Dr Schakett is amazing and you will not regret going to see her! So happy to have found her. If there is a wait to see her at her office for a check up, like other reviews are saying- that is normal for an obgyn and it’s because she is awesome and in high demand as a Doctor. She delivered my first baby and is going to be delivering my second! Highly recommend!!

I have never dealt with a more unprofessional office. I was referred by a patient of Dr. Schakett’s and scheduled an appointment for August. (Keep in mind I made this appointment in February- it was the soonest they had available). I received a call a few hours prior to the appointment time stating that the doctor had an emergency surgery and needed to reschedule. I had taken the day off work to attend this appointment but I was understanding. They said they would call me back to reschedule. After not hearing from the office for several days, I decided to give them a call. I was then told their next available was next February (2025) because she is no longer seeing new patients this year. Then I received a call today saying a doctor is leaving the practice and Dr. Schakett will be taking that doctor’s patients and my appointment will need to be rescheduled to July of next year!! I am extremely frustrated and feel as though the doctor does not want to see me. I ended up canceling and scheduling with another doctor at a different practice. I am extremely disappointed.

Booked an appointment with her for new patient in June 2024. She is busy and the next appointment was for Dec 16th. Today, Dec 4 2024 , I’m trying to get myself organized and realized that my appointment had been canceled yet I was not informed of this. I called the office and they said the template has changed and the next new available appointment would be August 2025.So I give this rating for extreme lack of communication. Finding a good OBGYN doctor is hard. Good luck on your search to finding your OBGYN. Mine will not be her.

I was referred to her by the emergency room. I was told that they had already spoken to her and I would get an appointment within 1-2 weeks because I had an emergency. I was able to schedule an appointment, which was later cancelled, and I was rescheduled for JULY. I told this information to the lady at the front desk, and she told me she would get back to me and never did. They cancelled and rescheduled me without telling me anything. Very unprofessional, especially when she had told the ER doctors that she had availability. Had they been honest, I could’ve been referred to someone else with availability.

Im so happy that I found Dr Schakett to be my OB for my first pregnancy. She was kind, patient, and understanding throughout the entire process. She recently delivered my baby early and the entire process was smooth and pleasant. From start to finish she was a complete saint.

If you are looking for a great doctor, come see Dr Schakett! She delivered my baby and managed my pregnancy wonderfully. She always addresses my concerns and questions and is nonjudgmental and caring in her approach. Great bedside manner and you can tell she genuinely cares about her patients! I plan to stay with her as long as I can.

Best OB, very glad we chose her. She’s very proactive and listens to her patients. She works very hard. Highly recommend, we had a great experience with Dr. Schakket.
