I never reviewed a facility with bad words or statements but this is too much.Every time I call to make an appointment the team is very rude. Like today I was trying to choose a time so I can fit in my schedule but this girl was hella rude.Name - kimSaid “oh my goodness”, when I asked her afternoon and morning availabilities.They never learned communication and etiquette of attending client and assisting them.

I want to write a book about how they helped me. But I won’t. They are forever in my heart and my family’s immediately took charge, set the wheels into action for all my appointments, blood work, diagnosis when my primary doctor failed me. Thank you isn’t enough to express my feelings for your entire office, from the receptionist listening, the PA, Dr, nurse fighting to get me seen STAT “Kayla” every single person! Thank you!

Usually, I don’t write reviews, but I need to say something about this place.No disrespect, but they were deliberately rude to me just couple of minutes ago. They cancelled my appointment without asking if I use any insurance and they had to cancel it because I have Medi-Cal which I do, but I never use it, I use my other insurance which covers almost 100%. This woman Kim hung up on me deliberately after I called back regarding the insurance that I was going to clear things out. Excuse my language, but that was a douche-bag move and unprofessional.I was going to try to call back at 1:30 regarding their lunch hours, but I don’t want to work things out with them to get this resolved.I do not recommend this place, go to a different women’s medical group.By the way, the reason I have Medi-Cal is because I have a disability so when they cancelled my appointment and hung up on me deliberately, that’s a discrimination so if anyone knows how to file complaint against this place, I’d like to do it as soon as possible. I struggled at first with sharing my experience here because I didn’t want to make it a big deal, however, it is a big deal. I am in complete disbelief over the unprofessional and insensitive nature of the front desk/receptionist that I spoke to. I was called one day before my appointment to confirm that I was still coming in. I informed the woman I was speaking to, who’s name was Kim, that I had unfortunately had a miscarriage and would need to change the type of appointment from an ultrasound to just a check up to make sure that everything is okay. I let her know that I was still coming in, but that I wanted to inform her of this so that they knew before I came in.Any normal and empathetic human response would have been “I am so sorry to hear that”. Kim’s response was, “how do you know you had a miscarriage, did you go to the hospital?”. Now I understand they need to make sure that it was confirmed and that I didn’t just assume, however, her response could have been “I am so sorry to hear this. When were you able to confirm this and were you able to do so at a dr’s office or a hospital?”. I would have received that so much better and informed her that I went to the hospital and it was confirmed.After I answered her initial question of “how do you know you had a miscarriage?” . She tells me, “go ahead and still come in tomorrow and we will just check to make sure there is nothing left in your uterus”. I was completely shattered by this statement. I am well aware what needs to happen when a miscarriage takes place. This would have been my first child and I was so deeply disappointed by her response because it felt so disposable and like it meant nothing to her.I didnt need her to feel bad or pity me, I needed her to be mindful of her responses because this has been the most difficult and heartbreaking thing I’ve been through and it’s only been one month since I found out.To Fresno women’s medical group, please re-train your staff on having an empathetic approach when speaking to patients. It is crucial when working in a healthcare setting to be kind. I look forward to the day I am pregnant again and can visit a facility the prioritizes the wellbeing of their patients.

Lady I spoke to was really rude. She sounded like she was in a rush to get off the phone with me when I tried to explain why I needed to be seen. She kept cutting me off and instead of kindly explaining to me why the doctor couldnt see me, as I was an old patient, she sounded like she was way too smug and probably gets away with how she treats people. Not okay in the medical field. Absolutely no empathy or professionalism.

I really like Dr. Lindscheid. She truly listens and does not seem rushed. She definitely wants to help with any concerns you have. She is easy to talk to. She is honest and direct. Her office staff and assistant are very nice. No long wait times and a comfortable environment. I had some problems with the front desk staff in the past, but I feel they were very friendly and helpful this visit. Great improvement.

Been waiting for over 2.5 months to see my primary care physician. And within 24 hours, the scheduling office calls to tell me the doctor will not be available for my appointment tomorrow, and the next soonest appointment is another 2 months out?! Youve got to be kidding me!! What good is insurance when access is not tangible.Update: Since the office manager replied to my Google Review, I reached out to her, and she got me in quick due to a cancellation within the schedule. Im not sure if her Covid excuse is legit, but now that Ive officially been in the office and seen by Dr. Linscheid, I must say she is exemplary! She is the most thorough, communicative, investigative, and nice doctor Ive ever seen. The office staff was very professional and courteous. Im glad the office manager reached out to make it right!

Okay so I was waiting on doing this review hoping things will get better. Please look elsewhere. I had the WORST experience. I was called over 4 times with appointment cancellation last minute. I would ask to see another provider but “there were no OBs in the office.” Funny right. Then front desk was always telling me I owed money and would state both my insurances were billed and when I called billing it was mistakes on their end. I did not appreciate the pressure and demand given to pay when it was inaccurate information. Save your time you’ll lose it here.

I first went to Fresno Women’s Medical Group when I went with my daughter to her appointment. I was so impressed by Dr. Robin Linscheid-Janzen that as soon as I was able, I became a patient. I didn’t have good insurance for a couple of years but when I became a patient I was equally impressed. I feel heard here and in my opinion it’s a dying art in the health care industry these days. I highly recommend this business.

The aide named Monique is very careless. She told pt a date to come back to clinic, but wrote a different date on the card. She even gave a patient a wrong vaccine without realizing in the past.

This was only my second visit with Dr. Robin Linscheid as my new Primary Care Physician and I found her to be a great listener, proactive, and within 24 hours of saying she was going to refer me out to a neurologist, she had done it and I was contacted by them. She also ordered some tests that could be done in advance of that appointment to help avoid more delays in treatment or diagnostics. I am very glad I have her as my new pcp. Highly recommend her.

Dr Linscheid is very professional & efficient. She shows genuine concern & patiently listens to my concerns & questions. She is very knowledgeable in her area of specialty, women’s health. Wait time is not long & office staff are attentive & friendly.

Dr. Linscheid has a great disposition. She was clear in her explanations regarding my health concerns, and answered my questions thoroughly. I very much appreciated that she took the time to get to know me, and I wasnt treated like just another patient to get through. She is highly recommended.

Once you hit 35 weeks pregnant they’ll find any excuse to get you to do NSTs to then find any excuse to induce you. At my 6 week PP visit they never took a urine sample, then I got notified on mychart the results of the urine sample that never happened. Today I asked if I should get labs done and the NP laughed at me. These people don’t care about you. Save your time and go elsewhere.

I had chose to go there after giving them a call and making sure they take my workplaces insurance card. Besides, it was close to the hospital I was delivering at. Throughout my pregnancy, I have only experienced professional and welcoming staff. I am an easy going person who does not ask too much questions unless I really need to, so everything was a smooth sailing for me. Plus I have 5 kids now. I love my NP Stephanie. She was professionally wonderful, always making sure I understand everything. Ive only met Dr. Kopacz twice but I can already tell she genuinely cares and take her time seeing her patient that she hardly sees. I love this place.

Just called to try to make a new patient appointment because it’s the only place in fresno accepted through my insurance. booking out to the end of December. it’s may 4th. never in my life have I had to book any type of medical appointment 7 months out as a new patient. This isn’t a specialist, this is ridiculous and disappointing for patients.

Beautiful Facility, and Friendly Staff. I have had no issues with service. Everyone is so professional, kind and considerate and really take the time to answer all my questions.I have had 2 other OBGYN for my first 2 children and both offices small and/or dirty. I had Dr. Marquez with another medical group and she was awful. Disconnected and rude with me as a patient and in the delivery room, did not address my concerns at all. I was grateful that another OB was on call and delivered my baby instead of her.Dr. Grooms is an exceptional OB and I loved having him for my second child. I highly recommend him but his office is small and he doesnt allow small children in the office, which wouldnt work for scheduling appointments with my current situation, third baby, considering I now have a 2 year old and 5 year old to take with me to appointments.I highly recommend this facility!

Ive been with them for almost 5 years. I was referred to them by my co-worker who loved them. She has 3 girls and throughout her pregnancies she was taken care of here. I was so pleased with them even when they were in downtown Fresno! Now I am beyond pleased with their beautiful new location. I love all the staff and am treated like family, not just another person. I recommend this group to anyone expecting and wants a comfortable place with a knowledgeable staff and doctors! Im expecting baby number two and am looking forward to this journey with them! Fresno Womens Medical Group has very poor customer service. The office staff is very unprofessional and unethical. I was a new patient and was excited to go since I like to support women, believing that I will be get all the medical needs under one roof. My first visit was very unwelcomed; the front desk staff has no customer services skills. I also have background in health management. I know when new patient is coming how office staff should be preparing and get all the documents ready. They had no clue, they never try to contact my old provider before appointment to get medical history. I signed medical released form on my first visit at their office. After two weeks of leaving them messages to see if the get my medical records since I told them my provider is retiring and it need to be done soon please. Final get a call from Sandra, the medical record Clark, making all kind of excuses for not returning call earlier then she told me she doesn’t even have the released of record form from me. I request to talk to the office manager. I explained everything again to the office manager, after listing to me her answer was, “if you don’t like our services, find another provider.” She hanged up on me.Dr. Robyn Linscheid, my suggestion to you is, if you prefer to be in the business longer and believe in the power of women and would like to help the community, you might need to think about changing your staff. I am sure you know, there are many providers in Fresno. Everyone has the right to get the best healthcare service, it doesn’t matter what ethic group we belong to. I felt very insulted and disrespectful by your office staff.

I was very happy with my Dr, NP, and Mrs Dana who worked with me during first 18 weeks. On several occasions, I have asked Dana and billing department about switching from one insurance to another . They told me to make sure I have the one that is covering their services and accepted at their office. Also, I was told by a few employees there that during my transition I can pay cash if needed in order to keep my appointments. Almost in the middle of my pregnancy I came for check up appointment and was told by a front desk lady that I am no longer can be seen in this office. They called Office Manager who pretty much kicked me out from the office like a straight dog. The reason - my insurance has changed and the only they gave me is that what I have is too much work, and I might end up with a $3000 bill from them. I asked again: Do I have insurance coverage as of today? Answer: Yes. I was willing to pay cash for my visit, but was denied. They did not even let me see Dana, or talk to billing department I have spoken before. Asked a few times how can we resolve this, I was even willing to purchase different PPO insurance, still was told that they do not let their patients to jump from one insurance to the other, didnt give me any suggestions, just asked to leave. The worst experience I ever had. I ended up having to look for a new provider in the middle of my pregnancy. Too bad that great doctors hire such rude staff.

I have always had a great experience. Both My nurse Jessica and Dr. Lindscheid are really good at listening to my needs. Dr. Lindscheid made me feel comfortable and listened to my concerns. I saw Dr.Linchield during my first pregnancy and I loved the care I received. This doctor listens to your concerns and respects you. I dont have to wait an hour to see the doctor like most offices. The most I have waited was 10 mins, on a busy day to see the doctor. The front desk does their job professionally and I have never received any attitude from them. The office also has a prenatal and postpartum educator (Dana) and she is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I loved my experience at this office and will definitely see them for my next pregnancy.

After my child being a patient there for years, and having primary and secondary insurance, they said they can no longer see my child because they don’t accept the secondary insurance, even though they’ve successfully billed the primary insurance! Now they refused us treatment. It’s like they are upset because they cannot double bill insurance. Not only that, they’ve had this info on file, nothing new, but waited until we drove 30 minutes to get there to tell us this. Horrible policy and horrible service.I’d give them no stars if possible.

The back office medical staff and the providers are wonderful, if you can get in to see them. The front office staff needs some serious customer service training. My daughter who tested positive for Covid and is away from home has been trying for two days to get anti viral meds. She was told by front office staff just to go to CVS or an urgent care to get what she needed because she had 5 lines waiting and wouldn’t be sending a message to the M.A. You have to get the anti virals within a certain amount of time for them to work. I understand they are busy, but there is no excuse for not being willing to send a message to the M.A. to try and get meds from her provider or even talk to her.

I posted a message on MyChart at 6pm and was amazed to see a response at 7am the next day. I called the office at 11am and was able to make a telemedicine appointment with dr. Linscheid at 4pm. This was so convenient and timely.Dr. Libscheid was able to address my concerns and called in the required prescriptions right away.I am really happy with the timely help that I received.

I called the office and asked for a prescription for the anti viral medication for being Covid positive and asked Mary if she could leave a note with Dr. Linscheid’s medical assistant and she refused to do that after telling me to just get it from CVS or go to an Urgent care when I am literally Covid positive and I am supposed to be isolating. Very frustrated but I still need the antiviral meds. I never have a problem with the doctors specifically, it’s the office staff that I have issues with

I love the staff here so much! Whenever I need to some in they get me in and they made my last pregnancy so much more enjoyable that the first. They didnt assume things about me and actually waited for tests instead of going off old records. I am glad that I came here at the recommendation of a friend!

Everyone was wonderful. I had a quick and scary delivery, and I did not get the epidural that wanted. I dont do well with pain. The encouragement and support from those present was so appreciated. Im not sure how it would have gone otherwise.

I love Dr. Linscheid! She listens to all my concerns. She tells me all my options and educates me on my health. We discuss a plan for me. She follows through. Shes like a best friend!

I have had positive experiences with the doctor and nurse practitioner in the office but getting to see them is often frustrating. Twice they have had an issue with our insurance and instead of trying to help me get it sorted out they tell me to deal with it and call them back once it’s sorted out. They denied me an appointment (when sick) and told me just to call my insurance company, all without giving me any information about why the claim was denied or help with what questions to ask the insurance company. I will be looking for a new doctors office immediately.

I love their staff, all of them are nice, welcoming and caring. They follow up and take care of you. I sometimes call them for advise and theyre also helpful on the phone. The prenatal welcome docs are very helpful. I look forward to my visits.

Dr. Linscheid is great! She listens to your concerns and responds accordingly. I also like the fact that the wait to see her is within 30 minutes. I highly recommend her!

I absolutely can not rave enough about this clinic and its staff. Im absolutely crushed that Im moving and will no longer be able to continue using them for my medical care. Jessica Huipio, the PA on the family practice side is phenomenal as is Stephanie Hansen, the PA on the Ob-Gyn side.

Been coming here for my entire pregnancy and fell on early Friday morning and was sent to Emergency. I called while waiting in the emergency room to let them know I was here and asked if I needed to inform the OB. The emergency room was extremely busy and I was in terrible pain, I couldn’t stand and was terrified if my baby was still alive. After having to stand and eventually find the only seat, a wheel chair, for 9 hours waiting to be seen in the emergency room my husband calls the Ob again to see if there is anything they can do, they tell him no there’s nothing they can do we have to wait to be seen in Emergency. An hour later a very rude woman calls me and tells me that I need to learn to put my child first and stay at Emergency. She then followed to tell me that she has no appointments for me and no physicans and repeated that I need to learn to put my child first and stay at the ER even though they are busy. I couldn’t say anything more besides hang up in shock that after still continuing waiting in my pain in the emergency room, terrified that my child is still alive, they make me feel as I am not putting my child first because my husband calls to see if they can get us seen faster... I ended up in tears with so many emotions of this day and now I don’t ever want to go back to see my OB and I do not want them handling the rest of my pregnancy. I couldn’t believe how I was treated.

Words cant begin to describe how grateful I am for PA Stephanie and DR Kopacz. I delivered all 4 of my babies under this provider and was under Stephanies care with my 2 most recent....she is so wonderful and truly genuinely cares about her patients. Ive never experienced this type of respect from any other practitoner and would never go anywhere else. I appreciate them so much.

Sharon Kopacz is a wonderful OB/GYN with excellent bedside manners. She is patient, caring, compassionate, respectful, professional and knowledgeable. It is evident that she is a passionate healthcare professional and truly enjoys what she does. The exact same can be said for Stephanie Hansen, PA. My experience with both amazing Women has been nothing but positive. I highly recommend Fresno Women’s Medical Group! Dr. Kopacz’s entire staff is friendly and welcoming, and the facility is always very clean. 5 stars ⭐️ (because I cannot give more).

Same thing occured with me recently as some other reviewers. 2 appointments cancelled in a row, each one I waited over 2 months for. I really needed medical help. Unacceptable! Time to find another OB, obviously. They very suddenly went completely downhill. Not sure whats going on over there but Im not waiting around any longer to find out.

Dr. Linshide is a great Dr.she is very attentive to my problems.she takes the time to listen to my concerns. Tina, Dr.Linshide’s assistant is nice also . I would highly recommend this office to anyone.

They made me an appointment one month in advanced so I can get an IUD. I’m from out of town and I’ve expressed this explicitly. I took time off and drove three hours ready for my appointment only to be called the DAY before the appointment that I need a sample to make sure I don’t have an STD and that they are canceling my appointment. I was so upset and when I asked why they didn’t let me know beforehand, all they told me was that it had to be cleared before the procedure (did not answer my question at all) so unprofessional.

Staff was friendly, but the wait was very long. I went for an annual check up and to get birth control prescription the doctor wrote me the prescription and then said, Still want me to check down there? Youre young and only have one partner so youll be fine. I thought that was wierd becaue I could have cervical cancer for all you know especially since it was my first visit there. I didnt go back. Also when I called the office to get another type of the pill because the one prescribed was too expensive one ever got back to me.

I have never experienced someone so rude. I went into the facility.. office number 221. I went in for some basic information, since I would potentially be a new client of theirs. I went in and grabbed a business card, because the sign said that they were closed for lunch. I did not disturb or ask for anyone.. I simply went in to grab a business card, since I drove all this way. I was leaving and a older woman.. heavier set, came to the front and I just advised her that I was leaving because I saw that they were on lunch and I apologized. She then rudely said Yes we are on lunch, thats why we have the sign up, so you wont disturb I was baffled at this response. I never once even looked or said anything when I entered!!! I simply went in and grabbed a business card! I will make sure I tell all of my friends and family about this facility, as I have NEVER been treated with such disrespect. I will never recommend this place. Absolute worst customer service.. I dont even know how this lady still has a job. I will be contacting the office manager as soon as I can to discuss this particular woman.

Horrible service. I busted my butt all week at work to have one day off early to make it to my wife and I ultra sound to find out the sex of our baby. For them to text us the day before and say our appointment was at 250 when it was supposed to be 215. So I thought maybe we miss heard them. Wife tried calling to see if that was the correct time. Of course could not get through to talk to someone. We show up the next day at 250 like the text said for the front ladies to blame us for missing our ultra sound because they failed to explain that the text messages doesnt include the time of the ultra sound but they continuously blamed us for missing our appointment even tho we were going off the text. We kept our 6 yr old home from school to make the appointment in time. I wasted my time and lost out on money about 5 hours at work to just be blamed for missing the appointment when no one ever explained any of that to us. I ended up getting mad and arguing with the office manager and she kicked me out and told me to never come back. Instead of saying sorry for the inconvenience and trying to make things right. So I get to miss out on finding out what sex my baby is or any ultra sounds in the future. I just dont see how they could blame us for something never told to us very unprofessional. Would recommend not coming here. And looking at the reviews looks like Im not the only one

Dr. Linscheid is a wonderful human and an AMAZING primary care provider. Ive seen her for 10 years and recommend FWMG to everyone.

I always get really great comprehensive care with Dr. linscheid ! I appreciate a physician that takes the time to ask thoughtful questions and listens to any concerns that their patient might have .

Who is this rude lady at the front desk?? The white woman with pink hair. One of these days she will meet the wrong one...🥊It’s a shame to be an adult working in a doctor office with horrible manners. As a new patient i need to feel comfortable but infortunately as soon as i stepped into the office #221 i felt unwelcomed.As far as i know when someone greets me with a hello or hi, I DO POLITELY ANSWER. She need to take a class for that specific and important skill it’s really bad.Fire her already she is disgusting.

Our experience was with the North Office, under the care of Dr. Dabbs (and NP Nancy). Specific care was adequate, however in the initial discovery visit when questions were asked was met with we have a process, wait until the visit assigned to deal with that question. If you ask about Cesarean rates, be prepared for a lot of defensive pushback (How dare you ask a medical professional with far more experience than you to discuss their c-section rate!) Initial early pregnancy visits will be with the NP (ours was excellent) who will act as a liaison for your Dr. until later visits. Do not expect to see your doctor outside of the last few visits. In those visits, you will listen and not speak (dont forget, they have a plan for you, regardless of your own birthing plan!)We ended up presenting some potential complications with elevated blood pressure and protein in the urine. Little of the true impact or risk of this was discussed with us and the whole issue came off as a CYA measure for their organization. I get it, people sue, you dont have a choice but to protect your organization. But for the love of god discuss it with us first! Somehow in a weeks time we were transferred to the care of a specialist with Childrens Hospital, and pressured to induce at 34 weeks (which happened). There was little to no explanation of the reasoning behind this at the time, and the rush of circumstances left a feeling of emergency, panic and medical necessity that all but removed any initial expectation of our birthing plan. We did not deliver with the doctor we built a relationship with. We did not deliver at the hospital we planned to. (The latter led to our child picking up a staph infection while in their NICU that extended our stay by 4 weeks. The numbers dont lie - take a look at infections at each of the primary medical facilities in town. There were massive differences in where we ended up and where we planned and paid to be. We did not end up there because of medical necessity, but because of administrative BS between FWMG and the doctor they chose to refer us to. This was wrong on a number of levels.)Because our care was handed over to another doctor at 34 weeks, we sought to be refunded in part for the up front fees paid to the office for L&D. This became an absolute nightmare and the office staff gave nothing but excuses and pushback for FOUR MONTHS until we were forced to threaten suit to finally resolve the issue (who makes a client do this in order to resolve a small administrative matter?)Overall our pregnancy felt like a medical condition that was to be cured with a template treatment on rails. Even that was accelerated into an non-elective Cesarean at 34 weeks that was not explained adequately and performed by staff and doctors we did not know.After you read the online reviews, good and bad, talk to your friends and neighbors about the pressure they received for early induction and c-sec (from FWMG or any other). Our experience is not unique, and is not the way a pregnancy should be experienced. If youre unwilling or unable to take an active part in your pregnancy and want the rails experience, by all means go for it. We did not, attempted to be more active in our care, and were put in our place for it. We made the mistake of sharing our need for care with a business. Good luck out there.

I’ve been a patient here for years. I have been called twice to get my appointment rescheduled for 3-6 months later. Just to have it rescheduled again. Hate the inconsistency, finding a new doctor.

Ive been coming here for a few years, they uses to be great. Front staff very nice but the past few times Ive come I have to wait at least a hour with my appointment and then all they do is say sorry would you like to reschedule? If I make a appointment and take time off work no I want to be seen when my appointment time is, not wait 2 hours to be seen !

Dr Linscheid and her staff are very friendly and professional. Never had any issues with making an appointment and being seen in a timely manner.

Every time I went for a visit they never did anything to me all they did was check the babys heartbeat Im 6 months and Ive only got one ultrasound from this place they send me out to other places to do an ultrasound but still every time Im there they do not give me any good advice more listen to what I have to say and now that I need to find a new doctor because of my insurance they are no help

I love my doctor she is always through, listens to my concerns and then sets up appropriate services for my situation. I would recommended her to anyone needing a physician.

We have been coming here for several years,. I have always had a great experience with them. PA S. Hansen has been professional and helpful. I is sometime a wait to get in, but always less than an hour.

I was excited to set up an appointment with this facility. I was asked if I had insurance. I told her I had blue shields insurance and that I had Medical. They denied me because I have medical. Wow! really?

It’s always a treat to visit my doctor and her excellent staff for check-ups. I drive two hours one way to be part of Fresno Womens Group.

Dr Robin lynchside of womens medical group when I first started going there I really didnt trust her but as I got to know her she turned out to be the best darn doctor of all of Fresno county I trust her with my life the best doctor I think all of USA

I had been going to FWMG for a very long time. I decided not to go there anymore. The office staff are not nice, they act as if you are bothering them and as if they are too good to do their job and explain and help you. very sad!

I wanted to thank you for cancelling my wife’s appointment 45 minutes before it’s scheduled time and telling us good luck. Unfortunately my wife and I went out of our way to get time off for this appointment.

Front office was very rude with no manners....took my sister who was a first time patient and was told to reschedule because she wasnt a half hour early after making us sit there for 10 mins prior to telling us we had to reschedule....not coming back with the customer service recieved today...seems like they dont need new patients

They are so unorganized and scatter brained I dread having to go, and even though I always show up on time or earlier than my appointment time, I still end up having to wait for what seems like an eternity but in reality is probably around 45 minutes because the entire staff seems to have such an important social life that they insist on sharing it with each other with no consideration for the people waiting to be seen...
