Planned Parenthood - Massapequa Center

First time here for an annual visit. I called them up at 1:30 pm and got an appointment same day for 3:30 pm. The parking lot had space and no protestors . They checked me in, took my insurance, and let me fill in paperwork, the whole process was fast and everyone there was friendly.The nurse who took my blood was super sweet and did a great job, pravinka?Saw the doctor and everything was comfortable and she even asked me if I needed a birth control refill. Super clean and new looking office. The doctor that say me said it was recently remodeled. I would definitely recommend.

I visited this Planned Parenthood clinic to get my IUD inserted and had a very positive experience. The staff, including the receptionists, the nurse who conducted the questionnaire, and the doctor who performed the insertion, were all exceptionally friendly and professional. They took the time to explain the procedure in detail, which made me feel informed and comfortable. They even provided Advil to help manage the pain. The check-in process was quick and easy, and the insertion itself was smooth. The staff genuinely cares about their patients and goes above and beyond. I highly recommend this clinic, 10/10!!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Don’t book an appointment here if you don’t plan on waiting min a hour and half to be called in to see someone . I can’t imagine why they would have something like this set up so poorly . So disappointed will never come back to this location doctor was very kind and empathetic

Went with my wife to a appointment at plan parent hood and was told Im not allowed in the room to hold my wifes hand while she gets a painful surgery done. I find that very disturbing and disrespectful another medical office would allow me in

I went to planned parenthood for regular testing. OMG Michelle , she did my bloodwork was so great and fast. I didn’t even feel it. I didn’t even know that planned parenthood does bloodwork. It took 1 minute and I didn’t feel it. All those nerves for nothing. lol . Thanks ! Give her a raise !Also, I had a scheduled appointment for 11:00 and I was out at 11:20. It’s crazy how fast the service is there. My doctor was doctor Dr. Vinci. She was so sweet and straight to the point! Very efficient and fast lol. Planned parenthood is great because of all of the services and the great staff . Frfr. Even if you are going for birth control. They are very thorough and explain everything in detail in a timely manner.Each time I go there it’s a great experience.10 out of 10!

DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION! Worst facility ever. I had scheduled an appointment in this facility (a month in advance). I drove 45 minutes to get there and then, I was told that there wasn’t a provider able to take my insurance. I was not a new patient, I’ve been there before using the same insurance. The receptionist said that she tried to call me in the morning.( they open at 10:00 am, my appointment was at 10:50 am) when did she try to call me? I didn’t receive a voicemail or got a missed call from her. I’m very disappointed! That tells me that they don’t care about their patients and made me waist my time.

Great and friendly staff! It was super fast, and I was seen by the doctor and out in less than an hour. Best experience!

My girlfriend had an appointment at 5:30, and we called ahead and told them that we would be late. The woman on the phone told us that we only have a grace period of 15 minutes to be late. We got there at 5:48. My girlfriend stepped inside and was told to have a seat. After sitting there for about 10 minutes, the woman at the front told her they cant see her because she was passed the grace period. Unbelievable! Just for being 3 minutes past the grace period. Why did they make her wait in the first place if they werent going to receive her? And second, they need to make customer service a priority over their convenience.

This place is the worst! They book like 5 people in the same time slot and only have 1 room to evaluate wait time is more then usual got here 1 before appointment time wait 2hrs to be seen, look for better options then this place.

Nice service, professional, confidence respect with all information that you share very nice place to visit and the Doctors super accurate about the diagnosis.

Waited about 40 minutes total to be seen including doing paperwork and all the necessary items. Nurses and doctors were super nice, friendly and helpful. Was a pleasant experience and wait time was normal.

Had an opintmnet for 4.15 . & called the lady tht im stuck in traffic so i will b there in 10 min.. reached there at 4.40 but they didnt seee me . very rude staff. didnt even ready to listen . worst experience ever...

Had a appointment for 6:30 and waited an hour plus just to be seen. People have lives. Why as a doctors office do you overbook. Absolutely ridiculous.
