I had to describe the endometriosis symptoms I was concerned about to 3 different people. I was told Id get a call back from the doctor with a plan concerning my prescription after I came in for an internal ultrasound. I never got a call. When I called them I was told my ultrasound reports were normal and I saw them on the patient portal. Yes, but that doesnt give me a treatment plan concerning my symptoms. Once again, I had to describe my symptoms and I have to wait a week for the doctor to get back to me. I feel like Im not being taken seriously and the women on the phone have been rude. I hope I get a plan squared away so that I can go elsewhere.I think the lady who took my ultrasound, Christy, and the young receptionist at the front desk were the only pleasant people at this location.
Had my first pregnancy care through them with zero issues. Apparently now if you miss an appointment due to the flu and not wanting to infect other patients, they will reschedule your appointments more than a month out meaning I wouldnt receive any kind of prenatal care in my first trimester when I have a history of high risk pregnancies. The receptionist was also very rude and prompted me to change to an OBGYN out of the health network completely.
I will never go back to this office or York hospital and would never recommend them to anyone. The doctors in this office never asked me once if I had any questions or concerns. They rushed to get me in and out of their office. My first child I had at Gettysburg with no issues, vaginally, and without any meds. My second here at York I had to be induced I expressed I had no clue what took place with an induction and they never once informed me on what medications I would come in contact with, did not offer any ways to help induce naturally, I was never once checked if I was dilated at my final appointments, was never informed how to take care of and set up my induction time, was never told where to go for the induction in the hospital. This is by far the worst experience Ive ever had in an important time and situation in my life.
One of the worst places Ive ever been to. I wish I would of switched the minute my concerns were not being addressed. Most of my questions were regarding birthing classes, pumping, etc and I was told just wait until your 20 week appointment during my 18 weeks. My 22 week kept getting pushed because because of staffing issues. My glucose test was rescheduled 3 times and all scheduled for 3 PM or later so you have to fast all day. The 4th appointment when I finally had a glucose test I sat in the waiting room for over an hour then got told they were to busy to do it at 30 weeks. I was sent elsewhere and had to wait another hour before even getting the drink for the test. Once I got the results I immediately called and the doctors said not to worry about it, theyd call back when they have all the results. I never got a phone call and brought it up during my next appointment and was told its not a big deal you dont want to do it again. I decided to switch to another OBs office and they immediately sent me for another test because of everything that was missed with Wellspan. The nurses and doctors dont really care, youre just a number with Wellspan.
My partner and I are very happy with the service and care that we continually recieve here. Our OBGYN Miss Trina has especially been amazing to work with, and has been extremely accommodating and patient with our myriad of questions as first time parents. We never felt rushed by her, and she is very personable and forthcoming, which is very important to my partner and I. I/we highly recommend Trina Wright and her staff!- George M | York County, PA
When I found out I was pregnant in 2018 the Dr I had smith-lead was so understanding and very patient with me. Near the end of the pregnancy I had a midwife and a male Dr. I had Hugh blood pressure. They admitted me right away. I will always stay with thus clinic
I was a new client. The doctor himself was very pleasant and had great bed side manner. However, the nurse was very rude. She had the nerve after weighing me too look at me and say “oh, you’ve gained some weight recently haven’t you?” It was very rude, very unprofessional, and I cried the whole way home.
Had a really bad experience at the ultrasound today. I was rushed in the ultrasound room. The technician mechanically did my ultrasound. She clearly wanted to get rid of me. The photo of the ultrasound was a really blurred one. The technician didn’t even bother to take a clear photo. Was I just a number?
I just had the Mirena IUD inserted the other day, and Dr. Deitch and her nurse Christy made it very easy and less nerve racking for me. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. Will definitely go back for other needs!
The doctors are amazing. The staff is great and always very helpful anytime I call or go in. The decor isnt drab as stated before its a doctors office...chairs floors and walls. Oh they have flowers..and its clean. Not like decor matters but hey I thought Id update the reviews.
I was 8 minutes late for my appointment and they told me I had to reschedule. When I told the manager I just drove an hour away to get to this appointment and even called saying I was late they wouldn’t even let me in the doors. I am so disgusted by my treatment and service
Its my first time there and Im a kid and Idk what to expect and Im nervous so can you please give some advice or something to help me calm down?
Very caring physicians in a clean and welcoming environment. The best choice of care I could’ve chosen.
Had my first pregnancy through here. Staff is nice and they truly care about you
The practitioners here absolutely dont care about their patients.
