Quest Diagnostics Clovis Medical Center Drive - Employer Drug Testing Not Offered

Before I came to this Quest, I was hesitant at first because of the negative reviews. I made an appointment anyway since they are the closest to our house and my sons school. I have a special needs child so I am worried about making this experience non-traumatic for him if ever he will need to do this again. When we got to the lab at 8 AM, we were greeted by the front desk person and asked to sign in. While we were waiting, Rachel came to the front desk and saw my son and said Hi to him. My son who was very anxious knowing that he will get his blood drawn replied back and Rachel responded back to him. Rachel then informed us that she will attend to us and directed us to the room. I should say that RACHEL went WAY AND BEYOND in making sure that my son will feel relaxed and address his very obvious anxiety about the procedure. She took her time to talk to him about things that will distract my sons attention with the procedure. She wasnt in a hurry to do the procedure and took her time to make sure that my son will have a good experience and will not be scared next time he goes to the laboratory. Being a medical practitioner myself, I have observed clinicians, technicians and medical staff from different settings and indeed RACHEL is one in a million who has the heart and passion with that she is doing. Its hard to find staff like her who cares and takes care of her patient and considerate with the needs of her patient/client. My son definitely had a good experience and I personally recommend RACHEL for kids whether they are normal or special needs. Thank you Rachel for what you do and continue to be an inspiration to others!!!

Ive been going to this Quest for years. Terrible service today with one exception. The new staff was rude, disrespectful and uncooperative. Thankful that Rachel was there.She is the exception. Rachel is fantastic and the only one there that is top notch. Rachel will go far in her career. Rachel helped when the less experienced staff was unwilling to. Rachel saw that there was a problem and came up with a solution, unlike the rest of the staff there today. This is what makes Rachel a top notch pro at what she does. If you go , ask for Rachel. She is the only one there that is professional and knows what she is doing. I give 5+ stars for Rachel, but the rest of the staff at todays visit a 1 star rating and that is being extremely generous. The only reason my family goes to this Quest is because of Rachel. The staff could learn a lot from Rachels humble example. She has a winners personality and work ethic. Something extremely rare nowadays.

My husband goes here regularly for his blood tests. Testicular cancer survivor. They are always busy but get through the list fairly quick. He says they are very nice in there.

My experiences at Quest have always been favorable. Today I tried to call Quest Labs at Clovis Medical Center to get their FAX number to give to my doctor so he could FAX an order over to get a blood test tomorrow. I was not successful in talking to a person live . All I got were numbers to push and never did reach a human. I would say we have lost a lot in this world with all the use of numbers and lack of human intervention. Too much reliance on technology. Thank you.

Quick! I was in and out in like 30 minutes or less. Plus the woman doing my blood work was very nice and friendly. It made getting blood drawn not as bad. Lol

Walk in without an appointment for a blood draw and was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Laura who did the draw was super sweet and caring.

Great experience. I’m not fond of needles so staff are great at engaging me in discussions about my grandkids thereby making blood draws less anxiety provoking.

Open early. I was in and out fast and pain free. Best quest I’ve ever been to by far. People were super friendly.

I had no appointment and came in after 10am, Tuesday , blood tests were done very quickly, I am glad I dont wait longer, great lab with vallet parking

My first choice when it comes to selecting a lab. Quick, friendly and I havent had a bruise on my vains.

Rachel is exceptially good. The rest of the staff is friendally and cordial.
