Dr. Plante is truly the best. I am so blessed to have her as my gyn and now OB. Todays visit was also made much better with the help of Anita at the front desk. I typically go to the lane location so this was my first time meeting her. She is wonderful!!! She was so kind, helpful, funny and just a treat to talk to. I am thankful for her help:)

I dont typically leave negative reviews, but have found it difficult to voice my concerns with someone who can make any change. I have been a patient of Dr. Crousers for years, and I love her. She was my gynecologist before TTC and helped me walk through a difficult journey that lead my daughter. She is very kind and supportive. However, while I have always been frustrated with the system in place for answering the phone, it has escalated to a point that I can no longer remain silent. This is not the fault of the employees. There NEED to be more people handling the volume of patients and services that Avina keeps adding. They love to brag about all of the new services they offer, but you will wait 4 days for someone to call you back to reschedule an appointment that was cancelled by the office. You cannot get ahold of ANYONE the day of. Regardless of the situation. I have had three prenatal appointments thus far, and have been rescheduled SIX times. I know things come up with OBGYN care and am totally empathetic to that, but my time matters too and I have to rearrange work schedules, child care etc to make these appointments, but they get cancelled and I am unable to reschedule because nobody answers the phone. You wait on hold for four-ish minutes and it just hangs up on you. PLEASE take better care of the patients you have and the services you offer before you continue to offer more services. I really do not want to leave Dr. Crouser in the midst of another pregnancy.

I have been going to the Avina Women’s Care for 8 years and have loved the care that I have received from the beginning.The staff is incredible (Annita at the Powell location is the greatest), the nurses line always responds within 24 hours, I have been in situations that required immediate attention which I received. Dr. Plante is my doctor but I have been seen by many others and have felt like each one truly cares about you and your health. I wouldn’t imagine going anywhere else.I was looking at the reviews recently and was shocked to see anything but a 5 star rating. After reading the reviews Id like to say, I bring my toddler to my appointments and not only is the staff excited to see her (and give her stickers), they do not discourage you from bringing your children to appointments with you. I’ve never had an issue with the scheduling line and the nurses line is quick to communicate about bloodwork results and are always willing to answer my questions.Dont be discouraged, try this practice out for yourself if you are looking. I can only imagine you’ll have a great experience.

I absolutely love Dr. Plante. However, the office needs a new system. I was 10 minutes early to my appointment versus the required 20 minutes to fill out paperwork and they cancelled my appointment. How about the ability to fill out paperwork online? Or if the expectation is for me to have to be there at 11:10 make the appointment for that time? I rearranged my work day to be there for an 11:30 appointment.If I didn’t love Dr. Plante so much I would not be returning.

I have been going to Dr. Crouser for almost 30 years! She is the absolute best! You can tell she really takes care of her patients. She is always in a good mood and upbeat. She is always very professional, takes her time, listens without interruption and is patient. I hope she never retires.

I love my doctor, Dr Jason Sayat, but the scheduling line is almost impossible to get thru. It takes me waiting for 30-45 minutes, and if I get to leave a message, they dont call back. I have the same luck with their nurse line. I hope they fix their answering system or hire more people.

Dr Bell is awesome, as is his nurse Nadia as well as all the front desk ladies. Everyone is very nice and things run smoothly, i dont think ive ever waited for more than 5 mins. Everyone is compassionate and Dr Bell makes you feel comfortable and heard. I recommend Avina to everyone!

I have loved all my experiences with all the doctors at Avina Womens Care. Each doctor I have seen has been attentive, respectful, knowledgable, and reassuring throughout the entire process of pregnancy and delivery. The administrative assistants at the Sawmill office are also really kind and helpful.Dr. Jessica Guinness delivered our first child and has been my doctor the past few years and I cannot recommend her highly enough. She goes above and beyond to answer all my questions, has provided amazing resources when I was struggling with postpartum anxiety and depression, and continues to provide solid medical advice. She isnt just the best OBGYN Ive ever had, shes the best doctor Ive ever had hands down.

While I love Dr. Guinness . She delivered two of my children and is a fantastic doctor: if you can get past the terrible wait time to schedule an appointment and the lack of information the phone crew gives then go to her. Avina Womens care is not helpful nor do they seem to care about their patients. No kids or babies are allowed to appointments now. Which would have been great information to have prior to showing up to the appointment with my baby. Waisted my time and made me cry. They have grown beyond what they can handle and are to big for their own good.

I have never had any problems with this office. dr. crouser was my doctor for my pregnancy and dr shepherd did my c-section. These doctors were the absolute best! My main doctor is dr crouser tho and let me tell you I feel super comfortable with her and she made me feel at total ease when I was so anxious for my first pregnancy. Actually the front desk was also really nice to me so I don’t know why other people have had bad experience with them. The only criticism I do have for dr crouser is that when I am in the appointment she seems very rushed and that’s totally understandable since she’s a busy woman but it makes me not ask many questions but other than that lover her.

Dr. Greco is amazing. I can’t recommend her enough! It feels like she has literally saved my life. She listens to you and has excellent bedside manner. She’s thoughtful and just overall very sweet and extremely good at what she does. I will never stop going to her. I’m so thankful I found her!

Anita at the reception is so friendly and professional. All staff members are great as well.

I literally love this place, and Dr. Plante! She delivered my now 14 month old and I couldnt have asked for a better doctor. I have an autoimmune disease and we had a little trouble in the beginning when we first started thinking about having a baby and she was hands down phenomenal. I felt like she cared about my health, she had a plan in place, and just the general rapport was amazing. I read some of the other reviews and I couldnt disagree more. This place is great and I highly recommend.

First time when I went there, I had a miscarriage. They some how managed to get an appointment the same day and everything was taken care. Dr. Guinness is so kind. She explains everything. All the staff members are lovely and so helpful. I recommend this hospital to everyone.

I made an appointment 6-8 weeks ago. Im new to the area and was looking for a warm welcome, professional office with great service and optimal client care. This is not the office to go to if this is what you are looking for. I followed the directions to get to this office and I could not find it until I called the office and pressed 1 (as if I was a doctor calling) to get someone to help. The lady explained it is tough to find them as they are behind a building and NOT on Sawmill Rd which is what the address for this place has listed. My appointment was at 10:00am and I arrived at 10:03. The woman at the front desk was NOT friendly, NOT welcoming, did not even look at me but proceeded to look at her schedule just to tell me, you are late, Dr Guiness had an emergency and is behind today and you need to reschedule. I waited 6-8 weeks for this appointment and Im not waiting to take care of myself for being literally 3 min late because I could not find the building! Ill find another office who will welcome a new patient and provide the quality service I desire.

Dr shepherd is super nice and caring. She makes me feel like Im the important and will be taken care of all the time. Shes also very experienced and easy to talk with, I LOVE her!

The billing office is rude and dismissive. My nexplanon implant was inserted incorrectly and I ended up having to get it surgically removed. What should have been an easy removal entirely covered by my insurance cost me hundreds of dollars to the surgery center, x-ray technicians, and this office. I don’t blame my doctor because mistakes happen, but I don’t appreciate the way my questions and concerns about my bill were dismissed, especially when my complications were 100% preventable and not my fault. And this is on top of all the bills I have had to pay to other doctors to have their mistakes fixed.

I called for a new patient appointment and the soonest available was 2 months out. I asked if that was the soonest I could be seen if I were pregnant and they could get me in the next day. Too bad they don’t take care of new patients that want to get to know them before deciding on a doctor. So unfortunate since they had good ratings on here until now.

Dr. Bell was awesome, as was all of the staff at the Powell location. He was so personable, and really set me at ease. This was my first visit here, and I feel so lucky to have stumbled on this practice and Dr. Bell!

I love Dr Greco she is so sweet and genuine. I had her through my whole pregnancy and I loved her so much. Most of the receptionists are super nice too

Wife sees doctor Guinness and I have been to multiple appointments throughout pregnancies and as a health professional myself I can tell you she is a great doctor! Highly recommended!

Dr Guinness is so great I recommend going to her ! She is very comforting and cares about the patients she sees . The rest of the staff is also super kind I’ve always had a good experience at this office !!

Jenkins was the worst, would avoid. Dublin office was cold and uninviting. Staff was making fun of people. Maybe turn on the TV so we cant hear you. Only been once and will never go back.

Love this place, very fast and so personal here!
