First of Yovanna is absolutely amazing patient and kind always has a very calm empathetic interaction with patients my provider Rivera is very kind knowledgeable and caring Kay in eligibility has gone to great lengths to help even in my frustration Ona the pharmacist also goes beyond to help patients over amazing the worst part is the phone system, the phone often rings continuously with no answer at any prompt the scheduling line says you have reached us after hours when it clearly not after hours I have sat in the waiting area and called the number and no one answers the phone. The only way to reach anyone and it doesn’t happen every time is through the pharmacy and have to ask them to connect with the front desk horrible phone system. It is such a shame this happens because the actual employees are amazing. Eve has been exceptional!!!

I arrived for my appointment and was checked in with no hassle by the friendly receptionist. I was then escorted back by the Dentist Assistant Lee. She was amazing the whole time she did my X-rays and appointment. When she was done, I was seen by The dentist ASA, just as awesome as Lee. Professional and Friendly the entire appointment. My appointment was also nostalgic visiting the dentist in my youth, simple. I’m glad I found an office I can visit that treats people with respect and cares about the patients. Thank you for a great 1st experience.

I have been coming to Conroe st hope location for several years now and I just have to say that Edith is by far my favorite! She is always so friendly, kind and genuine. She definately makes you feel like you’re not just a number. It brings me joy every time I walk in and see her friendly smiling face.

Lauren was so helpful and fixed all of my issues and addressed concerns and made my whole process a great experience. Lauren is a great asset to St. Hope. Thank you for all of your help...

Still can’t chew food on the right side of my teeth after 7 Months. I got a tooth filling with dentist Emeka Asa and I have been in pain for several months to the point that I have learned to live with it, I have lost 15lbs because eating is difficult. He did 2 revisions to try and remove the painful sensitivity but it didn’t work. Another dentist there Christiana Foreman looked at my tooth but she was of no help, she recommended sensitivity toothpaste. This did nothing for the sensitive tooth pain till this day. I would not recommend coming to St. Hope for dental services. A simple tooth filling procedure should not cause me this much problems

Lauren has always been amazing to me even when I forget that I sent her an email she always follows up on all my concerns. She’s very prompt and always on it like a big guardian sister even at time when I forget she remembers. She tremendously assisted me with a big issue I have for over 2 weeks with an insurance misconception. Thank you Lauren from the bottom of my heart may God bless you.

I Have been waiting for at least 2 1/2 months to get my tooth font replaced after my implant broke. I was old that it couldnt be replaced I would need to get a partial plate. it has literally been2 1/2 months and I am still waiting. I was told they were waiting on the insurance company the first month. 1 1/2 months later they called me (after I called again to see what the issue was they never reached out to the insurance company I get it they are busy),but I recieved a call yesterday and the information they gave me which was how much the insurance was going to cover they were given this information the day of my first visit. My response was i knew that from the beginning how much is my portion ? I was told they have to call the insurance back to ask them. So this process could take up to 6 months to complete while I have a missing tooth and my profession requires me to do public speaking.

I worked with Lauren and she was my case manager and shes GREAT! Checking at the front with Yovanna and Amber was easy going.

I had an emergency dental problem, I called at 9am and ASKED BEFOREHAND if they accepted my type of insurance they asked for my id number gave them that, they said they do so I got an appointment same day at 3pm!, I thought great amazing! I come in and they can’t find my appointment or if my insurance covers dental or not? That’s why I called to ask first?! I waited until 3pm with tooth pain for them to tell me that. Then they wanted $160 to take me in? Lmao what a joke. And the lady in the front just taking personal calls as she’s “checking to see if she can find me in the system” 💀

EDIT:I have really appreciated the care I am now receiving from Dr. Emiko and her team and am updating my review to 4 stars. It has improved my experience here. She does seem to care a lot every time I have a visit and I am very very grateful for that.---ORIGINAL:3 stars for my so-far experience and first initial dental visit with Christiana Foreman. I may update later based on my next visit with a new dentist (since I will definitely not be seeing Ms. Foreman again).I want to first say that the receptionist and the technician were stellar. I really appreciated the time and concern they had and could tell they genuinely cared. They were both very kind and I cant thank them enough.Unfortunately, that was all that was tolerable about this appointment. Even though I have prioritized and stayed consistent with my dental hygiene for the last two years, Ms. Foreman insisted obviously its not been enough and that the state of my teeth were, in more or less words, my fault alone. The passive aggressiveness was shocking, to say the least, as well as the miseducated statement she gave to me on her way out.I told her I had a connective tissue/collagen disorder, and she stated teeth are an entirely different makeup than collagen, so that doesnt have a part to play in this.Teeth do contain collagen - the layers that do not contain it (dentin and enamel) wasnt what I was speaking of. Cementum contains type 1 collagen. Pulp contains connective tissue.I dont understand how shes allowed to bully patients into just doing better. She made assumptions about my situation and used it to be unkind and that, to me, is horrible bedside manner.My advice is to be sure you do not book your dental appointment on a Thursday, because that is the only day she works. I am looking forward to seeing a new dentist.

I have being seeing Christina Forman for about 2 months and she gets 5 stars! I had an appointment scheduled today with her and found out once I was in the chair that she was no longer there. No notification at all that she was no longer there. She was the reason I started going to st hope. The dentist did 2 fillings didn’t check my bite after and now my newly filled teeth hit before my other teeth. I don’t understand how a company operates that way.

All the staff at the Conroe location especially Dr. Harris Dr. Patel Dr. Arbaugh have done such a wonderful job and getting my teeth back in shape. A very special thanks to Irma and Miss Betty and Nicole.

Amber, Yovanna, Jamila, and Dr. Sims. These are some awesome people that work at St. Hope. Yovanna and greet you as you walk in. Jamila the nurse is sweet and pays attention when speak. That is great right there. Dr Sims listens to you. Does not speak over you. And is real good at explaining things.I find the team to very professional. After all from 1 to 10. I give St. Hopes team a 8.5. Hard work and dedicated 💪 ✨️ 👌.

Lauren was friendly and knowledgable! I was in and out quickly for my eligibility determination for the sliding scale fee offered by St Hope.

Lauren was so helpful and made me feel so special so I can get back to taking care of myself and back on my meds.

The dentists and other team members are awesome. Had a scheduling problem and they reached out to me immediately and fixed it.

Lee is awesome.....always polite and a very positive attitude....and Edith is very uplifting with her smile and great energy...Conroe rocks!!!! If you have any case management needs i will encourage anyone to see Kat. She is so patient and knowledgeable. Best case manager Ive had. Their pharmacy staff is the best around. Shout out to Oanh

St hope is the absolute best clinic I have ever been to. Tony and his staff are amazing! They have helped me in my journey to health for the last 7years. I truly feel blessed I found at Hope in conroe.

I go to St. Hope and have therapy with Sherletta Carter. She is the most amazing therapist I have ever seen. She has helped me through so much, showing me there is a light at the end of the tunnel. She is such a wonderful person. I love going here!

I’ve only been coming to this clinic for less than (or maybe around) 2 years now and from the very beginning I was treated with respect, kindness and above all, like a VIP (very important patient); as I know that all the patients in this facility are. From the front desk: you are always greated with such a warmth, it somewhat makes you feel like youre doing something worth-while and great for your overall well being. Coming from Legacy, I never left that from any of the staff, not to put anyone down as they also as amazing people, but here I feel like I am treated like their own family. There are a number of staff that always make my visits a pleasant one but in specific I just want to give a very big thank you to Eve and also to Yovanna, who is always more than willing to always find the best ways to make my visits stress-less and warm. To a new face of the team, whom Ive just begun to know, Amber: the energy that the people in the front of the establishment bring out resonates immensely. to my wonderful nurse practitioner Angela Lucas, even from the very first encounter we had. I felt safe, cared for listened to, and above all felt like my needs mattered, and not like I was just another healthy body to get in and out as soon as possible. I feel so grateful to have found this clinic and I send a thank you to each and every one of the people who are working so hard from the dental department, the pharmacists, the eye care, and more of which there are so many for me to name. if you are in an establishment where you feel unheard gaslighted or just feel like you weren’t being treated as you feel you should, I truly recommend St. Hope for those like me, with little to no medical insurance and with a limited amount of options as to were to get cared for, especially this location, the one with the warmest faces and hearts. How could I almost forget to thank Kat, who is always so helpful and open to assisting me when it comes to my legal paperwork for me to be able to afford or reduce the costs of my visits and medications and to Dr. Nguyen, who has helped me take much better care of my vision. Thank you, everyone at St. Hope……oh and to Karla too, who is always so inviting with her enthusiastic and warm energy.

Dr.Asas was sooooooooo nice and self explanatory! I’m so happy God gave me the courage to come and get my teeth examined! I was able to spend time with my Dental Assisting Teacher , it was such a great experience! I’m so happy to call this place my dental home and can’t wait to get started on the stuff I need to get started on! I am very picky about certain places, I recommend this place 1000%!Don’t be scared , I promise they will make you feel so much better!

All the staff at the Conroe location are amazing especially Yonaana Eve, Kat, and PA Angela Lucas they all have positive attitude, and very helpful with my medical needs. I was scheduled for an appointment and I got caught in traffic and Yonaana still checked me in and made it available to see A. Lucas More medical receptionist this helpful would make the medical industry a better experience! Along with all the other staff that was there that day was very helpful as well

From medical to dental whatever your needs are St. Hope has you covered. The services I received at the dentist on Thursday was great from the front desk to the dental chair. I was extremely late and they still took me. The receptionist was sweet, the lady that did my screening (Ms. Lee) I think, was very down to earth and kind. They made me feel like they really cared!!!

First, let me start by saying I have never liked going to the dentist. Neither does my son. However, my son uses St. Hope and the dentists here have been AMAZING! He no longer worries before his visits.Second, as for me, today was my first visit here, so I must say that Ms. Irma was so sweet, kind, and caring that she eased my worries and I felt comfortable right away. Dr. Miller looked at my teeth, seemed very thorough, and also made me feel very comfortable and at ease. She listened and did not make me feel bad for the issues I have going on with my teeth. I look forward to my next visit!

Ive been a patient of the Conroe location since 2019 and the service and care have always been amazing!!! Scheduling and contacting my provider is seamless and everyone is friendly and caring.

I just love this clinic! The staff is amazing you can tell they genuinely care about their patients. They take the time to really listen to what you have to say.The lab tech Chris was really professional as well. Im terrified of blood draws and always faint. He made me feel very comfortable talking me through it all before I knew it my blood draw was over.Highly recommend this place

I would say the place been great and very helpful with my situation. The staff are wonderful especially Nicky. Whenever I come, she is very welcoming, kind and thoughtful. It brings me comfort since she is here meanwhile greeting me which is perfect. Great Job!

One of the best health clinics I have ever been to! I have been going here for the past 8 years and they have always made sure that I was taken care of. Nicki at the front desk is amazing and probably one of the sweetest people you will ever meet. Dr. Moore was not the doctor I’ve started this journey with, but has been a blessing ever since I’ve met her. She goes out of her way to make you feel like family and will do anything she can to help make you feel at home. Today was the first day I’ve met the social worker Ms. Haynes and she was a joy to be around and made me feel like she’s known me forever! Overall, the family here at St. Hope is amazing and I couldn’t have asked for a better team to help me through my health journey. Thank you St. Hope ❤️

Strongly recommend this place. I was a new patient a couple of weeks ago and got the privilege to be triaged by the office manager Toni. Real great guy. I met Belinda one of the nurses there and her and Toni reassured me about a lot of things.Nicki and Yovanna were real awesome too. Nicki made sure I was doing everything correctly when I was signing in and Yovanna made sure she had an appointment to match my busy schedule. She helped me with downloading the Healow app so I can see all of my information at my fingertips. Thank you all so much for such a wonderful experience.

My Dental visits have been extremely pleasant in the chair due to the care they take to make the visit this way. Dr Miller, Lee and Irma are some of the nicest, informative and caring staff members and will go the extra mile patiently! Thanks a bunch ladies!

I just want to brag about the pre-visit assistance that I received from Bernice - she went above and beyond to help me with my referral and initial appointment - it was mid December already and I had already met my deductibleand she got my initial phone visit for December 27th! Then there was a glitch in their system that didnt send a link for my first televisit - she called me after I had been on hold waiting to join a session and told me that it didnt work and she took the time to find another appointment before January! Bernice gets 2 thumbs up from me! Rachael was my intake nurse and she was the best - very thorough and kind - another 2 thumbs up!

Nicki the receptionist is awesome!!!! Treats me with respect and is consistent with keeping on me about making my appointments. She’s truly the reason I mostly come, due to the fact that she is genuinely kind and very welcoming. Not to mention this facility is a great place to come to for medical needs. 5 star rating goes out to this place, and kudos to Nicki for caring enough about a person like me.

Dr. Patel and all his staff... Irma, the receptionist, everyone, were a pleasure to interact with. This is NOT another run of the mill dental office. Dr. Patel helped me remove wisdom teeth, several heavily impacted, and he did the job thoroughly & accurately. Other dentists back away and demand you see an oral surgeon but not Dr. Patel-- HE Got It DONE!! At that time I was out of work & didnt even have a steady income so they gave me a price I could afford. I did come back at different times to afford all four-- but they didnt mind I stretched it out and were kind and attentive. Those big Dental shops wont hold your hand if you squeal like a little kid getting his first shot. But Miss Irma did hold mine! At St. Hope Dr. Patel and his team care about you and getting you the dental services you need in an environment that lets you feel like family. After 5 decades this changed my preconceptions about all those Dentists out there. I will never go anywhere else ever again; and the same goes for our family. Keep up the Great Work Dr. Patel !!! =)

If you are coming here for the psychiatrist dont. I scheduled an appointment for adhd evaluation and when I arrived I paid out of pocket (no insurance) and was never told this would be a virtual visit! Why would I go in office if you are just going to put a iPad in the room? Then the dr was just asking questions about past trauma and things not related to adhd...I stated I needed help with adhd that I wasnt depressed but she completely disregard my needs and prescribed Prozac (within 10 mins of meeting her like what) when I asked about the actual adhd evaluation she said they sent me an email about that so basically would be a seperate visit/test which is not what I was expecting from this place at all. Really unhappy with this psychiatrist. I left this office in tears of frustration..

We have always received the best care and service from St. Hope-Conroe. Our excellent dental care for me and my husband is provided by Dr. Patel and his team Irma and Tina. They are professional and courteous through all our procedures. The receptionist Julia at the front desk greatly assists with scheduling our appointments and helps make our visits a pleasant experience. We appreciate all of them.

St. Hope is a great place to come when you are not feeling well. Nikki at the front desk is very friendly and helpful if you need help she is there to give the help you need. Angelica is my nurse also and is very sweet and helpful as well. I love coming to St. Hope to where i get taken care of like a patient should.

Kat in intake is fantastic very kind and sweet she helped my husband get his paperwork done and his dental appointment since he was in so much pain . Shes the best!!! 😇

St Hope Foundation (Conroe) is a great place to go, the staff members have excellent customer service, but it’s one staff member who really stands out to me, she is a Case Manger, and her name is Lauren Haynes. She is absolutely amazing. She goes above and beyond with assisting her patients with their needs. She has great work ethic and she is very efficient. I truly wish they had a Lauren Haynes at all of their locations, because she is the best. And I thank her for being the person she is.

They was very professional and always friendly and told me the step what they best going to do and what was my step that was best for me in my care, dental is exceptional.

Every visit i have had and plan on having i look forward to seeing my “Health Family” yes Family! Everyone is so helpful and full of life i definitely would recommend this facility to any new comers! Mrs. Nikki (receptionists) will make sure you’re taken very good care of as soon as you walk through the door i so much adore her! My Doctor Mrs. Moore is the best and her team fall in line! I use to hate going to the doctor but now i spend a lot of time sharing my outside life with my “Health Family” and appreciate the livelihood they bring to me and my spirit! A+

I had an appointment 8:30 in the morning, I never received a call to confirm the appointment. Well they canceled my appointment. I went to check in on the tablet, my number was changed to a completely different number. How does that happen? They wanted me to reschedule, I said no, Ill go to lone star family health center where Ive never had problems before. I only needed a rapid test to continue my prep, cant get into lone star until December. So thats great guys TyDo not go this place. I cancelled all my appointments Not professional at all. Would have been one star but the social worker, therapist and nurses were nice, and did their jobs well.

Im very pleased with the care that I receive at this location. Edith is very attentive and welcoming. All my needs are met by the end of my visit.

Lauren is a good social worker. She takes time to listen to me. And she finds resources to help. She is understanding.

Worst doctors and medical staff ever! Although I was impressed on my first visit because of the attention I received, I was greatly dismayed the second time I was there. I was left in a cold room for almost an hour and not a single person came in to see me or check on me. Im a 73 year old woman. The doctor finally arrived. She clearly could have cared less about my situation. She didnt even apologize for the time I had to wait for her and she had nothing to say nor prescribed for my skin infection. Clearly this was a waste of my time and money. I did receive a bill for $1500! Not only will I not pay the bill, I am requesting Medicare not pay their part. I plan to report this business to the Better Business Bureau, as well. You will be hearing from me. I will let the City of Conroe know of my horrible experience. Amen! Now what are you going to do about this doctors practice? Shame on all of you!

My experience at St hope is definitely the best from past visit and looking forward to future visits! The receptionist is AWESOME she greet you with this warm smile and ensure that any and every question you may have will be answered and discussed. I love the staff and environment, will definitely go here for the rest of my life.

Great service Irma and Dr. Patel are great. No waiting and very professional staff. There is another professional there in the dental area who will keep you feeling very happy and she is always upbeat reminds me of my grandmother. All services deserve a 5 star including prescriptions.

Dr. Patel and his staff ( Irma, Ms. Betty and Julia) are absolutely Amazing!!! my first visit was an emergency visit, i had an infection and needed to be seen right away! they saw me the same day that i called... i had to have a root canal... it was mt first one so i was pretty nervous to say the least. Irma and Ms. Betty helped calm me down, A LOT!!! the environment was fun and relaxing. i left there went home told my husband i was so lucky to have found a super nice and gentle Dr. i will continue to go there for all of my teeth problems! i will be bringing the entire family there! Oh and book for a Fun Friday! you will not regret it one bit!!

Dr. Patel, Ms. Betty, and Irma have taken such good care of me! From the first visit they made me feel comfortable and like I matter. Terenee at the front desk has gone above and beyond to help me every time Ive been seen. I have been so grateful for St. Hope. They are truly a blessing!!

Dr. Patel performed my extractions with great care and expertise. He answered all my questions and kept me informed before, during and after all my procedures. He fully explained my options. The assistants Irma and Ms. Betty was very helpful in preparing and assisting to make me at ease while assisting Dr. Patel. I very much appreciate all of them to insure my visit went well.

Dr Sims really listens and gives the best care along with his nurse! Highly recommended.

These people do not act with honesty and integrity. Never will come back to this place. They just lie about your appoinments, and about everything. NEVER WILL COME BACK! This is a follow up about this post and review. I talked to Britney and she really was very professional, nice, caring, respectful, honest,etc. That is a good thing to let you guys know. She was awesome and the most important she put her best effortsand she showed her real willingness to help with the issues I had to deal with. Thanks Britney. We really appreciate this.

Ive been going to this clinic for 2 years or so and have been a patient of Dr.Pharies for years. Great Dr. Always professional and polite. Id also like to point out his nurse on staff, Angelica is an absolute sweet heart and is alwsys so kind and conducts herself in a professional mannar to every patient. All around this is one of the best clinics Ive been to!

I went to St. Hope foundation in need of medications, treatment, and blood work. I needed to see the Social Worker/Counselor to help me obtain that which I could not afford. Lauren Haynes helped me with this process. She was very upbeat, positive, and attentive to my needs. With her help; I was able to move forward with the process in less than 10 minutes, and received everything I needed. The last thing people want in this situation is to feel like theyre being judged or discriminated against; which can be followed by poor care.I would also like to mention that my doctor Penny has seen me through hard times, and I am very grateful for the care she has given me.

Dr. Pharies, the psychiatrist there is absolutely wonderful! Hes so positive and really shows that he cares. His nurse Angelican is simply amazing! Shes warm and funny and makes you feel comfortable such as a friend instead of a patient!Ive been going here for years and definitely recommend them to anyone in need of psychiatric help. They also have primary and specialty care available which is very convenient and i GUARANTEE you wont find anyone else in Montgomery County thatll beat their prices.

Very helpful staff. Kind, compassionate, patient. Seemed really genuinely concerned about people. Pharmacy Staff also kind. First impressions are lasting; Niki, Edilia, De & Letricia--were especially helpful & kind. Hope they always remember that what they do has lasting affects on peoples lives & its more than a job.

Two stars because the staff we interacted with were kind and somewhat professional. The front desk staff handled check in with professionalism. The nurse had equipment issues and seemed overly busy/rushed, but I do not thinnk that was her fault. We waited 2 1/2 hours to see the doctor. But, that wasnt even the main concern. I do not mind having a long wait for a good doctor. I know busy offices often run behind. When we were finally escorted to the doctors office Dr Pharies gave no appropriate greeting of any kind. He was staring at his computer screen as we walked into the room. We awkardly sat down. His first words, as he stared into computer screen, were a robotic who referred you? When I answered we had no referral, he robotically asked the same question again. I answered again No one referred us and he asked why did you make the appointment? It proceeded to then be the most bizarre doctors appointment I have ever attended in my life- and I am 49 and have seen a lot of doctors(good, bad, mediocre) He never looked us in the eye. Stared at a computer screen the entire time, typing. Almost robotically, monotone, bored voice he asked a series of medical questions. All the questions were appropriate, he obviously has many years of experience. But, his demeaner and interaction was so strange and insulting on a human-to-human level. He then gave a diagnosis after about 20 minutes of this weird interaction and when we asked questions on how he came to this diagnosis/side-effects of meds, he gave VERY brief monotone answers while starting and typing into his computer screen. $40 wasted, we will not be returning.

The whole staff was nice and considerate. Irma and Tierney made be feel very comfortable and taken care of. I am grateful that Dr. Patel elects to do this type of dental work for people with lower incomes.

Dr Patel;Julia;Leboria;Irma.....sorry if I missed a few names 😁 have truly been a blessing to me.Being a senior citizen with no dental insurance has been a nightmare. I have lived in pain; not able to chew well for years.This is a place I can afford but even more than that it’s the friendly, caring staff that I love so much. YOU matter here as a person; true compassion and care. ❤️❤️❤️

The doctors and staff are all very helpful. I want to sincerely thank mohammad and keystalyn in the pharmacy department for always going the extra mile. They follow up on my meds, are kind and even remember my name, when they see me. I have been going to St.Hope Foundation for 3 years. I absolutely love this place. From the doctors to the social workers. Especially Priscilla. They have been very helpful in managing my health issues. I go to the Conroe clinic and everyone is so friendly. I have been to Legacy and Thomas St and this clinic is way better. Thank you for helping the community.

Spent days back and forth setting an appointment. Needed to make arrangements with friend to get me to the initial appointment and get date that worked for my friend who took a day off work to get me there. Get emails confirming my appointment more than once. One the day before my appointment and after getting a confirmation of appointment only hours earlier, my appointment at the last minute is cancelled. My friend took a day off work for nothing and no satisfactory excuse from St Hope except new dates being offered. How can I trust you will keep another appointment and ask my friend to take ANOTHER DAY OFF WORK to help me get there..... And you cancel again. Not a very good first impression. Thought you guys would be so much better than this. VERY DISAPPOINTED BUT WHO CARES

Really like the Conroe Location. Clean, Open, and Friendly office. Angelica G in Psych is awesome, warm and personable. Dr Pharies is very helpful. Explains each med in detail before prescribing, side effects, and benefits. The only reason they do not get 5 stars from me is because the price went up after my second visit but they are still affordable.

I had a bridge put in right before Christmas. They was supposed to do a root canal, before putting the bridge on. They never did, and my head and mouth been hurting since jan. In now my bridge infected and Ive been experiencing severe headaches for months. This not the first time they messed my mouth up. The other dentist pulled my tooth, and left several pieces of tooth in my gums. It was infected so bad, that it developed a cyst, and I could have died. In julie at conroe, said the dentist was supposed to do the root canal but it never got done. They are not a good clinic and I do not recommend you all at all. I am 9 weeks pregnant, and will not go back. I will like my money back for this bridge. I paid over $1200 for it, and would like you all to pay, to have it surgically remove. In now I am suffering from the dentist mistake. My head hurts, I have jaw pain, twitching, numbness in my face, like my neck straining. I will never go back. I will like my money back. Absolutely horrible. However you have answering your phones if dumb as a box of rocks and not helpful at all. They literally did not know what they were doing. This is a terrible sign of the service I would receive if I were to come in. Please train your receptionists better or hire people who are more knowledgeable about healthcare.

The front receptionist by the name of Youanna Ramirez is by far the most professional, pleasant and dedicated person to deliver proper customer service. I wish she was at that location EVERYDAY. Dr Schmidt, Dr Schmidt’s assistant and both of the regular pharmacists (the young ladies for which I forgot their names) along with Youanna Ramirez are the perfect DREAM TEAM to run that facility in memorable way that impact the lives of people in a positive fashion! I felt at home, while being served by this DREAM TEAM crew. Thanks and I hope they will be the regular staff when I visit for now on.

Angelique is very professional, courteous, and very awesome and make each visit that I have on a monthly basis perfect. St Hope is a blessing for my family. We have several children with mental illness and it is the only place to go to get their meds once they age out of Tricointy. Allie, at the front desk is awesome! Im new to the area, and unfortunately have had a lot of experience with needing these kinds of services. By that I mean, lets face it, having to utilize any sort of health program means things arent exactly going your way. But my experience here was positive and reassuring in the best kind of way. Edilia Zuniga is a case manager there and she is definitely someone you want to help guide you through the beginning process. Immediately I felt comfortable and eased by simply her personality. Combined with her knowledge of the system and process, if you are faced with a circumstance, you want someone like her on your team to help you out. Give this place a look. You wont be disappointed.

Had a great first experience at St Hope in Conroe! They were all super nice, very knowledgeable about my condition, got me in and out quickly, the receptionist, nurses, PAs, & lady that took my blood all know what theyre doing and they actually want to help..cant say enough good things about everyone there. Front desk staff was kind and accommodating. I am giving 2 stars due to my experience with Dr. Pharies. I hate to say it but I think he is too old to be practicing. I could hardly understand him and I don’t think he could understand all my concerns. The communication was just not able to be there.

The staff members, from the reception to the nurses and case managers are all helpful and they go above and beyond to help. Each patient is looked at as a priority and they all make you feel welcome. Thank you all for being there for me.

This place honestly saved my life🤗😁! Everywhere I went to see who could help me with my front tooth 😭 yes the big one!! They would try to charge me out the butt!! 😫 I went to places upon places trying to find somewhere that wouldn’t charge for 16 visits for scans, that cost every time😢fast forward 3 years later😖 😱 I was told about this place!☺️the price was more then half the other place!😱 They were super nice, ❤️friendly joyful staff ☺️☺️They were fantastic they knew how eliminate any nervous feeling that I had💕, overall 10/10. This is my new go-to place

Awesome company but dont deal with Priscilla Francis, Director of Social Work. She will have so many delays in your applications and your notes will not be in the system in a timely manner so other facilities and workers would know the status of your health concerns. Shes loud, unprofessional, and its only a check for her. At the Greenspoint location they will treat you like youre more than just a number but not Ms. Francis. Never trust a word she says.

I paid $60 for my blood work and was told they would call 2weeks later with the results, I never received a call and called them back. The person who answered said I have to make an appointment just to get my results. 😕😡 So I asked her if I would have to pay she said yes,😑 then I asked how much she said she doesnt know😒😤Now after speaking with 3 different ppl they all say I have to pay for an office visit to receive my results, which is not true. I now know my results by doing some research and they were free. I dont like being lied to.

This is the only doctor office/care coordination that has let me down so many times, almost every month getting medication I have problems that prevent me getting medication.In the past I lived in Kentucky, Indiana, California, and Florida in those states I never had any of these problems, never had to double check on the work of my care coordination and never had to beg for someone to just do their job!So far in my experience the worst federally qualified doctor office I have ever been too.

Yes my experience at st. Hope foundation dental, was a good one I went to have my teeth taken out so I could get dentures and the dentist was very professional and helpful, she did a terrific job where I didnt feel anything and I had no complications afterwards.

I’ve been going to St Hope for a couple of months now and I’ve been incredible blessed with all the help from Sherletta Carter and Dr Williams for helping me get me life on track. I don’t know where I would be without them.

I was seeing the dietician/ nutritionist Meghan at the St Hope location in Bellaire TX but scheduled the follow up appointment in Conroe due to distance. Meghan was nice and informative however both visits have been a huge headache. Im talking about an hr wait just to verify insurance. Thats not including time to be seen or the time it took to even book an appointment with her (1 month wait each time). Because shes a specialist I was told at booking the first appointment i would need a referral from my PCP. Went through a few days of back and forth hassle from my PCP communicating with St. Hope only to discover I DO NOT NEED A REFERRAL. My PCP confirmed with my insurance that because Meghan is listed as provider with my insurance i did not need a referral. I had them confirm this before the appt and told ST HOPE. When i got there (Bellaire location) front desk requested referral in order to be seen. 1 hr later after contacting my PCP and insurance he got the reference #/referral code whatever he called it that he needed to plug in the computer in order for me to be seen that day. He apologized and said this should have been verified earlier prior to my visit especially being that they had a month. Meghan was also apologetic. Come my second visit with her the same issue occurred. Only this time after 1 hr i decided to walk out and find a different clinic and dietician with less hassle and inconvenience. Its very unfortunate because i would have very much like to develop a good relationship with her and get my health on the right track. Your staff should have verified this information prior to my appt and or saved the referral/ reference number on file to prevent this from happening again. Front desk said she couldnt find any info in the system. She should have called the BELLAIRE location to get that info and verified with my insurance company. It shouldnt have taken an hour to do so either. Overall, bad experience and would not recommend. Sorry!

My experience at St.Hope Foundation Conroe was GREAT!!! Mr. Mohammad and Krystalyn are awesome and very helpful in the PHARMACY DEPT.!!! Ms. Freddrea at the front desk is very very nice and awesome as well!! She always have a beautiful smile on her face!! Also Tiereny in Dental is great as well !!!! So, St. Hope Foundation keep hiring great people!!!! Im very satisfied!!!!!!!Mr. King

How can they do this to people I’m pretty im pretty sure I’m not the only one, I have dentist appointment at 10 am well was 11:05 am waiting for the dentist to do my cleaning, I fall asleep for the entire hour I went to the front desk to make another appointment next week let’s see next week. Ive seen doctor Sims as a new patient about a week ago. Ive seen him on Wednesday for a follow up and get my prescriptions from my high blood pressure refilled here it is Monday 4 days later I have yet to receive my medication to pick . He hasnt even sent my prescriptions into the pharmacy that is right there about 2 away from the office tome the doctor does not care about his patient

Dr. Patel and the radiologist Mrs. Irma were awesome. I will advise anyone with dental issues to stop in, because the handle business. Treat you like a person with feelings.

The initial appointment was great but when I went to pick up my glasses there was no one there to assist me with the fitting of my glasses. No one knew if I could or couldnt see out of them.The receptionist etc. are very unprofessional very!!

This place is so unprofessional its not even funny. As stated in previous reviews, they answer the phone stating that: You are more than just a number But the reality is you are exactly just that to them. Im not sure where they get funding but I will find out and report that patients needs arent being met by social workers at St. Hope Conroe who are responsible for processing and managing your case for prescription assistance. God forbid someone there cared enough to be proactive to ensure patients dont go without perscriptions and avoiding a lapse in coverage; instead of making excuses as to why they dropped the ball especially when they had 30 days from the initial intake to request whatever further documentation may be necessary from me prior to me needing another refill. Trust me when I say that you ARE just another number to these people and they are full of excuses for inadiquate service.

I had the best experience ever! They was fast and efficient! Ms.niki was the best receptionist ever!! She was very patient and got me the help i needed. Also mr.Simms was the best doctor ever and he was well worth the visit.

The staff at St Hope does not respond to your needs. They do not tell you what will be happening as you continue your treatment. They start the work and never call to continue the work, instead the insurance pays them for the work that was supposed to have been done , but never was completed.

Im giving 5 stars because they’re AMAZING! If you see Elsa run and hide! She’s dishonest and mean and will do her best to lie on you.... I wouldn’t deal with her! Nikki #2 is best!!!

The dental office is ridiculously slow, Ive been waiting for an hour and 15 minutes. This is my third appointment for the same temporary crown because they messed up the final crown and then the dentist quit.

I always love the atmosphere here at Conroe everyone is so sweet and nice,and the receptionist Nikki does an amazing job as soon as you walk in your greeted with a warm smile.She really makes you feel so comfortable and special shes very professional and very helpful she makes want to stay there and chat just because shes so pleasant.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I have tried to call to get an appointment and nobody answers the phone. I have left 3 voicemails and have yet to receive a call back. I got through one time and the receptionist abruptly answered and said Hold. I was literally on hold for 30 minutes. St. Hope is not worth the trouble. I would NOT recommend. Go somewhere else that is more organized and can actually answer the phone.

The staff is great from dental to medical and pharmacy. Dr Sims is the best and nikki and angelica are wonderful, with customer service.

The worse dentist Ive ever been to. They charged Medicare but never gave me the dentures.

You come here thinking you have an appointment to be told I dont. They say I was suppose to call and confirm the appointment. Why would I make an appointment and not come. Thats another thing why cant I see more than one doctor in the same day. They say because I have insurance thats dumb just bill the insurance for two different doctors. It seems to get worse here each time I come here.

I brought my fiancé here because of his depression. The psychologist saw him for 5 minutes and put him on Zoloft. 2 months later he became worse and ended up killing himself. This place does see you as a number unlike their answering service.
