Much thanks for our providers Carina Chang and David Chhea! They listen to my concerns patiently, and the prescriptions they ordered for my daughter and I have been very effective.

I was looking for a place to go because I had injured my arm. I was kind of nervous to go into this place because Ive never been there before. When I walked in it was a nice waiting room and the person at the desk greeted me. Check in was fairly simple and I didnt wait too long to be seen maybe to 10 minutes. The practitioner actually took time to listen to me and explain possible options to my treatment which I appreciated. We then decided agreed which treatment will be the best and we moved forward in getting that done. I will definitely return to this place if I need urgent Care.

During my annual check-up, the clinic was very disorganized. Firstly, I had scheduled an appointment for a uterine smear on July 24th, but when I arrived at the first-floor reception at 2 PM, I was directed to the second floor to see a doctor with my husband. Secondly, Daniel at the second-floor reception mistakenly thought I was there for a consultation like my husband and charged my husband $30 and me $55 for the consultation fee. Thirdly, I accompanied my husband for his diagnosis, during which the doctor prescribed medication for him. However, the doctor only informed me that my blood test showed slightly elevated lipid levels but otherwise normal results, and then the appointment ended. It was only then that I realized that after the first part of my check-up on June 27th, the clinic made three mistakes! Firstly, they did not prescribe the promised nasal allergy medication. Secondly, they scheduled the wrong doctor for July 24th. Thirdly, they did not record that I returned on July 24th to complete the remaining items of my free annual check-up! I am grateful that Daniel helped coordinate the sampling on the same day, but this was a free service, and I am very unhappy that I had to pay $55 for it. Additionally, there was another mistake: during the sampling, the doctor told me the results would take about two weeks, but the receptionist scheduled a follow-up phone appointment for August 1st! The scheduled time might be meaningless.

Total care Chino has been my go to place for my sons sports physical. This is my 3rd year walking in and theyre always prompt, efficient and friendly. From the front desk to the Drs. Thank you for the good service!

The overall experience was excellent, from the professionalism at the front desk to the care provided during the blood pressure check. Dr. Chang was exceptionally attentive, listening carefully and ensuring that I never felt rushed. Thank you for the outstanding service.

I was in and out in under 30 minutes, literally. I have never been to any doctor’s office where I was seen evaluated and done that quickly. This is definitely my urgent from hence forth.

The clinic is excellent. Clean, Professional and well- trained. Each visit make me felt so comfortable, especially my primary doctor always treated me kindly and patience.I am so appreciated and feel so lucky can have this office to take care my health for the rest of my life, definitely recommend this office to everyone I know.. The staff has gotten a whole lot better! Some time ago there was a young guy (looked like Thao Vang Lor from Gran Torino) working there, and he was rude.Today I had a great experience. Got my blood drawn and the flu shot, by, I think Christina, she is so nice and gentle.Continue to keep your customers happy.

The female English speaking person at the desk was extremely helpful. Apparently I was the first referral from St Jude Heritage. She found out what the process should be. She also understood that my husband is immunocompromised and allowed me to sit outside instead of the waiting room and called me whenever she needed input from me. She was absolutely wonderful!!! The facility was clean and tranquil. I was 15 minutes early and they processed my appointment swiftly. I was seen right away and received a clear response to my questions. Thank you for being fastidious.

The staff here clearly lacks proper training. Everyone seems confused and cannot distinguish between insurance and medical groups. They are also quite lazy, unwilling to check insurance portals to VERIFY if a patient’s insurance is still assigned to their doctors. Many patients visiting urgent care are in discomfort and dealing with urgent situations. If they have to spend additional energy arguing with the front desk, it’s not hard to see why you’re losing patients.I once called to ask if they provided IV fluid services because one of my family member kept vomiting and I worried if she was dehydrated. The front desk staff responded with a tone full of questioning, sarcasm, and mockery, saying, “There’s no such thing as IV drips in the U.S.”The management is chaotic. Even with an appointment, patients often have to wait a long time to see the doctor. If they cannot properly manage or differentiate between urgent care and primary care appointments, they shouldn’t attempt to operate both models simultaneously.

Everything was good. Doctor so nice and know what we talked about. Gave 4 ⭐️ because waiting little bit long.

They are not trustable because you will never know where they refer you to and the place you go to or your sample that is sent to is out of your insurance network that mean you will pay out of your pocket. Bad clinic, No responsibility, If you have any complain and you will never find a way or person to talk to. They sent my sample to the lab that out of my insurance network without noticing me, and now I receive a bill from the lab, They kick me to contact the lab, there is nothing they can do.

Dr. was very nice went over my symptoms with me felt very comfortable with her knowledge. Staff was very nice and didnt have to wait long in the waiting room.

Worst healthcare center ever. All they care about is money. If youre a primary patient. You will have to wait 3 weeks even if their lobby is empty.But non-clients can just walk right in. Because they can charge more for urgent Care. They dont care about making their clients wait three weeks to see a doctor.Their tella appointments they have to take your copay over the phone. Because that is all they care about. Most other primary doctors or care centers would just bill it to when you come in next. Trust me do not use them. They are the worst. Their urgent Care is awful too they dont do anything but bill you top dollar with the worst service I have ever seen.Forget getting your prescription refilled over the phone they want to charge an office visit with every refill.Stay away from this place. They are greedy and dont care about patient care or service.I am not evaluating the actual physicians care. Its the corporation running the facility.Im an actual client with great insurance BlueShield. But wont be a client for long.

The clinic was able to get me in much quicker than expected. They are efficient and very friendly all while being thorough.

Wanted to leave another 1 star for this place. Like I said below they turned me away even when I was trying to make an appointment. Was NOT trying to walk in. They told me the first available appointment was at the end of August. Just went to another doctor farther away from me and they told me I have Pneumonia. This location does not care about you or your health. I would have had to wait a month to be told I had Pneumonia and gotten it treated if it wasn’t too late. Do NOT trust this office. The customer service is horrendous and they’d rather let you sit there and suffer than help you.

Great experience! One of the few places where providers listen to your concerns and make you feel at ease with any topic. All the staff there are friendly and always wiling to help. This place would get 6 stars If I could.

Ive been comming to Total care clinic for several years . Lately iv had Adrianne as my provider very knowledgeable and goes over every results with me. I will continue to come here even as I will retire soon.

They are my private care clinic. However, when I arrived today at the urgent care because Ive been coughing for 3 weeks and Im having trouble breathing, I was told I need an appointment for urgent Care. They offered me a telemedicine appointment for tomorrow. I am now at a different urgent Care getting help.

I am a patient of TotalCare for about 3 yrs. I see Dr. Zhang. Dr. Zhang and her staff are excellent and professional. Dr. Zhang listens to your concerns and takes care of you and will give recommendations if need be. The office helps when you call in needing help of any kind. The great thing also is Dr. Zhang has you covered. There is medical care 7 days a week from 8am to 8pm TotalCare walk-in clinic wait time is very reasonable. I would highly recommend her practice.

Most difficult people to deal with, my insurance kept telling me to go here but these people kept telling me no until they told me they could schedule my appointment for a month later. Shows they don’t care about medical issues. The receptionist here must be retarded or something, btw went to another doctor and was told I had Pneumonia, no thanks to you, I would have had to wait a month to get medication

I went in for my annual exam and PA David was very nice and helpful and informative. I did not feel judged or uncomfortable during my appointment. He was very nice. 100 percent would see him again.

I was a walk in to get clearance for an upcoming medical procedure. The office checked me in immediately and took care of what was needed quickly and efficiently. Great job team

This place is getting worse and worse every year. The service has dramatically worsened. If you have time to waste come here. I believe the ER is a lot faster than this place. It’s sad to say but this place was great at one point but no longer is.

Went in for a TB test for a job and I was in and out of there within 15 mins, staff was great too!

The service is terrible, the doctor is irresponsible, and he is going to switch to another family doctor. This clinic is too sloppy ...I really cant believe that there is such a bad family doctor institution in the United States. How did the government approve them? Its totally unprofessional and irresponsible!Their manager completely ignored our complaints and didnt get any effective response. This is a garbage clinic!

I recently visited Total Care for a medical concern, and I was extremely impressed with the efficiency and quality of service. From the moment I arrived to the time I left, the entire process took just 45 minutes. The staff was professional, attentive, and made sure all my needs were addressed promptly. This place is a joke I went in for my knee and they talked to me about something in 2022 didnt even look at my knee didnt do anything I had to ask for crutches and a brace the doctor didnt even know what a mobilizer was I even had to ask for pain pills that dont work they told I had to ask for them so Im the doctor and there just getting a pay check I will never return to them I have filled a complaint against them there not Doctors there a joke

We never been happy with this clinic! They never have doctor in the office Never!!! Always change RA! Not stable one.Their stuff are so rude. Very meant to people. We were late 15 minutes with the APT time because of the traffic. This is out of control. And the stuff told we must reschedule because we didn’t arrive in time. But they never see us on our appointment time? We always wait 1 or 2 hours every time we went there. So therie time is time, our time is not time?Sucks! We will just leave them; I think people need to share more about how bad they are!!!!

Waited almost an hour to talk to a teenage doctor on an ipad. gave me medication that didn’t work at all. i tried explaining my physical symptoms and she didn’t even ask to see them or feel where i was talking about. kinda bummed

A most excellent visit to the Physician. Waiting was less than one minute while support were courteous, professional and thorough. The treating physician is most knowledgeable and the interaction was respectful but most importantly he is a kind person with nice bedside manner. A pleasurable experience by far.

Once again. I’ve been coming to this Doctor’s office for years and I usually have a good experience but I always like to share when they are outstanding. My appointment was in the upstairs office and the young guy working the front desk was so kind and so sweet with the checking in. It’s obvious that he is going to have a bright future in this field.Now my appointment was with Dr. Tran. He was an absolute pleasure to meet with. Not only did he make me feel comfortable, I felt that he was very reassuring and informative about the results of my testing, the treatment I would be receiving, and the follow up we would be doing. Very kind and came across very supportive. Thank you guys once again for the great experience.

Dr. Mei Fung exemplifies exceptional care and patience. She meticulously identifies the medication causing my leg swelling and seamlessly transitions to a more suitable brand over time, effectively resolving my concerns. I am deeply grateful to have her as my physician.

This place and all of its locations are ridiculous. First off when you call in dont bother using this as your primary or urgent care because their appointments are literally 2-3 months out and u never see a doctor you only see PAs and they always give you a dif one. Secondly if you need to be seen for walk in urgent care they dont take walk ins if they are your primary doctor/place. How does that make any sense????? They bank on the notion that they are a walk in based urgent care but when you need to walk in and see someone you get turned away if they are your primary doctor. It makes no sense. All the locations not just this one appts are 1-3 months out. I will no longer be returning to this facility and will be switching my primary. Ive given them 5 years and the one time i actually needed to be seen i was given a paper that had another urgent care on it lol even tho this place takes my insurance. The place they recommended is a 1 star review urgent care facility. Like I said I will not be back here. If you are thinking about making this your primary do not bother as if you really need to be seen for walk in urgent care they will turn you away because they are your primary even tho there was not a soul in the lobby. The receptionist was very nice ill give him that but this facility is horrible and before they mention insurance here. I actually have blue cross........and for some reason they still had my old medi cal insurance on there LOL but they didnt bother asking me what insurance i had

Went for an annual physical and was extremely disappointed with NP Jason’s bedside manner and incomplete history taking. I felt that I had to fight to be heard regarding medical concerns and was seen for a total of maybe 5 minutes. Providers here can be hit or miss but this was by far the worst experience I have had.

Great Drs and staff. Needed a last minute sports physical for my son. The waiting room was full but was still in and out in 45 minutes. Great experience for a first time visit. 👍

As soon as I walked in the front desk assistant were very helpful and courteous. The PA was very kind, helpful, answered all my questions and concerns. I did have to wait a while since I was a walk in and it was busy, but worth the wait and attention was great! I would highly recommend this urgent care!

I didnt have an appointment and they were able to see me in a reasonable time. Staff is very efficient.

It has been many years since I am able to find a primary physician that I am happy with. Today was my first office visit with Dr. Wang, coming in I really did not have any expectations based on my normal experiences with my past physicians. Today was pleasantly surprised. Dr. Wang was not only very nice, but took the time and my visit did not feel rushed. Most of the time it feels as if they are in and out as quickly as they can but Dr. Wang was different. The only complaint was that I came 5 mins before my appt time, and ended up waiting 50 mins. However in todays environment I guess thats pretty normal. I recommend this physician and clinic.

I work at an urgent care myself and absolutely dislike this one. I understand wanting to keep a safe environment and whatnot but there is Lysol, Clorox wipes, and gloves to disinfect after each patient and maintain a safe clean environment for everyone. There is resources the office can use but they’d rather just not deal with it I guess. If you have any covid symptoms you won’t even be seen. I thought maybe I’d be able to get a covid test done by their office but clearly they don’t even offer that. All they had to offer was a teleconsult, I told the doctor about my kidney issue and she still prescribed a medication that is not recommended for those with kidney problems, the pharmacist at the pharmacy suggested I shouldn’t take it for that reason. I was also told over my phone consultation that she’d send over a prescription order for at home covid tests which she also failed to do so. Thanks for nothing

I saw Dr Gao today, she was very thorough and compassionate. I appreciated her listening to my concerns, and she had good treatment suggestions. Had to wait a bit, but that’s expected as a walk in.

I’ve been here twice and my experience has actually been really good here . I didn’t have to wait much to be seen . The providers and other staff are very polite, the information they provide is very clear and the most important part for me was that they did not make me feel rushed . They were not trying to walk out the door as soon as they walked in to see me and I appreciate that. One last thing, I also very much appreciate that they take your blood pressure correctly . There are too many places where your blood pressure is checked with your arms hanging down or your feet dangling in the air which will give the wrong reading … something like this almost caused me to go on high blood pressure meds when I didn’t have high blood pressure (the nurse didn’t know but I have a degree in respiratory care and I’m familiar with taking someone’s blood pressure) . So rest assured, your blood pressure will be taken correctly here 👍

I talked to Dr Tran. He was throughly review my blood test result and provides a clear advice for the result. Except the waiting time (online), Im satisfied with Dr Tran.

I went in on July 7 @7pm.Great visit I was seen by Shannon.They all made me feel very comfortable. I went back July [email protected] little rocky start with the receptionist. All Maters were resolved. I had blood drawn. It was painless. She did an excellent job.I want Total care clinic as my main provider. Thank you ladies.

Called because I had tested positive for Covid. They arraigned a teleconference for the next morning. They spent time with me and felt they needed additional input from another doctor but suggested I check with my cardiologist at the same time. They got right back and said they felt my cardiologist should be making the decision and they would call me back at the end of their day to make sure I was ok and they did call me back. Appreciated their diligence.

I’m giving 3 stars because the doctors are kind, pleasant and they take their time with the patient; unfortunately the girls at the front desk are very rude. Giving short answers, rolling their eyes when the patient has a question, etc. their lack of costumer service is appalling.I understand that a job like that could get hectic, but there is no need to treat people poorly. This is specially important because the are the very first contact any patient will have with this facility and quiet honestly is a very disappointing one.

Had a wonderful experience. My daughter had an ear infection. Staff was so sweet. Doctor was knowledgeable and took her time. Short wait time and they got her prescription sent over immediately to the pharmacy. Will be our new urgent care !

My daughter came in to their clinic and was given a phone appointment which was great. She was prescribed medication and it worked out great. Her employer is requiring a note to return to work now. She has been reaching out to the doctor and their staff about how to go about

I have taken my daughter here a few times and I have always left happy. I sent my mom and step mom here too and they each were pleased with the care they received as well. And I just told a co-worker about it. This was all before the pandemic but anyone who isnt patient during this time is being unreasonable.

So after I went to their El Monte location, I decide to change my primary doctor to them as well. I came in the Chino office since this was closer to my house. The doctor is really professional and staff in both locations are super friendly. The office is clean as well. Glad I made that decision.

Front desk people are nice and courteous. They attend to you right away. The PAs are willing to listen to the medical problems presented and get it resolved. I would recommend them for any medical help you need.

Train wreck. Went to be seen so I could rule out an infection. Would not see me without a negative COVID test…and did not offer to provide one. Instead, told me that a doctor would call me for a telephone consultation within 30 minutes…they never called. Had to call back to get a refund for the visit which was also a major hassle. I would never visit this facility again.

Brought my daughter here for a sports physical. The prices were great and the staff was super friendly. We had the pleasure of working with Edward and Jeslin. Edward put my daughters nerves at ease with his humor and outgoing personality. P.A Jeslin was extremely thorough and knowledgeable. Not to mention super sweet. We would recommend this office to anyone looking for great care.

Dr. Zhang is very good, she is professional and helpful. When the assistant messed up the schedule in the first appointment, she managed to help us finally, though it took little longer to wait. She is one of the best doctors I have been in the passed 20 years. Highly recommended her to everyone, 5-star!

Be careful if these people. They charged me $ 75 and when the doctor saw me and started talking to me, I realized that he did not have sufficient knowledge. I talked to the lady outside and she said that he is not a doctor but an assistant to the doctor trying to learn. When you go in there, ask the person seeing you if he/she is a doctor or not. I think they should have revealed it before seeing the patient because this can have legal implications.To make it worse, the over-the-counter ointment he suggested didnt do any good to me. I had to go to another doctor in another facility.In response to the clinics reply -Sure, they are licensed to practice and perform only certain tasks but everything is not about what the law permits but rather about what human beings want. When somebody goes to your facility, they want to see a doctor regardless of what the law allows. Its fair to let people know what to expect. Put a board there saying that the patients might be seeing a PA and not a doctor so that they can decide whether they want that or not !

I walked in today without an appointment and the staff was very friendly and efficient. I was in and out in less than an hour. I highly recommend coming here.

Jan 7, 2023 visited Chino office - I got the meds I needed for back pain (sciatica), which helped with immediate relief & was seen within an hour as a walk-in, no appointment. Was asked to put on a mask, which they provided, before checking my vitals. Doctor did not examine me.

Very nice. Clean. Receptionist was kind. Everything went smooth.

TotalCare Chino is my Go to for Health Care. The staff is courteous and professional, and always make me feel welcomed. They are compassionate and truly care for your well-being. They offer Uninsured patients like me an affordable price on health services. TotalCare Staff and Doctors, Thank You for your Service!

This place is far the worse place do not change your doctor to this place seems like they dont even care about the patients they have a lady name Sue calling trying to get you to change your doctor talking about how amazing this place is its trash they do not even follow up they do not care do not come here turn back around where you came from youll be better off then here they will let you die. And Daisy calls back if you give bad reviews just to try to fix there issues but even her cant do her job 🤣😂.

Second time here today, and its been pretty fast and a good experience. Staff is friendly and very helpful, they answer all my questions.

I just called to make an appointment with my family doctor, but the Chinese customer service that answered the phone ended up hanging up on me without being polite, I tried to find the customer service manager, but no information was provided. I hope the Total Care manager can improve the attitude of the customer service, it was an unpleasant experience.

I just gave 5 stars yelp review for Doctor Michael Silva. This is for the #218 receptionist and scheduler shift Friday afternoon. (Not included the Chinese scheduler at the back). I took my son first time visit , nice and clean inside. The receptionist seems nice ,howeverDuring waiting , both of them gossiped and made funs on patients after they went into the doctor room which its not appropriate.After I & my son talked to Doctor, he suggested me to bring my son to ER Pomona Hospital right away. He asked the receptionist to contact hospital expecting us. (I did not know she called coz when we were at ER they said no call) I asked her which pomona valley hospital coz there are one in garey and one in chino ave. I never visit both so I dont know. She told me on garey. I rush to go when I closed the door ,I saw them laughing at us. I dont know how people could make fun on sick patients like that. I have to bring my son to follow up next week and dont know what we have to expect !

If there is no star, I will definitely rate 0!!!Starting Jan, my husband felts abdominal pain, and lost weight 50 lbs. We went total care clinic several times, all the doctors said my husband is stomach and didn’t give us any image exam orders even we requested!!!!! Also my husband blood test results are not good, they should think about of pancreas issue not the stomach!!We went to the ER and found serious necrotizing pancreatitis!!! However, his stomach is very good! The image results shows very significant situation about his pancreas!! He has abdominal pain for three months!!! We trusted the doctor there, and kept taking medications for stomach. Ridiculous!!They are irresponsible for patients health! We will never go there!

I have had good experiences here in the past, but the last time I went was so terrible that I will never go here again. I was essentially told that I was just complaining and had a cold and was informed that I should take some over the counter medication. After going to another clinic (because my symptoms didn’t improve) it turns out that I had pneumonia. The lack of care for patients has become increasingly clear to me from this clinic. They spent all of 2 minutes with me to actually chuckle and say, “You’ve got a cold”.Edit: The reply below stating that someone reached out to me has not yet happened as of February 20, 2020.

DONT GO TO THIS URGENT CARE IF YOU DONT WANT TO DIE!This is not a urgent care. They are trying to make patient die! My family member went to this urgent care months ago. They were diagnosing him as stomach issue and sent us prescription medication for stomach.However! The issue was not solved in the following months until last week. We went to ER because extreme painfulness. And the doctor said its not stomachache, but PANCREAS! We are so shocked that a professional licensed urgent care can diagnosed so falsely!Doctor also said the pancreas has been damaged very seriously and some part are hurt really terribly BECAUSE OF EATING THE MEDICATION this TotalCare Clinic prescribed!We are filing a lawsuit. Im giving 5 stars because Precious was the bomb.!She was very helpful and patient. Has a wonderful happy demeanor. She not only helped me out in the front she does blood draw as well. Her bedside manner is excellent ! Didnt feel a thing got it on the first shot! This is for you girl you deserve it for all you do!

In the past to years, I have had several different medical situations which needed immediate attention and occurred when my regular doctors office was closed. Three of those situations I was able to go to Total Care. They always help me quickly and effectively. The staff is friendly and efficient. The physicians are easy to talk to and provide effective care. Unfortunately twice I have had to go to other urgent cares and have left with unsatisfactory treatment by less-than-friendly staff. Total Care is the only urgent care for me.

Dr. Vivian was amazing and made me feel comfortable. She was very attentive and listened to all my concerns.

I came in for a lingering cough and phlegm and paid $80 as a cash patient because my deductible was too high. Dr checked up on me for a good 5 mins and prescribed antibiotics. 2 weeks later I still have the phlegm; I called back and they want me to come in and charge me again. I do not recommend this place at all.

Theyr very caring and attentive to my needs. My situation was unique so they called in another Dr. To help and its a good thing because I had a worse problem than I thought.

Ive been to many urgent cares in multiple states (dont ask), and I love these guys so much that I treat them like my main PCP.Edward is professional, knowledgeable, patient, and friendly. Ive worked with him several times, including with my wife there. Hes exactly the kind of guy you want behind the desk when you have an em..urgency.Yao is who helped me once I was called back. I swear, I wish she was my doctor. She listens, cares about what youre saying, and gives thoughtful advice while being thorough with your options.BOTH of these guys are so incredibly generous both with their time and with the service they give.I unfortunately will need an urgent care again one day, but I am finding comfort in having this place around :)

Total Care is NOT what they call total care. This place does not offer total care. They have ridiculous internal procedures. I was here because my stomach was hurting. They asked me if I had fever, I said no, but my temperature is above normal. They said: we cannot treat you, because you have high temperature. if your stomach hurts then we need to do telemedicine. Really??? Treat stomach pain using telemedicine?? I told them I dont have covid, and I am wearing a mask, but still they refused to treat. I went to another urgent care in the area and they didnt even ask if I have temperature or not. These are very stupid internal rules. I wish I could give this place a minus 5 for rating.

I had a pretty good experience at this place today. I came here for a covid-test. The lady was really nice and gentle when she swabbed my nose. I also get the result super fast, within 15 minutes. Love this place.

Dr. Tran is a excellent and caring doctor as well as very efficient. His staff are wonderful and the service is great!

Doctors are very friendly and professional. Two receptionist were very friendly and helpfully exception for one of the receptionists with black hair Hispanic was rude. Not so much helpful. Spoke to me in an unfriendly tone.

Called to schedule a telehealth screening for Covid. They scheduled and called me within a few hours, called in the prescription to my pharmacy and I had my meds that night. Very happy with the level of service.

Difficult to deal with. Do not seem to care about patients

This place lied about 2-3 business days. False advertising, I paid $165 for them to send COVID test results in 6 days! Wowza, they expect us to chill at home the whole time while they laugh and mess around in their joke of a clinic.

I have recently started seeing a provider at this clinic. She has been very attentive and thorough. I am glad that this is my primary care Doctor.

Absolutely do not come here!!! This office is completely unprofessional and irresponsible. Everytime you call you get put on hold for 15 minutes then they hang up and you have to call back. They do not call in referrals or prescriptions on time. Multiple times I have gone to the pharmacy when there is no prescription called in.Today I waited for 20 minutes past my appointment in the waiting room then for 30 minutes in the office without seeing anyone. Seriously, do not go here you will regret it and have to deal with horrible service and people who have no idea how to run an office.

Horrible place! Do not go! I went in to get my ear checked out. The dr prescribed me three prescribtion. Only one was sent to the pharmacy which was a over the counter medicine but the one that I needed which is an antibiotic they never sent in. When I called the next day (because they were already closed) they were completely unsympathetic and rude. They of course blamed the pharmacy and didnt even try to make it up to me in anyway. No sorry, nothing. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!! If I can give them negative stars I would.

I came in with no appointment and I was taken care of so quickly. I appreciate the staff and PA who helped me. Everyone whom Id encounter was pleasant.

Charged co-pay for annual health even though ACA explicitly notes that there is no co-pay. Questioned them and they said they charge. Going to file a formal compliant.Edited review: I thank them for reaching out to me by 1) issuing a refund and 2) took measures to educate their staff members.

I was seen without a long wait at the office and the Dr. was very thorough going over all my test results and answering my questions.

Very friendly staff wait times are very small if at all, love all the doctors.

Their website states they take tricare but the front desk staff clearly did not know the difference between all the types of Tricare insurance. The front desk proceeded to talk about it amongst themselves in front of me in the waiting room ( very unprofessional) then told me their boss doesn’t take tricare. Just doesn’t make sense to advertise something when your staff doesnt know how to handle it. Was a waste of time.

Dont count on them to call you. You have to keep calling for refill authorization dont call you for appointment reminders, dont call back about denied refills. Used to be a good place 2 years ago now not so much

Very bad service. Make an appointment at 5:30, arrived at 4:30, waited until 6:30. At 6:00 being told people(more than 8 groups) ahead of us made appointment at 4:00. Absolutely not!Give U guys suggestion. Try to make appointment as early as possible! Because no matter what time you make, you will be the head of the crowded line!

After being desperate for a urgent care due to a insurance error for my girls primary Pcp we ended up here! Both my girls ages 4 and 1 were treated and walked down the hall to have the pharmacy fill our order! Super happy and will use again!

I really love Rachel, I being going with you guys for a couple of years and lately you guys have New Personal but the all new people the you have Rachel is the best one, she really take her time to help me with my health she its very professional and Made me feel comfortable, she explains really good all my questions about my health and she help me really good with all my health issues.... actually today she help and she help my daughter as well she did a Papsmear on her and she did a great job!! Service was prompt and staff was very nice. I walked in and out in 1 hr. 120 dollars for everything consult and 3 medications. In house pharmacy took about 10 mins to pull my medicine and i was gone.

I got there they checked me in and was seen within 10-15 minutes and was helped given medication all within 30 minutes so satisfied I love how fast they move and how helpful they are

Bad experience. Long wait for an “urgent care” type tele-appointment then they cancelled the appointment without a call - just a cryptic email I didn’t see until much later.

DONT COME HERE!!!Cash customer I was charged 60 dollars for seeing Dr. And paid 65 dollars more for blood work. Four days later I finally got a call for my results and they insisted that I must pay another 60 dollars for the results of the test!JUST PLAIN WRONG!!!

Stuck in between TotalCare Chino saying they had submitted an request for authorization vs the insurance company did not receive anything from TotalCare. This has been going on for two months now, which I had given TotalCare more than 1 month to figure out the issue/reach out to the insurance company, and yet today this has not been resolved. Of the times that I had reached out to TotalCare, there were a few instances where they would put me hold on/transfer me to a voicemail.

Wonderful doctors and staff. Rachel was very helpful and Chahara made scheduling my appointment super quick and easy! Would come again!

I have been there before and it gave me a good impression. Today I just called to ask about immigration medical test for my friends. The lady answer the phone was really kind, patients and helpful!

Both my child and I needed to be seen and we were in and out in 40 minutes. Experienced the most professional, polite, and thorough examination. Would definitely recommend this place to anybody.

Im 42 years old I went to the clinic for routine checkup when they took the blood sample .. my veins are thin and deep and I used all my life to get hurt due they get the samples because they tried 4-5 times minimum to catch the vein it was really painfull but when I went to this one Arynn (MA) she did from the first one I was surprised and felt amazing after all this years for the first time some one took blood sample with out pain Im so thankful for this 😍thank you again Arynn(MA)

I have been coming her for about a year and a half. The staff is great, friendly and professional. Even under pressure they are so very nice and cordialI’ve been seen by 4 different providers and they have all been great. They listen, I feel heard and like I matter!

Keeps charging me over and over again, even though insurance covers everything. Front desk never answers the phone calls. Slow and unprofessional.

Came for an urgent care visit they still have Mask mandate and they do not provide mask for guests bring your own mask

Fast and friendly service, treated me well and sent my prescription to the pharmacy to pick up.

Required a mask, but had none to offer. Told to leave and go buy one. Mask mandates are over in California get with the times. Spoke on phone prior to going, never mentioned we would need a mask.
