very thorough with exam and asking questions. She really cares for her patients and their needs. Would highly recommend AFC.

Went in on Saturday for treatment for full body poison ivy rash. Paid significantly more than other urgent cares in the area. Dr. Schumann was in the room for less than 2 total minutes, and didnt even inspect my legs where the rash was the worst. I mentioned the rash was on my face and genitals, a sign of a very serious reaction. I Called back Monday and asked to speak to the Dr or Nurse because my ankle had become infected, hot to the touch, and I was unable to walk on it without shooting pains. Wanted to see if I could get a follow up antibiotic course, or any other sort of help. I had to call several times over 4 hours just to reach a nurse, as I was just sent to voicemail repeatedly. The nurse practitioner I spoke finally got to speak with was empathetic, but told me the notes wouldnt let her do anything, and to just follow the treatment plan. The problem was my treatment plan was not correct, and nobody seemed to want to offer any sort of help other than come back in and spend another 122$ just to be blown off.I went to another doctor who took my seriously, immediately prescribed a round of oral steroids and antibiotics. I know my body, and i knew something was wrong. AFC just dismissed me and made me feel like i was making up my symptoms.I guess this place is fine if you just need a doctors note, but dont expect any in depth of follow up care.

Thisis the second time Ive used AFC. Both times the staff is great, the wait time is minimal, and the care is first rate. The only thing I dont like is the check in on a tablet at the desk but thats just me. I will go back if needed.

Awesome visit.Quick, Friendly, Efficient staff.I was kinda out of it ? Major upper respiratory issue.Doc prescribed exactly what I needed.I had been battling being sick for a week. Prior to coming to AFC for help.It was an easy sign up on line with my phone. Check in went smoothly. The nurse called me back, on schedule. I accidentally locked my keys inside my truck. !?!The reception ladies even called around, helping me find a LS to get it unlocked! Talk about Above and Beyond!!Thats Pure Hearted Kindness & Empathy.I really appreciate & adore folks like that.I made it home safe. Picked up my rx... recovering nicely.

I walked in, didnt schedule anything, so the wait time was pretty good considering. Staff were friendly and the nurse and nurse practitioner were great. I was seen pretty quick and checked by the provider promptly.

Staff were courteous and professional. I didnt have too long considering that fact that they were busy. Id recommend them to anybody in fact Im planning to tell other Veterans to go there.

I am always pleased with the quality of care at AFC. The doctors, nurses and staff are top notch and always so friendly and helpful. Since I’ve discovered the scheduling app, I am always in and out in less than an hour (or much less). Amazing people and quality care. Couldn’t ask for better.

I had a great visit! Tiffany and Lisa at the front desk were very helpful with paperwork. Julia the MA listened intently and Dr. Cihlar’s plan of care worked wonders. Highly recommend!

I “schelduled” an appointment for the morning of 11/20 with “pre registration” so I’d be able to get all my paperwork done before arriving (pre registration still means First come first serve). I arrived, checked in and didn’t have to wait long at all, it was just me and 3 others when i arrived. I got called back and but was super easy and they understood what was doing off and didn’t brush off my concern like the other walk in I’ve been too. LOVE the staff, super friendly and clean place :) nurse Terry and Dr Donna are great.

Have a few issues going on, and was able to see the Dr within 10 mins of walking in the door. All the people I encountered were super friendly and down to earth. The Dr that seen me was super compassionate and caring. Would def recommend to anyone just needing a quick appt to deal with whatever u got going on, and its a Sunday!

Ive had trouble with my arm/shoulder and havent been able to sleep or anything else because of the pain. Orthopedist cant see me for 9 more days and didnt think I would make it so decided to try this urgent care place. Couldnt be happier that I did this, the staff was helpful and very friendly caring and seemed concerned about my well-being. The doctor came in listened to me sent me home with a steroid shot and several pills along with exercises to do while Im waiting for my other appointment. Couldnt be happier with the care I received here. 😊😊😊

Theirs a few people I’ve encountered here that are great. But a few that aren’t so great. I’ve took my daughter and nephew a few times and I can never get them to swab. This last time I asked bc my nephew had diarrhea and puking and coughing a male nurse said we will probably just address the diarrhea I then said I’ve came here multiple times and I can never get them swabbed he attends daycare and I don’t want him getting other kids sick crazy thing is that thought of swabbing him made no sense or seemed pointless to the male nurse. Also the wait time is ridiculous even if you pre register. I can deal with waiting I can’t deal with a doctor/ nurse not taking time out of their day to check for sicknesses besides dismissing it. I brought my daughter as well a few days prior and they dismissed her symptoms and did no testing. Apparently they either don’t want to or are understaff wouldn’t recommend coming here unless you just want their theories or ideas besides getting tested and ruling out any sickness. Will not be coming back.

Horrible experience. X-ray tech took my 11-year old son in for 3 knee x-ray views. Turns out she didn’t offer him a shield at all. I’m a former Radiology director. Before knowing this, the X-ray tech tried to tell me “it wasn’t that much radiation” and “we only have pregnancy shields.” That shield could EASILY have been lain across my son for the procedures. I feel she did not provide proper care for my son behind closed doors. (I had my youngest with me so I didn’t go in.) It seems, by her replies/reaction, she RARELY shielded kids, even said she was told it wasn’t necessary. My GOD, really?!?! Radiation exposure?!?!? A child?!?!? She also took 2 extra radiographs, resulting in 5 total exposures of x-rays, which were likely the result of having to repeat some views. I learned this after my son told me the number of X-rays she had him position for. Sadly, most parents would NEVER even know their child received extra radiation exposure due to a technical mistake. It happens, sadly. Based on my experience, I’m concerned that so many kids likely have received unnecessary X-ray exposure at this place. Last week, I took my 18-year old to CHI Urgent care Cleveland,TN for a smashed thumb and she received a shield right away!!! Shame on you AFC Urgent Care Cleveland, TN. Shame. PARENTS!! There are VERY FEW X-ray exams where a shield simply cannot be used. The X-ray tech has a DUTY OF CARE to protect you and your child during radiation exposure. Sure it’s not Chernobyl, but ask yourself why does the X-ray tech go stand behind the lead wall/glass??

AFC is an extremely professional and kind treatment center. I have moved to Cleveland only one week and was very Ill from nausea, UTI, and dehydration. The staff was so kind & ran tests to determine treatment. Their expertise kept me out of the hospital no doubt. I am thankful for their skill & kind manner, and highly recommend this provider.

Very friendly staff, nurses and Drs. The wait wasnt long at all! The Drs and nurses were very attentive and helpful. Pretty quick in and out. Tests take bout 20 mins, so not bad! Clean rooms as well!

Completing my paperwork on line before I arrived was very helpful. The desk staff as well as the doctor were so kind and personable. I was in and out in less than an hour and that was with waiting on test results. My meds were sent quickly to the pharmacy and thanks to all of that, I was feeling better soon.

Everyone was so polite and helpful from the check in to my visit. Thankful they could get me up and running again! I walked in and only waited 30min to be seen and was out of there 30min later!!

Visit itself went fine, but follow up with prescription due to insurance was awful. I had to call multiple times and even drive over there and handed them a paper with exactly what insurance would cover to be prescribed and they still put in the wrong medication. The pharmacy ended up calling and they even argued that they did their job to the pharmacist. I was appalled. All I wanted was the right medication to get my daughter better and that too 8 hours to get corrected because they can’t follow directions.

Doctor Tamara Hughes is an angel. She was so friendly, warm and welcoming. She took the time to listen to my symptoms and called me in all the meds I needed. I appreciate her attentiveness and compassion.

I was seen promptly. The nurse and PA were very kind and efficient. The PA said she’d call me in 2 days to go over the lab results. I’m always pleased with AFC.

Visited AFC for pre employment physical. Front desk staff were very attentive and quick to get me registered. Triage nurse was awesome , as well as the nurse practitioner. All in all it was a very pleasant visit.Debbie Cate

My nurse Kim and the Nurse practioneron duty were very kind and accommodating!I came in with a work related eye injury and they got me an appointment at a local optometrist as soon as I could get there. I am grateful for their professionalism and concern! I would highly recommend this facility!

AFC Cleveland is always so caring and efficient. I was in and out and back to work quickly. I prefilled all my paperwork which sped up my wait time. They listen and take the time to explain why they are prescribing what they are and take time to offer suggestions to help relieve symptoms and issues as well

The doctor listened and sent in the medication that was needed for my 8 month old. Cleveland Pediatrics refused to send her anything in and instead told me what to go by. Long story short she ended up getting worse.Thank you afc for listening and resolving the real issue.

The front desk clerks were kind and welcoming. Nurse Kim and NP Jessie were kind, compassionate, took time to listen to me and answer questions.

Very fast, and extremely nice staff. The nurses and the doctor were attentive and I felt that they really listened. Best part was being able to register online and not have to fill out a bunch of paperwork when I got there.

I scheduled ahead, to reserve a time slot, with my fiancé. Unfortunately, he got caught up in work. So I waited an hour for him to get there (so no longer going in for my time slot). But after he arrived it was about another hour before we were able to be seen. They were very busy though, and we also requested to be seen together-so I understood the wait time. It was only inconvenient due to my fiancé being on his lunch break.The front desk ladies were very kind, in the past I’ve noticed some impatience or rudeness with other front desk ladies at this location. So, it was refreshing to have caring front desk ladies with good humor and intention!Our nurse and doctor were phenomenal! I wish I could remember their names. But both were men. I previously came in and had a female doctor who did not explain anything, was short with me, and didn’t prescribe medication strong enough to ensure I got better. (I was sick for a week or two longer than I needed to be).This time however, the nurse was hilarious and was in great spirits despite the business of the office. He was witty and caring, but also understanding.Our doctor did an amazing job going in depth, and in detail to ensure we got the prescriptions we needed. He even answered irrelevant questions! He did an amazing job going into depth, and making sure we understood our condition and what we would be taking - and what it does - to ensure our recovery. He also gave my fiancé recommendations for things to take regularly for his allergies. He was well educated and articulate, but also greeted us with the joke “Couples who get sick together, stick together.” Which really lifted the spirits of my fiancé and I in lou of being uncomfortably sick. I can say on behalf of us both, that we’d love to come back and see both this nurse and doctor! We even told him he would be a fantastic primary care doctor! :)Overall, despite the wait time, it was a great visit to Urgent Care on Mouse Creek Rd, Cleveland, TN! 🤍

I set an appointment for 12 PM and left at 2 PM. The nurses at the front desk were unprofessional. “Lisa” displayed very unacceptable behavior for someone in her position. Additionally, the nurse I saw took over an hour to give me a flu test. When my wife asked him what was taking so long, he was just sitting there on his phone. -10/10 will never go back

Very much appreciated the level of care, concern and professionalism I experienced at the American Family Care in Cleveland, TN. On two visits.Everyone working there, especially the doctors, were attuned to helping my problem on the road to recovery.I highly recommend them.

The wait time isn’t ideal , but that’s what happens when they’re the best dr in town. I’d rather take my kids here instead of there pediatrician. Love love the Drs. && staff. 10/10 would recommend

Helpful technicians, pleasant staff at front counter. Solv has a good deal of issues with their app, though. The front desk staff were very helpful to tell me which things actually needed to be done in the app and how to work around the bugs

Excellent. They were professional and very nice. Wait time was not long. Would recommend to anyone. Kim was very friendly and I felt comfortable with her. Dr Cihlar was thorough, knowledgeable, to the point and friendly. Very pleased and will recommend to others as well

The nurse (Kim) and Dr. Von Gremp were both fantastic! Kim was friendly and listened well. The doctor had great bedside manner and took time to explain my husband’s medical issue and answer questions. It was nice not to feel hurried through the process, but both still were efficient and got us in and out in reasonable manner. The waiting room and treatment room were both clean and bright which was appreciated. The check-in team were also kind and professional. Overall, the entire visit from start to finish was a perfect interaction. Highly recommend AFC in Cleveland.

AFC Urgent Care Cleveland is amazing. From the front desk, medical assistant, X-ray tech, doctors and office manager that go above and beyond to treat my children with the best care and figure out why they aren’t feeling well.

Thought I had a yeast infection came in was in lobby 5 minutes got called back was in room 5to 10 minutes and dr came in and wrote meds and was out in no time . Thanks for be quick this morning..

Took my daughter in for a neck xray and evaluation. The lady up front was extremely patient and helpful in answering all my questions. The dr and nurses were aLeo extremely friendly and I felt confident in their results and treatment plan. I would highly recommend this urgent care.

My review is based on the way that I was treated by the smart mouth receptionist at the front desk! You know who you are young lady! . I have never been treated so poorly by a human being in all of my life! She immediately tried to force me into wearing a mask without even knowing the reason and story as to why I needed to be seen. I was even threatened that I would not been seen if I didn’t wear a mask! I tried explaining that I have a serious lung disease that doesn’t allow me to wear any type of face covering and that I had already been tested for Covid, flu, and strep by a medical professional just two days ago. I had no fever and definitely wasn’t contagious by any means. With all of that being said she still tried to force me into wearing a mask. Now, I totally understand that some doctor’s office’s ask patients to wear a mask if they are sick, with a fever, coughing, and the list of symptoms goes on. I get that, but I presented none of that. It’s one thing to kindly as someone to wear a mask or face covering, but this lady was very smart mouthed and hateful about it which is very unprofessional! I would highly recommend that this lady can get some coaching on how to address people in a professional manner. As for the dr and his sweet nurse that was caring for me (Cassie). They were outstanding! The care that I received was top notch and I am grateful for that! The Dr and nurse get 5 stars!

Great care. Horrible using solv to preregister. It put me 1.5 hrs behind even thought I was just 5th walking in. Many more were seen before me that had not pre-registered Better to walk in if you want to be seen as soon as door opens.

The front desk had no problems helping pull up my insurance, they were very friendly and helped with the issue I was having. I appreciate the staff!

I had injured my shoulder. Walked in for my appointment, I already had done the paperwork online before I got to the office and just sat down when they called my name. The nurse who took my vitals was pleasant and efficient, the doctor came into the exam room and proceeded to listen to my issues, she was very nice and pleasant, listen to my complaint and offered treatment and exercises for my shoulder pain. Very nice staff. I will come back in the future.

The wait was longer but the staff were amazing. The office was super busy but everyone was kind an apologetic about the wait. They truly were doing their best to get to everyone quickly. Kim was the sweetest nurse too!

I loved everything about my visit! People were super friendly, very thorough and clear, and were super sweet and easy to deal with. Definitely going to come back and will recommend them to others!

Absolutely terrific!Nurse Terry and Dr. VonGremp were wonderful as was the front desk staff. This was my second visit to AFC Urgent Care and if ever needed, I will recommend to friends and family.

I was checked in, seen by a nurse, seen by a doctor, given the correct meds and back out on my way within 30 minutes. Meanwhile, waiting to see my PCP I would’ve waited till October 24th.2 days after my visit feeling much better!Thank you!

We are a new military family in this community. I am an RN in the community. I will never return to this urgent care again or recommend you to anyone. The front desk staff are extremely rude and entitled. Your website also lists a false wait time of 30 minutes.

I had such a great experience. I was in and out in a timely manner. Front staff, nurse and NP were very professional and courteous. I’d highly recommend it and would go there again without question.

Everything was great! Lisa did an amazing job checking us in, she was friendly and helpful! The doctor and nurses took really great care of us and were great with my son and myself! Thank you so much for everything!!

I’ve never had a bad experience here but this visit was aweful ! The dr told us that our son was just having a string of bad luck after being sick on and off for a month and had a fever at this visit. They didn’t do any test just looked in his throat and ears. Then the office personnel “forgot” to take my co-pay at the beginning and when I go to leave proceeded to tell me that my deductible wasn’t met yet and it would be $122 for the visit. The lack of communication and poor office management skills was sad. I won’t be going back.

Kim was an amazing nurse. Great personality and kind. The Doctor show real compassion and listen to my concerns and he explain my test results and told me how to help myself feel so much better with the home care he recommended I do.

Of course I didn’t feel well when I went to AFC.  I was experiencing a great deal of discomfort.   The check in process was very easy & quick.   My wait time was minimal.  The staff I interacted with were great.   They were friendly & conscientious, quite efficient at their jobs.Rachael (PA) treated me, explained her findings, and offered her treatment suggestions.   Rachael made certain I didn’t have any unanswered questions.I am well pleased with every aspect of my care at AFC.

Had a cold for about a week, then developed an earache. Never been to AFC before, but my normal urgent care was closed. Staff was great, check-in was quick and easy (all online with smartphone), and was in and out in less than 25 min. Now my urgent care of choice!

Fast check in time and friendly, helpful receptionists. Having blood drawn is an unsettling thing for me, but Kim was gentle and experienced. She had the whole procedure over before we even finished our conversation, and I barely noticed a thing. All the staff are friendly and listen to concerns. Will always recommend

Saw Travis for a migraine; treated immediately with medication in-office and a prescription for home in case of recurrence. Staff was excellent. Would definitely return.

Went to AFC because I felt very sick. I got the best care by the ladies in the front desk Tiffany and by the nurses. Ariana was very helpful and understanding. And Luke was very attentive. Julia have me an X-ray and she was the sweetest. In & out.

When I was in town visiting some friends, an urgent care was the last place I wanted to be. Tiffany made this visit a lot less stressful for me, she checked me in and treated me like a friend, she verified with my insurance and made sure I could be seen there (I’m from Florida). While we were waiting we talked about kids and husbands , She is amazing!!! If I ever need an urgent care when I am in town there I will go there hands down

Came here for the first time and had a great experience. Not only were they fast but extremely nice and professional. Would strongly recommend the AFC Cleveland team to help you with your needs.

Doctor and nurses were great. There were 2 ladies at the front desk, 1 was very nice snd helpful, the other was not. Unfortunately, i didnt get their names.

This facility is run very efficiently. I was in and out in 30 minutes even with testing. I would recommend this clinic if you need walk-in services.

Went in Yesterday, the 11th. Everybody was so nice and professional. I was a walk in but started my paperwork on the website on the way there, which was handy. They didn’t seem very busy and the wait time was Super quick. The PA that saw me was kind and professional. Was there again 1/13/25 with pneumonia. Took care of me quickly & no one told me I looked like death warmed over. I think you get seen more quickly if you can go in the morning. I love this place. Theyre always great.Went again 3/5/24Dropped a four lb jar of peanut butter on my big toe.They X-rayed, got a tetanus shot & antibiotics because it broke the skin. The lobby wait was long but attended to immediately once in the exam room.This place is great! I definitely recommend!

Walked in with a cut to my right arm that required 14 stitches. The staff was very friendly and very efficient. The doctor was amazing and took care of the stitches in no time. I have been to AFC many times and have never had a bad experience. Would highly recommend AFC!

We were visiting from out of town and my son had an injury to his heel that he was concerned about. We found AFC through a Google search. I’m glad we did. Everything about our experience was positive. Great front desk interaction, easy online forms to complete, triage nurse was pleasant and thorough, and the doctor we saw was great! He took the time to explain the injury and gave my son instruction on how to properly use crutches. I was very pleased with our experience.

Was in and out within an hour and everyone was very helpful and nice. This was on new years as well. Highly recommend this place.

Terri took great care of me and was very personable. It is the second time that I have seen him as the nurse tech. The doctor that came in and took care of me was very knowledgeable of my situation and sat down and listen to me discuss my symptoms and experience. I really appreciated him and it was the first time I had seen him there. Five stars all the way! I also appreciate the front desk staff. They are very kind and helpful.

The reception staff was fine and pleasant, but the NP has been a nightmare to work with. All I need is a DOT Physical, and for some reason she will not accept my word that I use my CPAP, or even look at the usage data on the CPAP machine itself when brought in. She is requiring me to have a Doctor generate a usage report, while I do not HAVE a doctor. Thus no DOT physical and no ability to drive a work truck, but still out $115.

I highly recommend. They were very compassionate and made me feel very comfortable. Great people and a great place!

Staff is rude and no privacy. They made a guy say his symptoms in front of the lobby. None of us needed to know he has diarrhea. The front desk girls need some common sense training. The doctor was nice.

Fantastic Urgent Care I’ve ever been to!!! Start to End experience was phenomenal. I made an appointment online within the hour of me leaving my house and I filled out a new patient questionnaire form on my drive over. I was greeted by Lisa who was so sincere welcoming me in and getting me checked in. Camyrn was a sweet heart getting my height and weight initial baselines recorded and lovely Dr. Davis who completed my assessment/diagnosis and had me on my way to the pharmacy to pick up my script within 20 min of my appointment time. It’s a Saturday, it’s hot out and late in the afternoon but they sure made me feel better even before needing to take my antibiotics that I was prescribed. Thank you so much AFC Urgent Care. Y’all are wonderful and so glad I got to meet ya’ll. They even said “okay, bye, love you” when I was headed out the door hahah”

I received great care at AFC on 5/31/24. Everyone beginning with intake reception to the nurses, radiology, and each person I met was friendly and helpful. Yes- and on-site x-ray!! Check in was completed easily on my phone.I was treated by Becky Neumann, NP. She is fantastic and took time to listen and decide what would best take care of my chronic 4-week respiratory problem. Thank you! I appreciate your kindness and action.

I was greeted warmly even though I had made my appointment with Ooltewah and showed up at Cleveland. Luckily the receptionist was able to cancel my appointment in Ooltewah and move all my paperwork to Leland seamlessly!!! It was fantastic!!! The doctor I saw was also very knowledgeable and put me on the medicine I would have chosen myself!! Overall it was a wonderful experience!!!

It was a good visit and everything went smoothly. The meds are working I guess I just wish they would work faster.

The nurse named (Kim) that checked me in was great. The doctor and the entire staff was awesome .The wait time after they take you back to the room could be improved.Thats just my personal opinion .

Check-in was easy, I’ve done all my paperwork in the past so it was just a matter of confirm there were no changes.I was there for about an hour and a half but I had to wait on a strep test, then a mini test, and then a shot.The nurse was friendly, the doctor was thorough and the steroid shot she recommended had helped with the swelling of my tonsil.The staff were friendly, the office was clean and the visit went smoothly.

My 16 year old son went in on Tuesday with a fever of 102, bad cough, and had been running a fever since Sunday. He was quickly looked at and told he had Covid. No tests were run. He was given a prescription pill for his cough. Come Thursday he was not improving. Friday his temp was 102, so I took him to his pediatrician.He did not have Covid. He does have Type A flu and severe case of bronchitis. Shame on you AFC for not devoting more time and attention to a younger sick patient. I am so thankful I took him to his pediatrician, for had I not, he more than likley been hospitalized come Monday.

I was in excruciating pain and called an appointment to have an x-ray. Of my back. Was told maybe the pain was from a UTI, or a rash on my back! Tell them I need an x-ray to feel relieved that it wasn’t another fractures of the vertebrae. Told them I used Walmart for any scripts and they called the script into Walgreens several miles away. My pain was very severe and well over a 10 The report says that I said my pain level was a 4 out of 10. Not true. Communication was very poor!

Misdiagnosed our 11 year old granddaughter as having upper respiratory infection and prescribing cough medicine. Today her doctor in Atlanta diagnosed her with pneumonia. We are greatly disappointed in how her case was so poorly handled.

Such an amazing group of people! My daughter was so comfortable with everyone! They made sure all test done before we left office! Definitely will return if I ever need to!! Thank you all for being such an amazing group and so caring!! ❤️

The staff is wonderful, professionalism from doctors to supporting staff and pretty quick service: no long waits! (However, it would be nice. If you took an exam outside the office and the doctors took the time to read it a little quicker, not have to wait 2 to 3 days to hear back about the results)

So easy to schedule an appointment online check in was a breeze. Everyone was so friendly and our Dr Mims was awesome. They truly show they care

Walked in for an infected finger, reception was quick, short wait, saw PA and she examined the finger and immediately recommended going to the hospital emergency room for treatment. I appreciated her grasp of the seriousness of the situation and she provided a write up for the ER detailing her findings. The clinic was clean and neat and quiet as well. Everyone was professional and nice.

That was the longest I have ever waited for a simple DOT physical and stuff test. It was not busy. Over 2 hours.

Treated quickly and was given information about my fall on my left knee. Thankful that there was no broken bones. . Excellent treatment. I would recommend Urgent Care to others.

Kim was phenomenal. Super sweet woman and worked fast! Didn’t catch the lady who gave me a shot, but she was amazing as well. Spoke to me while administering it, to distract me from the discomfort.

Wow! This place ran like well oiled machine during my visit on 12/10/24. The staff was friendly and so fast.

Doctor was okay, but the lady at the front desk was not friendly at all. Did not want to do her job when it came to helping with looking things up, and was very snippy.

Center for Sports Medicine Urgent Care had refused to see me because I had been in severe pain for two days. They said they only treat Urgent Care the day they get hurt or break a bone. AFC treated my pulled muscle and the next day, I am moving my shoulder more and with less pain. Thank you AFC.

Dr. Rudolph was amazing as always! Ingrown toenail is painful but he knew what to do! Thank so much!

They were able to see us quickly to see what was going on with my 7 month old. They figured out the problem and we were able to get the issue resolved.

Unfortunately, its always the one bad visit that really ruins it. Most of Tennessee has been frozen over for the last two days, it cleared up enough for me to walk to the clinic and I called ahead to make sure theyre open, its a shame she failed to mention over the phone, before I walked, while sick, in 30° weather that they were only seeing pediatrics...It just seems careless, and the desk worker either didnt know or couldnt be bothered to offer alternatives nearby. Any other time Ive been in here and theyve been unable to see me .. theyve suggested other near by walk-ins. Im assuming since its so close to closing time she was just ready to get home.I know this weather situation isnt under anyones control. Nor was it their fault I waited til the weather was too bad to come in and had to wait an extra day. But when these things happen is when the little things matter most. When people are willing to go out in slushy roads and freezing weather its obvious they really need a clinicm But instead I got greeted with a not unkind what did you need? Like Id come in to just grab something from a gas station instead of having walked into a clinic, mask on, coughing my lungs out. And then told to come back in the morning if I wanted to be seen. I wanna be mad but Im just disappointed. Lots of balls dropped here.

My mother was having knee problems and we went to AFC. They were super friendly and we were in and out in no times, including X-rays. Highly recommended!

Quick, efficient, kind and clean. Fortunately my use of AFCs services arent very frequent, but they are the only urgent care clinic i have used for YEARS as I have never needed to seek care elsewhere.

Becky and Terry are very kind and were very good with me in my time of need. The front desk workers were very kind too.

Great experience. I got there early so the wait was minimal. Nurse and Doctor were both fast but thorough. This is nice, especially when you are not feeling well.

It was so easy to go online and check in.I am not computer savvy and even I figured it out.Just had to give them my name when I walked in and I was set to go!!

I called in advance and they gave me an idea of how long it would take. There are forms you fill out on your phone which makes everything pretty fast (so make sure you have an Internet capable fully charged phone). They got me in quickly. The doctor was thorough but speedy. They evaluated me and sent my prescriptions to the pharmacy and everything was fast and easy.

The physician was very helpful and seemed to actually care but the nurse was not friendly at all. I waited about 2 hours to be seen with zero communication. The only person who apologized for my wait was the physician.

1st trip was unsuccessful. After going back a week later still Ill the Dr that helped was amazing. Slept all night after finally being able to breath better!

I went in for a toe injury from a previous autistic meltdown. I was nervous to be honest about my injuries due to being self inflicted. Being an autistic adult, I often meet judgement when being honest about myself. The nurse and doctor where so compassionate towards me that I cried when they left the room. Ive never experienced that so it was a pleasant surprise that left me emotional. They have obviously had some diversity training on all parts of the spectrum. Thats more than I can say about Clevelands justice system though. Thats a different review for a different site.

I was seen quickly and all the staff were great they were very helpful and friendly. My cough was taken seriously. Thy take very good care of there patients. I really appreciate this office

Experience was wonderful. Logged in to their website the night before. Completed the pre-visit paper work on line. The facility opened straight away at 8:00am. I was first in line and first to signed in. I was first to be seen, just as advertised. Anna was great.. Doctor “Toni”, she was superior. I was in at 8:00am and out at 8:45am… perfect visit. Even though they were very busy, they treated my husband with care and compassion. I couldnt get in to see my Primary Care doctor so I decided to go to a walk in clinic.There was many in Cleveland to choose from.I am so thankful I chose this one.This will definitely b my go to from now on.Everyone was super friendly and very caring,from the ladies at the desk,the nurse that took me back.The NP that treated me was Jessi.She was AMAZING,VERY EDUCATED,PROFESSIONAL & PASSIONATE and GOD SENT! Theres no doubt GOD has truly BLESSED her with a gift of caring and treating others! She explained everything very well! I will definitely go back and will tell others about my GREAT EXPERIENCE!

They dont make appointments but you can schedule ahead from home. Which is an appointment. Theyre also overcrowded and understaffed unless you go before closing.

I did a walk-in with my two-year-old. Everyone there was very nice and helpful. We didnt have to wait very long, and we were taken care of quickly once we got to the back as well.

I have been to this walk in Urgent Care many times. The front desk workers have always been very courteous and helpful. The office is always very clean. The doctors and nurses take the time to give their patients time and attention for a thorough evaluation. Questions are welcome and should you forget a question you meant to ask, they welcome calls and always respond. I would highly recommend (and have recommended to family and friends) AFC Urgent Care to others.

I have to say that Tonia Schuman is one of the best providers I’ve ever seen. She was thorough, kind, respectful, caring, and very helpful. I feel confident that I was well cared for. The rest of the staff were great too. I’m so glad this place exists.

I came in very sick. So sick I could only stand for a couple of minutes. The staff was helpful getting me signed in. I have been to this office three times. I have had a good experience every time.

The staff was very friendly. I had to take my Daughter back for a second visit as she started having a secondary problem. They were quick and got us in and out in a timely manner. Thank you AFC!

Everyone from the front desk to the staff in back were super nice. The wait was fine, had 9 in front of me, so took 1 hour to get back. The front desk had a rude patient that was not there and missed his call. When he came in, he thought he should go right on back.  They tried to explain, but he kept arguing with them. They finally told him we will get you back as soon as possible. They did with about 10 minute wait. I would’ve made him wait 2 hours. The office was very professional.  Will be back if need arises.

We’ve had to come here quite a few times for different reasons and have never been disappointed! The care is impeccable and they almost always call the next day to make sure everything is going well.
