I had a disappointing experience with this provider. I paid $3,000 for a skin tag removal procedure performed with a laser. The process lasted about 20 minutes, and I experienced a significant burning sensation during the procedure despite the anesthesia cream being applied. For me, the cream did not seem to work effectively, and the pain was quite intense.I was also disappointed with the med spa itself. I expected a more modern facility. In my personal opinion, the establishment appeared outdated, and the atmosphere seemed to cater to a much older clientele. It did not feel like the type of med spa that specializes in high-end or contemporary treatments. The recovery process was more painful than I anticipated, which can be normal with this type of procedure. Unfortunately, the results did not meet my expectations. During my follow-up appointment, the provider acknowledged that the results were not satisfactory and offered to redo the procedure. On the same day, I was presented with two potential follow-up dates: September 16th or October 30th. At the time, I was still experiencing discomfort and unsure about my schedule, so I informed the staff I would call later to confirm a date. My mistake was leaving the office without setting an appointment.Despite making multiple follow-up calls over the next three months, I was unable to secure a confirmation. Each time I called, I was told someone would get back to me, but no confirmation was ever provided. Eventually, after months of trying, I was finally offered a new appointment. However, I was informed I would need to pay an additional $2,000 to address the issue. This brought the total cost close to what certain plastic surgery procedures, such as breast implants, might cost. These procedures often include general anesthesia, a hospital setting, and a licensed surgical team. Given that the initial procedure did not meet my expectations, I felt this additional charge was excessive and not ethical. This situation has been frustrating for me both personally and financially. I recently rented a house out of state, which has been expensive to maintain while waiting to resolve this issue. Additionally, I’ve had to delay relocating to start a job that has been waiting for me for months, leaving me without an income. The time spent trying to address this matter has caused significant delays in my work and personal plans, resulting in financial and emotional stress. This experience has been deeply frustrating, and I believe it underscores the importance of clear communication and transparency between providers and patients. After this, I have become much more cautious about trusting positive online reviews. One piece of advice I’d offer to others is to document all consultations and communications, as this can be useful for clarity and accountability in situations like this. Thank God we all have phones these days—this has helped me a lot over the years.

I am always made to feel comfortable and heard. Every individual staff member, from reception through professionals, have been friendly, encouraging, informative, and a pleasure to interact with. I usually see Tara, and we chat throughout procedures, and its over before I realize it. Both Tara and Sheri have made potentially awkward situations comfortable and not-so-awkward. Dr. Molden is excellent explaining surgical procedures, I felt calm and reassured all would go well, and it did. I heartily recommend this group.

I saw Dr. Molden for an alternative treatment for Lichen Sclerosus. Lichen sclerosus is an awful condition I dont wish on anyone. The treatment is expensive, yes, because it is not eligible for insurance coverage, BUT the results are amazing. I, personally, had a complete relief of symptoms all together. The whitened areas healed. My skin is plush again. Best of all the pain and itching is completely gone. I am blown away by the results and highly recommend for anyone suffering from LS.

I dont know what is going on with this place but Ive just about had it. So many issues with them from day one. I put down $150 to get an appt for HRT consult and it was suppose to go towards payment of my actual pellet insertion but because it took over 30 days between getting my necessary blood work then an appt with them they did not take it off the top. I complained that they never explained I had 30 days and it was not my fault and they agreed to take it off the next insertion which was 4 months later. Besides the fact that I was suffering symptoms 3 months later as most facilities give it to you quarterly, but they feel 4 months is best and refuse to run a blood test to see how low your hormones are, so they just let you suffer. I had night sweats, anxiety and just felt horrible but they would not fit me in sooner. Then they kept billing me for co-pays I had already paid. I finally decided to go back to the last place I went to for HRT as they treated me so well. I should have never left them. So just as I did for the FPHC, I asked for my records to see what levels they were giving me. Well, a month and a half later and they have not given me anything. They told me to go on the portal but none of my visits were even on there and nothing about my HRT or the urinary test I took. Then they told me they would print them but Id have to pay for the pages. I agreed although I thought it insane that in this day and age they could not scan them and email. I was told the nurse would call me but never heard from her. Now, fast forward I am trying to get approved for life insurance and some how the underwriter sees this facility on my health records and have been trying to contact them for my file and they are doing the same run around! Telling them they are understaffed which is absurd! After 3 visits, my file should be all of 3 or 4 pages!! Theyve been waiting 3 weeks!! What does this place have to hide, I ask myself???

A little over a year ago I survived the flash flood in Washington crossing where I live. What I experienced is almost indescribable and healing the PTSD and physical trauma has become my life and full time job. I found myself having some issues and not sure where to turn. My gynecologist recommended Dr. Molden and I was so excited to get an appointment. The morning I went to my appointment I had a lot of PTSD and anxiety but wanted to make this appointment as it was important. When I got there, the staff lacked compassion and even basic kindness. I didn’t have my forms with me because of the morning I had. When I was asked to fill them out again, I tried to explain that my hand has nerve damage and it takes me a while to fill out forms. I could go home to get it faster than filling it let. She was impatient and did not want to hear me out. I left frustrated as not to cause a scene but then collected myself, returned and asked to speak to the office manager. My thinking was, if I can explain the PTSD and disabilities, I could be heard and get the help I need. This was not the case, they told me to come back to an office and when I tried to sit, the office staff said “don’t sit, you aren’t staying”. When I tried to explain the ptsd and disability, I was talked down to and reprimanded like a child. There were staff watching and I believe the doctor was watching as well. I was treated with hostility and discrimination. I live in this community, I survived a horrific natural disaster in this community, and I did not deserve the callous treatment or humiliation this practice provided. I let my gynecologist know and hope she doesn’t not recommend this practice further. From a little research, I see I am not alone. I am tired of being treated disrespectfully in healthcare settings that I am paying for. I wasn’t going to post, but as I am still seeking answers, I came across some of the negative reviews for this practice and decided I did not deserve that treatment or humiliation when trying to advocate for myself.Reply to the callous response. I was late due toA panic attack which I called on my way to let her know. She could have told me to reschedule at that time. She did not. I was only trying to explain my situation which no one cared about. Bottom line… I left in tears after the manager humiliated me. I wouldnt step foot in there or call after what Happened. I tried to have a conversation and was shamed! So no, I will not be calling to discuss. The right thing to do would have been to help me in that situation I was going through, but instead your employees were awful to me. Sayin I was late and didn’t have the forms is a moot point considering I owned up to that and was seeking assistance in what to do. Maybe some trauma informed training would help.

Very odd/uncomfortable interaction with staff. Have been injured by their care in the past, tried to give them another chance (as bladder Botox etc is hard to come by) but upon being treated unfairly/rudely, I have decided not to receive further care from them. Only met Dr. Molden once and my experience with her was good — but have not received direct care from her outside of diagnostics. Staffing has always just been a bit weird. For me as a patient, I need to feel safe and comfortable — attributes they, ultimately, could not provide for me which is why I initially discontinued care. Also, at my last appointment with them, one of the staff told me it wasn’t possible for me to have scar tissue/endometriosis (I have clinically diagnosed endo) on certain areas where I had suspected. After another laparoscopic excision surgery for my endometriosis, the exact place they rolled their eyes at me inquiring about had endometrial lesions. As per my own experience, I would take their clinical advice with a grain of salt. :)

The care is good at this practice. The front office staff is not very friendly. Also the fact that I have to fill out the same 6 forms every visit in 2024 is completely absurd. This could all be done digitally. For a cosmetic/cash pay practice that does a lot of cosmetic/ elective procedures one would think they want to make it as easy as possible for patients. Please get with the times and send me a check in link before my appointment.

I went to the female pelvic center. I was interested in getting a testosterone pellet. The nurse practitioner was not very friendly. She briefly explained what’s testosterone did and told me I needed blood work, I got my blood work and when I went back to review my blood work. She was just ready to install the pellet and never reviewed my blood work when I asked her how was my blood work she just replied normal and never went into any details witch made me very nervous because I had lots of questions for her since I was feeling un certain. I told her I was not sure about getting the pellet and she just replied no problem call us when you’d ready . I left and they never followed up with me . Later I called and told them that I wanted someone to call me back so I could get some concerns addressed . I asked for some one else to call me and they never called . Very disappointed with my experience with this office. I spent money on all the labs and no one bothered to explain it to me.

I had been suffering with a specific chronic problem for almost 6 months. After my 4th urgent care visit, my primary doc referred me to this facility for further testing. I made an appointment and received a link to complete their online portal questionnaire/health history. On the morning of the appointment, I woke up in excrutiating pain, similar to what I had been experiencing. I made it into work that day, but my pain grew more severe. I was planning on leaving work, to go to the ER, but I called my Gyno, who had me come in for an emergency visit to them first. I was unable to call to cancel my appointment with this facility, but I did call and leave a message needing to reschedule. Later that day, I requested a new appointment thru the same portal, with no response. About a month later, I received a bill in the mail for $250, for a no call no show fee. When I looked thru the portal, there was no mention of the fee anywhere. I then looked thru all communications I had with this facility, and found an upopened email in my SPAM folder from this facility, that stated the charge- However, I was unaware of this email prior (because it was in SPAM) and received no communication. The fact that I was penalized for a health emergency beyond my control- the actual health problem I originally made this appointment for- is disappointing, and disenfranchising for a health provider facility. I manage a spa, and completely understand needing policies in place, to help secure your business: but to not allow discretion and/or grace for potential clients when legitimate emergencies occur, is at its very least indecent and inhumane. You are providing health services, treating people. If your company exists by monopolizing on female health crisis, you shouldnt market yourself as a health provider.

I was seen for pelvic pain, and given an exam by a nurse practitioner who quickly decided that I had interstitial cystitis because I used the words (I do not). She never said a word to me after the exam, but when I went to the desk to check out, the receptionist began to hastily schedule me for 10 rounds of treatment. When I asked her about whether Anthem Blue Cross or Blue Shield would cover the prescribed procedures, she seemed irritated by my question saying they have no way of knowing what may or may not be covered which I know is not the case. So I asked her how much each of the procedures would cost out of pocket and she couldn’t or wouldn’t provide ballpark pricing. There was no one waiting behind me, but she was singularly focused on getting those 10 visits on the schedule and moving on. It became clear to me that they were only interested in billable and cosmetic procedures over pelvic pain. In addition, nearly 2 years later, I can confirm that the diagnosis was wrong, and I would have wasted a lot of time, money and discomfort for nothing. I completed this review because they sent me an email pushing 20 of their cosmetic procedures. Perhaps the Female Pelvic Health center should be honest and change their name.

Dr. Molden made a mistake with me that may or may not have been intentional.I told her that I needed pelvic floor therapy. She said that it wouldnt work and that my only option was surgery. This was false, and my primary doctor wrote me a prescription for pelvic floor therapy, which I received at St. Marys Medical Center in PA, because I badly needed it! I received the therapy, and was lucky that I ignored Dr. Moldens false diagnosis.Three years later, I received a tiny bill for services, after she had collected LOTS from insurance. I contacted Dr. Moldens office, and requested that she waive the fee because if I hadnt sought another opinion, I would have suffered more.Dr. Molden has not stopped harassing me for this tiny sum, and this should be a warning to all. This is a reply to the response:The response from Dr. Molden is false. I was told that I had good musculature and that I was not a candidate for therapy. If this had been true, I wouldnt have been able to qualify for a full course of pelvic therapy at St. Marys, and I infer from her diagnosis that she wanted me to have surgery, which would have been more profitable.Again, if I hadnt been pro-active and gotten another opinion, I would have suffered. When doctors make mistakes, patients shouldnt pay for them, and many lawyers make a living holding wayward doctors accountable for their actions.Because I was able to get help somewhere else, I didnt have to take further action against Dr. Molden other than this poor review to warn others about her.As far as the fee goes, the policy should be changed, and it is indicative of the lack of sense of responsibility for impropriety.
