Hospital Pharmacy

Ive been using this pharmacy for several months now and they always have my prescription in stock and on time with easy refilling! The delivery is on time and I highly recommend their service.

I have to work with this pharmacy every month and every time it’s such a pleasant experience. Wonderful customer service, super friendly, very efficient and prompt delivery. So thankful for this pharmacy. They make my life so much easier.

Great customer service and fast response for medications. My doctor called in a prescription and within the hour it was ready for pickup! Can’t get that type of treatment anywhere else. Hospital Pharmacy is always in point having the prescriptions ordered. Communication is excellent and fast delivery.

I had a bad experience with HOSPITAL pharmacy of Patterson. They’re very irresponsible and they don’t let patients know when they’re prescription is arriving. They always say they always say today or tomorrow that they don’t be persistent or they don’t manage under patient’s prescriptions

I really like this pharmacy because I am not from Paterson I lost my wallet with my ID and cant seem to get a new one because I dont have much to prove who I am and this pharmacy always allows me to pick up prescriptions w/o one! However, I called about two or so weeks ago and left a message for a callback but nobody ever called me back! This is the one and only hiccup Ive had here! Heck, even when I came in looking like death warmed over hadnt showered in a while throwing up for days n days probably stunk to high Heaven and still they didnt treat me any different and nothing but absolute kindness and respect!

In the beginning they were great but I don’t know what had happened lately. They don’t pick up their phone and they keep you on hold for so long. Even if you call several times a day they either don’t pick up, goes to voicemail or keep you on hold till god knows when. I understand they might be busy but there’s important medications that need to be refilled and we don’t have to call 100 times to ask for a refill. Thats neglect. I pay for my insurance for a reason! Would not recommend and willing to change pharmacy soon.

It’s wonderful to support a neighborhood pharmacy with a long history in the community, instead of the mega-corporations. I’m glad they have all this vaccination business now.

The staff was extremely organized with the COVID vaccination process. They were patient and caring. The Pharmacist was great with my 7 yr old and followed sanitary protocols. I was able to do all of my consents and appointments online which surprised me because this isn’t a big chain Pharmacy. The area may be a deterrent but I had a very pleasant experience. The pharmacist is rude. My doctor called to send in my childs prescription but the pharmacist refused to accept it over the phone. I heard the doctor explain that they do not have e-prescribe and the pharmacist told her well you need to get it, once the doctor said they did not have it the pharmacist said well I dont want to take this. The doctor then said she will let me know they did not want my services and the pharmacist said okay. I just dont understand why he couldnt take the prescription right then and there since he was already on the phone with my doctor. Why give them a hard time? Needless to say this was a huge inconvenience to me because now I have to travel further to get my childs prescription when this pharmacy was closer. Not to mention my daughter was in excruciating pain! I would give no starts but I cant.

This is a pharmacy that will go out there way to help their customers with getting anything they need I go there and asked them about something if they dont have it they would try to order for you but they have great prices and the workers or very nice 😉 they speak have somebody to speak to you and Spanish, English Im been dealing with them about 15 years know and had no bad experience with no body at this pharmacy its a great PHARMACY IN THIS COMMUNITY

If you open at 9am please answer the phone then. I started calling you at 9am its been 1/2 me calling and no answer. I guess I have to go to another pharmacy.

Idk what all the fuss is about they are very nice and helpful rhere. took my family for their shot and went smooth and easy.

They’re supper friendly.They fight with insurance company that doesn’t cover that medicine.Very hard to find such a helpful organization like this.Thanks ,and you guys are awesome!
