Dr. Mounir is hands-down the best in his field. While coming in and looking for help with one issue, he was able to identify other things I had been struggling with that I didn’t even talk to him about. Surgery went so well along with my recovery based on his guidance, recommendations and responsiveness. The staff is always welcoming and helpful, and are on top of submitting prescriptions and getting responses timely. When I was waiting to be seen, I overheard a woman talking to the nurse about how out of three doctors she has seen he changed her life and has been able to help her in so many ways. I can’t say enough good things!

Dr Mounir was absolutely brilliant!! I have seen other physicians and have not had good results. Immediately Dr. Mounir knew what was going on with me. His bedside manner was warm, friendly, caring and highly professional. Staff was amazing.

This doctor is by far the best doctor that I have taken my sister who suffers with dementia to, the problems that she is suffering with is an overactive bladder but he was very patient and very knowledgeable with her, and he just made you feel comfortable in his office and my sister even made the comment of how she really liked this doctor, he by far is one of my favorites that Ive had the pleasure to meet as I try to take care of my sister with this nasty disease of dementia, so thank you for your time and patience and definitely keep up the good job of making happy returning patients. By far, the most amazing, professional, knowledgeable staff and doctor Ive encountered. Front desk staff and medical assistant went above and beyond to assist me with my office visit. I Am 49 and suffered from mild urinary incontinence pre-child birth. Have had a Hysto and love being underwear free with my big summer dresses. Around 2020 (covid) it got severly worst. I wouldnt leave the house w/o some type of protection (pads/depends). I tried the pills & physical therapy thru my original obgyn and it was just getting worst. I googled Drs and chose Dr. Mounir off of his surgical reviews. 🗣🗣Why did I wait so long. Surgery 7/15 and 7/18 Ive been able to go out free. No insecurities. My confidence is back. No real pain from surgery pelvic bone feel tight, no complications. Thankful to him and his staff. I was almost a stage 4 prolapse and he took care of me. The recovery hasnt been too bad. I was referred to Dr. Mounir by my OBGYN for a reoccurring cyst. During my consultation for that, he also found that I had two types of prolapse. After explaining the different options for treatment, we decided on doing two surgeries- One to address the cyst issue and the second to address the prolapse issue. Dr. Mounir was amazing and helpful through both procedures. Theresa was also very helpful in scheduling.

Amazing physician. He listens, excellent bedside manner. Addresses your concerns. But he has a horrible billing office. They have overcharged me a total of $801.04 on 4 seperate claims. They told me my insurance isnt covering my claims since I have not met my deductible. When I receive my EOB the insurance is covering everything except a $35 co-pay on my 3 office visits and they overcharged me$224.05 on my surgery. Ive left the billing office several messages and spoke to someone on 5/19 she stated she would look into all the claims but has not returned my calI. I had to dispute the charges with my insurance company and filed a complaint with cms. The billing specialist did state on 5/19 she saw they overcharged me for my surgery which was back in December but yet no one has put a credit on my account or sent me a refund. Now I have to find a new physician I hoped to figure this out because I think he is a really good urogynecologist but of the 801.04 I have only received back $224.05 from my credit card company Im still disputing the other charges. I recently had a procedure and I cant even follow up because when I went in for my follow up appointment they wanted another $150. Even though they owe me over $500
