Morgan Fertility was amazing through all 3 of my babies. The nurses, the billing team, everyone was professional but also so caring and invested. Im so glad I came back to them for each of my babies throughout the past 9 years.

Had a great experience with the whole nurse team at morgan fertility from the one who draws your blood to the one who does the ultrasounds! Beautiful experience had 2 embryos and both made to full term a boy and a girl thanks to Dr Morgan and his team

We had 3 cycles with them and all of them are failed, after each cycle they come up with different reasons for failure and suggest more testing and check-ups. They are money-minded as they were keep charging more than what they advertise and dont get approval from insurance and simply charge on us, they charged more no of monthly payments than they should have. i have had terrible experience both medically and financially with these folks. WONT RECOMMEND AT ALL...

I share similar experience with other reviewers, and im writing this in hopes that NO other woman (Plus size or not) goes through the same heart wrenching experience..... As others stated, I had all these test done, but never received a personal interpretation of the results. For something as sensitive as family planning I imagined Id receive empathy or at the very least respect. But BOY was I wrong. When I finally did meet Dr. Morgan, I was met with insensitivity and hostility. After a painful failed procedure, he went on to give me lecture on my eating habits stating that I need to go home ASAP and start eating salads because Im OBESE. As if I were a child. Besides the fact that I was NOT there for Bariatric Care, he is not a bariatric specialist nor did I ask his medical on the matter. In fact my primary OB/GYN confirmed that weight is only but 1 factor in fertility. And so I was seeking advise on all other factors. Either way, I DO NOT recommend this facility.

If I could give no stars I would. Weirdly enough I didn’t agree with the 1 star ratings I read here and coincidentally a day later I finally get my own information that resulted in now agreeing with the others. I first do a consult and then get told to start weekly lab work and ultrasound, I get put on medication where I was told we’ll see how my body responds and that it can take up to 4 weeks based on dosage etc. I waste my time doing 2 financial phone calls for egg freezing, having to go in person to learn how to give myself the medication then go in for more lab work, the doctor called, was rude and just said we can’t continue with helping you and if u want to have kids use a donor egg. Spoke exactly like that, no empathy, and that was the whole call. I sent a message in the portal for more info and now I get no response. Waste of time and money.

About a month and a half ago I became a patient at Morgan Fertility in Cranford New Jersey. I was scheduled to do a series of tests that included bloodwork and ultrasounds in order to figure out why my husband and I were not conceiving. My husband also had to run some tests. After all the tests were finished, I never heard back from a doctor or received a phone call to schedule my next consult to know what my next steps were in this process. I ended up calling them myself in which case they said that it was an error in communication. Since everyone is busy and things happen, I let that slide. I had, what I believe is the nurse practitioner, call me and review all notes. As part of my bloodwork results, I was told that my thyroid was slightly elevated. They prescribed me, Synthroid, which, upon taking it made me feel very ill since my thyroid levels were not at the level that required medication. I contacted the staff and left a message with the nurse, and the doctor never called me back. As a matter of fact, I never personally met the doctor at all. I received numerous medication from Dr. Allen Morgan and never met the man. The only person I ever had contact with was the Katlyn. I left numerous messages and called various times throughout the week to no end and I finally got in contact with somebody when I clicked the button to “make an appointment”. That is when I was able to speak to Katlyn. At that point, I was so disappointed at how they’ve treated me that I asked her for my medical records. She told me I was in my rights for them and it will be emailed toe and then hung up the phone on me. I’ve ever experienced such a non-caring group of staff. I don’t advise any woman or couple to go here. As far as I’m concerned, these positive reviews must be fake.

Morgan Fertilitys practices are unethical and unprofessional. They wasted my 1st cycle by giving me such a low dosage. I am 41 years old with low egg reserves and Dr Robin prescribed me Follistim 150 units and Menopur 75ml beginning to end without increasing my dosage. When I asked the nurse why they arent increasing my dosage her response was that they didnt want me to waste my medication. I only know now that it was such a low dosage because I went for a second opinion. My Doctor at RMA prescribed more than double what they prescribed me and he couldnt understand why my dosage were so low giving my age and low egg reserve.I should have ran away when billing changed the pricing on me to almost $3000 more than what originally gave me. They informed me right before I was to start my medication, after I did all the testing, sonogram and blood work. I asked why the price change, Karen from billing stated that because they were currently in negotiations with my insurance. When I called my insurance, they said that morgan fertility is in network and didnt know what they meant negotiations, office is either in or out of network. I then asked to go over with my insurance what is not covered but it was not possible because noone from morgan fertility ever called nor did they submit any prior authorization with my insurance. When I responded to billing email asking who contacted my insurance and when, I received no response. Only after two weeks when my husband reached out to them that they said they were going to honor the original pricing.We ended my 1st ivf cycle without an egg retrieval since my follicles did not grow. I was told by the nurse that this cycle wont count as a cycle with my insurance since we didnt do the egg retrieval. Later, I found out it did count as a cycle from my insurance. More LIES.There was no way i was going to let Morgan Fertility take another cycle from me. I spoke to Amarilis the billing manager in April to cancel my 2nd ivf preauthorization with my insurance. Found out today from my insurance that they still havent canceled it. Morgan fertility is now preventing me from doing another cycle. When i called to speak to Amarilis, she told the operator to tell me she already called my insurance. I asked if they can call my insurance since obviously they are saying they received no phone call, the operator told me the best he can do it to put me to the billing managers voicemail.Its quite obvious Mortgan Fertilitys main concern is their financial benefit. Hoping my review will save someone else from going through all the deception and frustration Ive dealt and still dealing with this horrible place.

I have been wanting to give a review after I get my miracle baby, but I think I will just give it now and update later.I cannot begin to describe how amazing my experience has been so far.Doctor Olcha is the kindest and most compassionate person I have ever met. He explains in details and even when I bombard him with emails he still responds.Dr. Morgan helped me a lot as well financially. So considerate and caringThe nurses are great especially Kelly. Her voice just calms you in a way that says everything will be alright.Karen too is one person I bother everytime but she never complains.I love these people. And I am happy and fortunate to know them.I am hopeful and pray everything works well.But I’d rather do this journey with The Morgan fertility Family.

Did one test for semen analysis, but get billed for 2 services. The billing department clearly has illegal practices. If you experienced similar situation, please don’t hesitate to forward Explanation of benefits and bills to NJ government.

Amazing practice. Dr. Morgan and the entire staff are nothing short of the best. They make you feel important, listened to and understood. I traveled 45 minutes for each appointment and it was worth it. If you’re looking for a fertility specialist you can stop your search here. The patient portal gives you access to all your records and test results and also a direct way to ask questions and receive instructions.Update: As a second time patient my experience was just as wonderful. The entire staff is state of the art and amazing. I highly recommend Morgan Fertility.

I cannot say enough good things about the staff and physicians at Morgan Fertility! From my first visit to my last, everyone was so friendly, kind, understanding, and patient with my questions and concerns. I never had a difficult time getting an appointment and felt very safe with the COVID protocols they set up in their office. Its clear Dr. Morgan is very knowledgeable as he was able to find the right medications for my success within a few short months. Im so thankful I chose their office to help further build our family!

Horrible experience do not recommend. Between the lack of attention from the doctors to the unprofessionalism in the back office. Insurance claims were consistently sent incorrectly. My wife felt as if Dr Morgan did not even know her. No diagnosis no sort of plan. Everything was rushed without explanation.

Doctor Morgan and his team are the best! They were so amazing during our journey. We felt supported and understood. We are an LGBTQ+ family and we never felt judged or treated any different than any other couple. Their office personnel was patient with us and answered all our questions with due diligence. We have beautiful twins and we are completely overjoyed with their blessing!! Thank you Doctor Morgan and the team! We highly recommend them! and we will continue to recommend them for any other family.

Everyone at Morgan Fertility has been so amazingly professional and patient. I have never felt so comfortable at any other medical facility. The doctors and nursing staff have been so sweet and they are extremely understanding to all situations. BEWARE OF THIS DOCTOR. I had a horrible experience with Dr. Allen Morgan. I was referred to him by his brother Ben Morgan who was the complete opposite, sweet, kind, informative & respectful. His brother Allen on the other hand.. from the first time I met him he was rude, disrespectful & seemed like he could care less. I was desperate in agonizing pain with stage 4 endometriosis to have the surgery and take it all out.. I shouldve trusted my gut. I could write a book on all the things that went wrong. Long story short he used the wrong machine to cut out the cysts and less than a year later I was back to stage 3 endometriosis because he didnt remove all of it the first time around. I have no insurance & had to pay almost $20K for his surgery.. Not only was he a horrible surgeon but I had to spend another $20K for another surgery. If youre looking for an exceptional endometriosis specialist go to World Renowned Dr. Andrea Vidali in NYC/Hoboken. He will even provide you a video of the surgery to show you how amazing his work is. I had my 2nd surgery with Andrea Vidali a year ago today and Im still perfectly healthy!

Couldn’t properly diagnose or treat. Seemed like they were guessing. Complete waste of time. Also cut me out once I was pregnant even though I begged them for a blood test, as I sometimes need progesterone suppository to not lose the pregnancy. They said they don’t do anything for patients once pregnant. Had to drive an hour away to a better clinic who helped me even without being their patient. Waste of time. Only focused on billing, and if you’re not pregnant they can bill you for years.

Dr. Morgan’s and his staff are Amazing! I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Olcha. He is very caring and went above and beyond to help us. The Nurse Kelly it’s Amazing! She is always there to help you and answer your questions. The ultrasound technician are great and very friendly. After2 cycles we finally have our Miracle Baby Girl!!!

We have had nothing but the best experiences with Dr. Morgan and his team. The nurses make you feel comfortable and are there to answer all your questions along the way. They communicate quickly and efficiently and held our hands throughout both of our successfully processes.

Doctor Olcha has been one of the kindest people I have ever met coupled with being a wonderful physician. I know I am in good hands and trust him! The girls in the office are also incredibly kind, flexible, and easy to talk to when I’m feeling particularly stressed. The nurses are compassionate are brilliant. Wonderful team !

The doctors and staff at Morgan Infertility are amazing. During a difficult and stressful time in our lives, they showed great compassion and care. Thanks to them, we have our beautiful one-year old son! We would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who is looking for a fertility clinic.

After 2 miscarriages in 7 months I was devastated. I went to see Dr Morgan and he quickly found out that I had a blood disorder that causes miscarriage. He got my cycle back to a normal time frame (not the 60+ days it had been) and my husband and I were expecting in 3 months time. Thanks to his diagnosis and the great care that Dr Morgan and his staff provide, I was put on blood thinners for the duration of my pregnancy and delivered a healthy baby boy. It’s been a little over a year and we are back in the office to try for baby #2. Although I don’t have a problem conceiving, I do have to start blood thinners immediately after finding out I’m pregnant. I feel safer knowing Dr Morgan’s staff is monitoring me again and I have full confidence that baby #2 will be here before I know it.The office is clean and the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. I also love the patient portal which the nurses use to relay messages. I almost always have my phone on silent so I don’t have to worry about playing phone tag or not getting ahold of anyone.

Today was my last day at Morgan Fertility of Lakewood 🤞🏻It was such a bitter/sweet day walking out since I now will follow the rest of my pregnancy with my OBGYN. The Drs and staff were great but the one person I could not have done this without is their Nurse Tabitha. She helped me so much through this process and I couldn’t be more great-full for her. I did gender selection. I have three boys I wanted to have a daughter to complete my family. Morgan Fertility of Lakewood made my wish come true. Fingers crossed that in August 2022 my little girl will be here. I have already recommended my bestfriend to go there to start her family can’t wait to see where her journey takes her 🤞🏻

Dr. Morgan & his team are nothing short of miracle workers. They were so pleasant and comforting from start to finish. I will be forever grateful especially to Dr. Morgan, Dr. Olcha, Kelly, Kayla, Diana and of course the first smiling face you see as you walk in Nancy!I can’t speak highly enough and will refer them to anyone I know looking to expand their family.

This was our second time with Dr. Morgan and his wonderful staff and we couldnt be more thrilled. Although it was during COVID, everyone was patient, helpful and gave me all the time I needed. The receptionists, nurses, and bloodwork and ultrasound technicians were efficient, professional and always made me feel comfortable. All in all a very smooth and seamless experience

After years of struggling & a loss, Dr Morgan and his team were successful in helping my husband and I conceive not once but twice! (3 years apart!) They are thorough, work quickly and efficiently, and they explain the process every step of the way. Cannot say enough good things! Thank you so much!

I am so appreciative of Dr. Morgan, Kelly and all his staff - my family is eternally grateful. I was told at another clinic after discouraging AMH/FSH numbers and two failed rounds of IVF that I would have to use donor eggs. I looked at reviews of many clinics and Dr. Morgans patients described the experience I was looking for.When I spoke with Dr. Morgan, he had innovative ideas and tailored the treatment plan to my exact needs. I became pregnant during the first round of IVF! I was then so anxious about losing the pregnancy because of past miscarriages, but Kelly and staff updated me, reassured me weekly and discussed all my bloodwork and ultrasounds.I cant recommend Dr. Morgan enough- if you want to expand your family and are struggling to do it on your own, dont wait. You need to have a consult with Dr. Morgan.

Nurses are very nice, especially Jen and Alison! Went through iui with them, the doctor told me I was going to miscarry when in all actuality I was just not that far along as they thought. I almost had a d&c because he told me my pregnancy wasn’t viable. I went to a different doctor to have the procedure done and there was my baby! Alive and very healthy. I’m 14 weeks now, I thank God I got a second opinion.

If you are looking for an infertility practice that treats you individually and not like a number, this is the place!Staff is great from front desk, to clinical, to laboratory and finally billing!They have 3 locations in New jersey, and 3 doctors that strive their hardest to achieve a desired pregnancy.

Scammers sitting in form of doctors. Once you start process , you will hardly see doctor. Nurses will be doing all ultrasounds with no word on whats going on. They will say they will call you and that call will be a 10 second call and so rude. Laboratory technician Brittany doesnt even know how to draw blood. She will put in needle in your arm and move it here and there making you cry in pain. I wasted 2 months with them, was billed worth thousands and ultimately had to get out of their care. Talking about bedside manner, I think they are the worse.

I am pleased with the care I received from Dr.Olcha an it is always a pleasure to see Dr.Morgan smile! 4 stars because of a particular nurse from the beginning of my treatment, the very first appointment has had a horrible disposition about herself an her attitude is so nonchalant that it makes you want to run out the door 🚪 but seeing the doctors 🥼 you forget about her!!OVERALL GO GET YOUR BABY

I wish that I could be able to write this review and give 0 stars..... I have nothing but negative things to say about the Dr and his staff. First off, they have technicians at the office when you go for monitoring, not a dr, and if you are doing an IUi cycle be prepared for the nurse to do the procedure, and not Dr. Morgan. I was doing a cycle when covid hit and I was at the office waiting to do the IUi and was told that even after taking all the medicines and monitoring that it would not be happening. I never received a phone call from the office telling me it would not happen as I spoke to the nurse the day before and assured me that it would be happening. Following covid I returned to do another cycle and I had some questions about medication over the weekend and called the service 4 times and never received a phone call back until Monday at 3:30pm. There is no continuity of care and I felt like just a number not to mention the fact that the Dr himself was arrogant when I did see him. If you are reading this, please don’t waste your time with this office. All they care about is the almighty dollar!

Doctor Allen Morgan was awesome. He knew exactly when to do my IUI at the right moment. His staff are super amazing. They are accommodating and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Morgan Fertility!!!!

Why was it difficult for Morgan to give out medical records after paying so much that you were Informed at initial stage .

Let me just start say sorry because I call a lot every dept. in there office but everyone was very patient and guided me step by step staff receptionist Doctor Olcha Nurse Kelly /Tabitha and most importantly karen in billing she guided me so much and save me a lot best team step by step every lil detail

All of the people who work here are very responsive to questions, and I really like how flexible the schedule is. I almost never have to take time off to go to appointments since they have hours before work and after work a few times a week.
